Oh man, this place absolutely sucks. The girl at the register was nice however. I ended up tossing the Krystal burgers straight into the trash. It wasn't worth the $10 to go back inside. The fries were good however. The burgers were absolutely disgusting. If you're thinking about stopping here don't. Keep driving

Run, Run, the professional has never introduced its title to this particular location. I was charged a price for items that clearly was listed as something else on the price list. When brought to the MOD attention she stated "Oh Well there is Nothing I can do" I then ask for a refund to receive the price difference she stated I would have to call corporate. I was a Baffled as to why a MOD could not provide a better solution, refund, coupon etc... I will not recommend this business

Oh Krystal Burger and thy miniature, mustard-stung, meaty sammiches! What would I do without you?! I may live 200 miles away but my secondary Thanksgiving tradition has been to stop in while I'm driving to visit my family in Florida... I'm a huge White Castle fan so how could I not like y'all, Krystal Burger? Toss in some chili-cheese fries and I be in greasy heaven... And forgive me for sneaking in some ketchup on some of your burgers, I learned my lesson from last year! The only bummer on my last visit was watching my bag of burgers get dropped off at somebody else's table while I was sitting there waiting patiently. But thankfully the manager admitted the error so no harm. Krystal Burger, see ya same time next year!

Going to Krystal's was the bomb. Anyway I had them, it was great. Need one a little further North.

Savannah, Georgia is a city filled with wonderous foodstuffs. You could live there a year and not get tired of the gourmet food offerings. Or the home-cooked Soul Food. Or the BBQ. Or the Fried Green Tomatoes. Et Cetera. So to actually LEAVE Savannah and make the 20 minute drive for a Krystal Burger? Krystal Addict! Krystal Addict! I could seriously stand up in a room and announce my addiction to these things. Thank goodness there were none south of Orlando in FL and the closest to me now is 5 states, 19 hours, 1400 miles from me now. (Not that I've looked. Or anything. Really.) (SQUIRREL!!!!!!!!) Ahem. Anyways. Krystal Burgers are similar to White Castle Burgers. White Castles come with Ketchup. Krystals come with Mustard. Both are steamed minibuns with miniburgers and miniChoppedOnions that come in little miniboxes. Krystal's buns are sweeter, and seem to hold the whole BurgerCheeseBunSteamSmoosh together better. Krystal Burgers come in Singles or Doubles, with or without cheese. You can order them by the "Sackful" (12) or "Steamer Pack" (24) if you're the stockpiling type. Or have 4 people in your party. There are Combos with 4 Krystal Burgers, fries and a drink. There are Chick'n Options, as well as "Pups" (Hot Dogs, which actually aren't bad) and breakfast items in the morning. If you've heard of them, Krystal (like White Castle) are legendary. You've heard stories of people buying the 24 pack, and noshing on them all the way Up North on I-95. Are they gourmet haute cuisine? No way. Are they delicious little steamed buns of heaven, sinful in their decadence, and deserving of such fanfare and legend? You Betcha. If you see one along the side of a highway, and you have even an inkling of snack-inclination, Stop. Order. Eat.

For those of you who don't know they usually only have walleye during lent and when it's gone, it's gone. Big upgrade from cod so the choice was made. No cheese please. It came out screaming hot , plump, juicy and not greasy. But of course, it had cheese as did my partner's sandwich who also ask for no cheese. We chowed down anyway and it was still delicious. Do order a slice of lemon to season the fish with, it does need a touch of acid. Sometimes I think there is a conspiracy toward me and fast food places regarding cheese. I love cheese. I just don't like it with chicken and fish! These folks behind the counter weren't very friendly. The young lady who took our order heard walleye sandwich and stopped listening. I know that because her ticket did not say without cheese. So you can't blame the cooks. Get that Walleye soon before they run out'

You could easily miss this hidden gem, tucked away on the corner beside a gas station. There are dine-in options, but most people seemed to be taking their food to go. It's the best quick to go option I've seen. They had my order ready in no time. I ordered an assortment of tacos: carne asada, birria, and fish tacos, plus a side of guacamole and chips. To top it all off, I added their homemade cheesecake casera with strawberry purée... and of course, a large agua de jamaica con limonada. The staff were some of the friendliest I've experienced in the area--must be because they're from Cali lol. My only suggestion would be to leave the sauces off the tacos for to-go orders, or explain that "all the way" means everything on them. By the time I got back to my hotel, the sauce had soaked through the tacos, so I missed that classic one-hand taco experience. Also... definitely add extra limes. Thankfully, those chips came to the rescue, and the flavors absolutely did not disappoint. Bottom line: it really did hit close to home. The flavors were on point, and the true winners of it all were the fish tacos and the cheesecake.

Extremely disappointing customer service after 10+ years as a customer…read more I placed an online order for about $50 worth of food. When I arrived, I was told their system had undercharged me by $2. No problem, I was happy to pay the difference. Instead of simply letting me pay the $2 and giving me the order I placed, they told me they had already made something different and that I could either take the wrong tacos or buy two additional tacos. I had to argue just to receive the order I had already placed and paid for. The issue started because their online system only allowed me to select one meat option for a 3-taco order. My wife is pregnant and specifically wanted three carne asada tacos, so I selected carne asada (with the $1 upcharge) and placed the order along with about $35 more in food. When I arrived, they had made tacos with random meats instead and suggested I just take them. After finally agreeing to fix it, they insisted I pay the difference but charged me $3 plus tax instead of the $2 they originally said. I questioned it, and immediately after charging me they admitted it actually was $2. By then I had already been overcharged and no one seemed concerned about fixing it. So to summarize: * Their system glitch caused the issue * I was willing to pay the difference immediately * I had to push just to receive the order I placed * They overcharged me anyway and didn't correct it All of this over $2. After more than a decade of supporting this place, the way this was handled left a really bad impression. The food has always been good, but the customer service during this interaction was extremely poor. I won't be back.

