They really listen to you and get your order right the first time, and I could hear in the background one of the cooks strongly communicating with the other workers to ensure they are getting my customized order right. I am writing a review of Krystal - so please keep this in mind before you banter me with why I gave them a 4 star rating. Krystal has really stepped up their game in the last year. This place has been renovated. The room was well light, clean, and well.. new. The staff was all very polite and friendly and the food came out fresh hot and properly cooked. Everyone has a craving for a Krystal burger every now and then.. with this experience I will certainly go back sometime. read more

If you want delicious mini burgers then you don't want to go anywhere but Krystal. For those of you who are Whitecastle Fans, Krystal will be the place for you to go. The burgers and fries are delicious and the perfect food for a late night food craving. There are not too many places that provides the choices in fast food that Krystal does. Sure you could go to White Castle, but unless you want to buy them frozen in a store and cook them yourself at home, you'd have to drive out of state and through a few others to get them served to you in a bag with fries and a fountain soda. Krystal is a great substitute for the state of Florida, and a place I go for one specific item, Chiks. There is something to be said for fried all-white meat chicken covered with mayo and pickles on a soft roll, and if the bread were a little softer it would be perfect. The fries are also a little bland tasting. But the combination of good taste and good value earns this franchise a solid four stars. read more

I'm sorry, but I love me some Krystal chicks! I don't have a Krystal's near my house, so when I'm on this side of town, I have to stop. I grew up near this location and have been coming here for as long as I can remember. Yeah, it's old and their fries aren't the best, but service is usually quick and their burgers, chicks, and pups are quite tasty! It used to be my favorite place to stop after a late night clubbing. This is the worst Krystals! With 6 people working, it took 20 min to get my simple value meal order. The manager was half asleep mumbling to his staff to hustle (very entertaining to see). Then the manager grabbed my food and handed it to me w/o gloves on. When I asked for my money back, that was when I heard him as he yelled "WHY DO YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK?!?" Well, not only it took 20min & handled my food w/o gloves on, they still got my order messed up. That was the second time I had a problem when I stopped by at that location.. I'm visiting Orlando and arrived after 10p into the city. I went through the drive through and no one answered. I drove up to the window and confirmed from the sign that the drive through should be open. A man opened the window and said they were closed. I said that the sign said the drive through was open until 1 am. He then went BALLISTIC and said that there was only 2 of them and the other guy had to go home. He said he couldn't serve anyone by himself. Wow. Bad and scary. read more

I rarely put reviews on franchises and fast food UNLESS i have to yelpBOMB them. In this case, yes, they get the bomb but only on drive-thru since i've never dined in before. I don't know how hard it is to make fast food, but i do know that it shouldn't take 15+ minutes in the dam drive-thru when there's only one car ahead of you and i know they didn't order a lot of food. I maybe visited this krystal 10 times and out of the 10 times, 9 of them were 15+ wait time for FOOD! The only reason they don't get a 1-star cuz the food still comes out hot. But based on drive-thru experience, they are horrible! I do hope the manager of the restaurant reads my review, so you can DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT DAG-NAMMIT!! read more

Worst service in drive thru. Asked for 4 burgers- 1 w/cheese, no mustard add cheese & a coke. Got 4 hamburgers and a diet coke. I can not tell you how freakin frustrating that is when you are on the go and stop to get something fast for the kids. read more

Krystal's simply has the best wings. I love them. Who knew that the best wings can be found at a fast food burger restaurant? What a great surprise. The wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I wished I knew the secret of their seasoning. They are delicious and very tasty. Yummi, yummi... Their shakes are amazing, too.
