If I could give this place is a zero star rating I would. Never use this location before however was in the area needed to get breakfast. Went in and there was no one at the register I asked the woman for help she said I had to use the kiosk. I don't like using kiosks because they have demonstrated timing again how dirty they are And they're never cleaned properly at the fast food places. My hubby chanced, "If this McDonald's is open, I'm buying". I took him up on his offer because I knew it would be!! It is usually extremely busy, which makes it slow, but since it was Christmas morning, I guess everyone was with their families (we had just left ours). Sarah happily took our order at the speaker box. When I pulled around to pay, she read my order back to confirm. I paid and she greeted us with a pleasant, "Merry Christmas!" We pulled forward and got our food and were on our way home. I have yet to dine in here because it's usually late and we just want to go home to eat, but from what I saw from the window, the place was clean and updated. When we got home, our food was still warm, but our fries barely made it out alive. I always count my nuggets and they were all accounted for. :) I noticed the holiday hours and was surprised to see it was not going to close at ALL for the holidays this year. We have frequented this location for years. Pretty much every single time we go they forget an item, typically the sauce for the nuggets. Last time we went we got a double quarter pounder, and a quarter pounder deluxe and both had rare patties in them. I sent an email to cooperate who forwarded the email to the general manager whose response was basically, "apologies, we will try to do better next time". How about refunding or giving us a credit in the amount of the food we bought. We didn't even get to eat our food, and ended up having to go out and get food somewhere else, which was incredibly inconvenient. They just don't care about their customers anymore. This is a brand new McDonalds. They tore down the old one and rebuilt in the same location. So the kids play area and everything is new. They also installed service ordering kiosks. These are confusing and easy to navigate. They have at least 1 or 2 employees hanging out to help people order. It's mcdonalds so you get what you expect but this ordering system is lame. read more

This is by far the worst restaurant and very poor customer service. Manager Kelly is the worst manager I've dealt with on several occasions. I've asked to have my medium fries filled as they should be full and not equivalent to a small size. She wants to argue and says that's how they come and laughs about it with the other employees (all immature kids). She then puts the fries on a weigh scale to act like it's funny. I go back a month later, and clearly she has an attitude and deliberately didn't bring my mobile out to curbside. I go in and ask why, and she says I'm causing trouble. I can see why this store has poor ratings. Kelly needs to be retrained or put in the kitchen to work so she doesn't have to deal with customers. Her mouth is going to get her in trouble. The manager here, "carol" has some audacity lol it took 30 minutes to get my online order then I got the complete wrong order and had to go back inside and she's stomping around like I'm the issue. Takes another 15 minutes to get my meal she tells me to take the drinks I already had from someone elses order when those weren't the drinks I ordered. I asked her if I could just have a tea bc there was already a coke she stormed off got me a tea and yanked the cokes away. The place looks great after they renovated the joint. They have this new way to order, from a computer kiosk which is different but I like it! Horrible location, but it's semoran blvd, so it is what it is. The manager was really nice and I can tell that she genuinely cared about my experience - which is rare nowadays especially at a McDonald's. Her name is Gina! I can tell she has a genuine heart. The cashier was confused when I asked for pickles on the side of my double cheeseburger.
