Since I'm out of town, the piece designer and I discussed the the details of my hair piece completely (measurements, sizing, color, weight of hair, length, and style) before the custom hair piece was made. She was never to busy to answer all my questions from the beginning to the end of the process. Even after receiving my custom piece the hair designer still makes herself available for follow-up questions such as washing and conditioning the hair. I respected that and put it back. She followed me around the store after that in a military stance just staring directly at me as if she wanted me to leave so we left.
