Where do I start... I got some undue courage from YouTube and thought I can Ombre my hair. Guess what, I CAN'T! I called around frantically trying to find someone who could fix the orangey mess I had made. Kellee was able to get me in the next morning, And to be honest I was a little leery of going to a new salon for the first time ( like it could have been ANY worse then what I did ). I was prepared to have to go one basic color and cut it all off to " start over", but after talking to Kellee, she was confidant that she could fix this. It took a good amount of time, which I was more then happy to give her, and she had my hair looking AMAZING. Not only did she fix what I did, but it looked better then I could have imagined! I'm so glad that screwed up my hair, because if I hadn't I would not have met my new stylist. I called on a Saturday morning and got in for a color and cut with Misty at 1pm that afternoon.I could not be happier! She took her time to get to know me and what I wanted to be done with my hair. I'm a mom and very busy so I don't get to get my hair done very often so this was great. The color is the best I've had in years and the cut is great too. I called the day of and the lady there told me she was the only one in the salon at the moment and didn't have any openings but took my name and number and said she would call her coworkers and have someone call me back. Courtney called me a few minutes later and got me in! She was the sweetest and gave me exactly what I wanted just by hearing a description!! I originally planned on going to another salon and made a mistake when I scheduled my appointment here. Well it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I was set up with Colleen who is just great! Not only did she give me exactly what I wanted, but way more. The prices are very reasonable, and you won't be paying over 200 dollars for some rushed service. I had been going to this salon for awhile and Nicky was my hair stylist. She was amazing and did an awesome job with color. Nicky left the salon and took some time off, of course I needed a touch up for my highlights during this in between time, so I went in to another stylist at the salon. I won't mention who it was, because she is a nice person, but the pictures will show the purple color she turned my hair because she left the toner on too long..what you can't see is how many other weird colors she added that I didn't ask for and don't make sense...and the worst part? Even after clearly seeing what she did, she allowed me to leave the salon without addressing the problem. I had to call her and request for her to fix it (which she should have done immediately but made me wait until the next evening) Not professional at all. I get that everyone can have a bad hair experience here and there, but my problem isn't that. My problem is that this salon is more about drama than most and rather than focusing on keeping good employees that are clearly good at what they do, the owner allows bad business practices and drama to be the end result. I'm including the picture of when she "fixed" her mistake and you'll see that even that is showing a pink/purple color. Make the drive out of Kyle to find a better salon, trust me you'll thank me later :) Lucky for me I'm back in Nicky's chair! read more

Courtney always does a nice job cutting my hair, and her work is 5 stars; but reading the reviews I wonder if everyone is going to a different place? When I go in, sometimes Courtney is the only one there. When I call the main number, no one answers. I have to call Courtney's cell to make an appointment. Sometimes it takes days for her to call back. The last time I went, she sent me a text a minute before my appointment time to say she was running a little late. Just as I was walking in the door, she was starting to shampoo someone else's hair. Needless to say, this was not a "little" late...she was just getting started on the other person. I got the impression it was a walk-in that she tried to fit in at the last minute. Good for that person; bad for me. I was taking time from work to get a trim, and after 35 minutes uncomfortably watching Courtney work on someone else (there was no one else there) I had to leave. My time is valuable. So my score is an average of two things: I give Courtney 5 stars for skill, and the salon 1 star for inconvenience and poor organization. read more
