They brought out the food. The quality of the food went down big time. My husband always orders the chicken yakisoba so does my daughter, my daughter also ordered a sushi roll. I ordered hibachi steak and instead of rice I wanted noodles. My husband and daughter said that their food didn't taste like it used to and my hibachi steak (now mind you I had a hibachi steak at a different Japanese restaurant in Georgia so I'm thinking it's going to taste the same.) She even asked me how I wanted my steak cooked and I said, medium rare. I got little squares of very overcooked pieces of meat that looked like they went to the store and bought some stew beef (at the other Japanese restaurant that we went to it was actually filet mignon.) There was absolutely no excuse for such inattentive, careless service. A restaurant's reputation rests as much on service as on food. Ichiban may still be known as a Bowling Green favorite, but if they keep operating this way, that reputation won't last. Right now, they're failing their customers in a big way.
