I am very unhappy with how Sun Turf has handled business. For starters, they told me they would…read morearrive at 9 am one morning to apply concrete, my husband opened our gate at 8:30 and no one came. I texted Sean to see what happened. He said that his guys came at 6am and the gate was not open so they left. They do not communicate well at all with each other. They applied the concrete last week. I've given it time, hoping the color would get better. But as you can see from the pictures, it is extremely discolored and uneven. The worst part is that they left concrete stains all over my wall and window. I told Sean that his workers left a mess and he said they would come clean it up. No one has come to clean it. Not to mention, the workers left water bottles, soda cans, and I found corona caps laying on the ground after. How is that professional to drink on the job? A few days later, the guys that put in the turf left deep scratches in the concrete that had dried. I mentioned to Sean that this happened and all he had to say was "my guys are working hard" as if that's a justification for dragging out their equipment and scratching the concrete? Also, I originally received a quote from Sean for $699 to set up a drip system. They ended up not installing it and was still trying to charge me the original total price. I had to argue and fight that it's not right, to which Sean took off $400. I also didn't get 4 stepping stones within the turf that was in the quote. No deduction from the total was made for this missing item. I am super upset at the sloppy work that was done and the terrible customer service that I have received. I have been very patient but this is just not right. Save your time and choose a different company.

I am still waiting for that to happen. It keeps getting pushed back. It is the weather or we live too far out. We did not live too far out when they took the job. The last I was told is they will be out Monday, July 27. My items have been sitting on my deck for 3 weeks now. I would like to enjoy my new back yard. Brandon, the salesman, was great. The workers did a good job, and the job supervisor was nice. We had another estimate and we went with Rock and Block because we felt we were getting more for our money. I just want my job completed. I do not understand why it is taking so long to finish it.
