I should have just left because at the end I tried to use the coupon they had sent me, which I have used on him in the past when they sent others. She wouldn't allow me to use it because "he isn't in the system" which I think is crap because she added him, and we have been there before. Won't come back to this location. San Marcos ladies are much nicer.

Tried calling the # they gave. VM was full. 3 days ago set appt online for Sat. Got acceptance message. Got a text late yesterday that my appt was moved to Wed during the day. Tried calling. No answer. Left a vm. No return call. In my opinion, if something came up, and they couldn't handle the scheduled appt., someone should have personally called me and we could have worked on a date/time that worked for both of us. Sending out an automated text message peremptorily telling me my appt. had been moved is just plain rude. Even my doctor's office will call, or at least leave a text asking you to call to reschedule. Lesson learned. Called another salon and have an appt. for Sunday.

I'm removing them from our recommended list, and hope they reevaluate their shady business practices.

I went in for a partial Highlight and haircut and what I left with was two short pieces in the front (not blended at all) and a random sideburn looking piece on one side of my head. My highlights were also yellow. The true disappointment came when I asked for a refund (for at least the full price of the haircut) and was offered $55 for a $90 haircut. I was told I received the discounted price refund for the haircut. I will say I was offered for it to be fixed but I was not interested in the same person that messed it up, trying to fix it. I simply wanted my money refunded. Instead I was told the stylist was "having a bad day." It is extremely disappointing to have this experience a week before my wedding and to be offered a "discounted price" refund for a horrible haircut. Unfortunately because of the way this situation was handled, I would not recommend this salon.