Do you ever get that late night snack craving for some fried chicken? No? Just me? Oh... okay…read more.. Well, that's what happened. Stopped by at 9pm for a little snack and went with the 3-Piece Tenders with their Honey-Buttered Biscuit. Instead of ordering regular tenders, I chose spicy with a side of Zesty Ranch dipping sauce. We also ordered a Original 2-Piece Dark with biscuit. I think this was my first experience with Church's Chicken. The drive-thru was empty the staff greeted us quickly and was patient as we made out final decisions. Our food was ready in by the time we got to the payment window and received our receipt. Kitchen looked clean and organized from my perspective. The Chicken was hot, crispy, and tender! The spicy tenders were a good medium spice level. I liked that the "spicy" wasn't the flavor but that it was spiced, if that makes sense. However, for both the tenders and the original chicken, the consensus was that the chicken was lacking flavor. The Honey-Buttered Biscuits were slightly sweet but not dessert sweet. It created a nice balance to the spicy and savory chicken. Overall a good experience!

However, the one consistent thing is they always have - hot cheap chicken. And that definitely includes this location. However the nice thing about this location is the service is on point even in the drive-through. Now I will credit what appears to be a family owned operation, and one that I had not witnessed in a churches franchise setting before. Definitely appreciate the attention to detail and the prompt service delivered by this ownership team, which appears to be a family affair. I have stopped in two or three times now and each time my entire time in the drive-through line didn't span more than 9 to 10 minutes max and that was because there was already one or two cars in front of me. Both of my orders were delivered hot fresh and most importantly, correct. They even threw in a bunch of extra hot sauce and honey, which was pretty impressive because in my neighborhood, you always had to beg for an extra packet and they would get an attitude about that. I would definitely say if you are in this stretch of Tanger outlets and looking for some cheap eats, you could do far worse by going somewhere else.

The restaurant was very clean, which I always appreciate. The food was delicious, and the pricing honestly surprised me--in a good way. For four people with drinks, our total came out to $62, which is significantly cheaper than many other burger spots these days. One of my kids ordered a kids cheeseburger meal, and it was a great size for a child. I ordered The Cheesy burger--two patties, three cheese slices, and the bun is flipped inside out. It's definitely unique, and if you're curious, just look at my photo because it speaks for itself. Another person in our group did a custom burger, and everyone agreed the burgers were filling and well-made. The fries were absolutely delicious, and the cook was super nice, which didn't go unnoticed. Now for the not-so-great part. The woman at the front counter who took our order was... not welcoming. No hello, no smile, and honestly she looked like she hated being there. The restaurant wasn't busy at all--we were the only customers--so it wasn't a stress or crowd issue. It felt more like a morale problem than anything else. Because of that, I'm not sure if I'd rush back solely due to the customer service, which is unfortunate because the food itself was really good. If the front-of-house experience matched the quality of the food, this place would be an easy repeat visit.

While driving down to Florida for our vacation, we stopped at this Cookout for a quick dinner. Our visit was on a Saturday in June around 9:30 PM. This Cook Out is located in an area with a ton of other restaurants, businesses, and storefronts. We have stopped in this area many times during our drives to and from Florida, but have never eaten at this Cook Out before this trip. The restaurant has a private parking lot, and is overall both updated and clean. The drive-thru is a little tight, so be mindful if you are looking to drive around it. After being in the car all day, I was hoping to eat a meal not in the car. So, I was happy to see that this location had an indoor dining room. The sign on the door said that they closed the dining room at 9:30 PM, which is right when we arrived. However, we were able to still eat inside with several other customers. Greatly appreciate being able to do that! The dining area is rather large, so no need to worry if there will be seats available for your visit. We put our order in at the counter for two Cook Out Trays - one being a Big Double Burger House Style with a Chicken Quesadilla and Cheese Bites, and the second being a Big Double Burger Cook Out Style with Cajun Chicken Wrap and a Beef Quesadilla, both with fountain drinks. There were other customers inside eating, so the food took a few minutes, but nothing out of the ordinary. The food was delicious, just as I always expect it to be from any Cook Out. After we ate, we ordered a Junior Tray with Small Burger (plain), Corn Dog, and Chicken Nuggets to share with our dog traveling with us. We also got two milkshakes for dessert - an Oreo Peanut Butter and a Peach Cobbler. Both were so good and hit the spot! I love that Cook Out shakes are thick - almost have to eat them with a spoon between that and all of the inclusions that go in! The staff was overall friendly and helpful. The girl who took my second order was helping me put in the order in a way that made most sense, which I greatly appreciated. She was pleasant to interact with and talk to. Greatly enjoyed both my meal and experience stopping at this Cook Out location. As a fan of the brand, I was satisfied with the experience being what I was expecting. I am sure I will be returning on a future trip down to Florida in the future.
