We ended up pausing the project and came back to it a few months later (with some changes). He was just as responsive, adjusted the quote without any hassle, and was able to start the very next day. The work was completed the same day, his crew were polite and professional, and everything turned out great. After the job, we noticed an irrigation line had been accidentally damaged. He came back first thing the next morning and fixed it himself, no questions asked. He even volunteered some additional advice on other drip irrigation we have. Really appreciate how easy he made the whole process from start to finish. His pricing is fair and he takes pride in his work. We had to resurface our pool deck along with expanding the footprint, installed pavers to the courtyard and added turf to the front yard. We purchased our own plants but they dug all holes, planted and did all new drip systems. Kevin was incredibly helpful in that I had done AI designs of what I wanted and he created the plan to make it happen. Cheers to the amazing hard workers who endured terrible hot heat but continued to work with a smile. We offered water and food as I believe in taking care of those who help you. Plus they appreciated it. Lester was the supervisor of the team and got the job done. My only suggestion is for corp/management- Create a position Concierge liaison- a Individual who communicates to the home owners on all job sites in the morning by text of when to expect the crew and what part of the project is going to be worked on. Lastly provide easy ups for your crew as these working conditions are difficult. I love the outcome of the job and would highly recommend Pure Turf USA.

First, I live and work minutes away from my daughter, son in law, and grandchildren, and my residence was not questioned when you accepted my money without having met me in person. The sunken, unleveled area near the patio was sunken prior to the children playing there with water, which was brought to your attention immediately by me, and remains sunken. The children were playing on the artificial turf after installation, not during, and also when your crews would come for repairs, always unannounced, whenever they could fit in the time, because new business was prioritized first, according to your employees. My daughter would move toys, including their inflatable pool which was destroyed by cement thrown into it by your workers. The ineffective drainage by the patio was replaced, without a change order, by the structurally impaired lateral drain after I simply asked your professional if it was a possibility. You did us no favor by installing additional drainage that you stated "will help significantly during the winter season", but which we never wanted, never asked for, never saw a change order for, and I supposedly refused to pay for, which is false and libelous. The poorly placed drain at the back of the wall that you speak of was never meant to be located there and was removed because it didn't connect to any discharge or overflow line. The artificial turf, with holes cut in it to fit drain covers in that location, was laid back down and patched up. I cannot accept a repair method that leaves brand new artificial turf with a patched or piece meal finish, particularly to fix an error made by your team. One item I have complained about since the beginning is the safety concerns with the unfastened down and lifting turf which has never been addressed by anyone on your team. And you're saying this is the best you can do.

The remodel took about four weeks from demo to completion, which we felt was a very reasonable timeline, it was only delayed because our designer did not order enough tile. A huge shoutout to Angel and Danielo who demoed, built our shower, installed vanity, toilet and flooring. They worked long hours, showed up on time, and corrected any finer details that were needed in completing the job. We would use David again going forward in a kitchen remodel when the time comes. The only thing we would change is to not have a designer assigned to us, and pick our materials ourselves to ensure quality. In the end the designer caused more stress than what it was worth.

We explained that we wanted a low-maintenance outdoor space that felt clean, modern, and sophisticated. About a week later, Evan sent us a design image created by their in-house designer. Evan was also the one who recommended the white decorative rock, which makes the patio feel brighter and more spacious, as well as the gray multicolored pavers for the area where we planned to install our pergola. We happened to have very similar tastes, but more than anything, we were truly impressed by his excellent sense of design. His recommendations helped bring our vision to life. The project was originally scheduled to take three days, but the entire job was completed in just a day and a half! The entire crew was incredibly professional. They worked with incredible speed and efficiency, and the finished work was absolutely perfect. We were especially impressed by Nicco, the manager, and the entire crew. Watching them work so hard in the intense heat, with such dedication and professionalism, truly made us appreciate their efforts. We also received estimates from three other companies. I am still waiting for that to happen. It keeps getting pushed back. It is the weather or we live too far out. We did not live too far out when they took the job. The last I was told is they will be out Monday, July 27. My items have been sitting on my deck for 3 weeks now. I would like to enjoy my new back yard. Brandon, the salesman, was great. The workers did a good job, and the job supervisor was nice. We had another estimate and we went with Rock and Block because we felt we were getting more for our money. I just want my job completed. I do not understand why it is taking so long to finish it.

We set a date (07/06/26) for the replacement and what I thought was a fair negotiated price ($250), it really ended not being a fair price at all. Paco initially wanted $280, I negotiated with him to $250. Even at $250 he was higher than all others by $50-$100 more. I asked him if I could use my credit card, he said yes but there would be 4% surcharge. I didn't agree with that, so I asked if he could wave that, he reluctantly agreed. So, date and price was set. Come Monday 07/06/26, he claims his credit card service isn't working, so I agreed to a Zelle payment. Our appointment was for Monday (07/06/26 at 11:30; not only did his credit card service not work according to him, but he continued to change his arrival time. He texted me he was running behind on 07/06/26 and now would arrive no later than 12:30. By this time I'm seeing many red flags. I called him @ 11:46 on 07/06/26 to verify with him that he would arrive no later than 12:30 and was still intact. While confirming his 12:30 time, now he tells me 1 O'clock and blames me for his late arrival because I called to verify the time. During our conversation on the phone he kept interrupting me, talking over me, telling me I was upset that I couldn't use my credit card (furthest from the truth), and that I set the price for the job and so forth. I told him, I no longer needed his services, he was rude and not accommodating or respectful of my time and needs. Who wants to invite someone to their home after a terrible text and phone conversation, NO THANK YOU! To say the least, he wasn't given the job. Be careful who you hire people.

David responded to my urgent need to address a leak in my irrigation system where the poly tubing had ruptured underneath my driveway as well as a faulty joint in the main irrigation valve coupler. David arrived and proceeded to walk me through my system, discussed the age, pros/cons and we discussed the options to resolve. The age of the system was 20-years and In the end, agreed to rebuild the entire system at a very reasonable price. David knocked the work out in less than 3-4 hours. I never knew the layout of my old system, second owner and drip line tubing and emitters were buried. Now, I was able to photo document everyting with a map of how all the main and drip line tubing was laid out for future reference. I came away very happy with everything new and 1-year warranty. After discharging another lawn service person; I searched the internet and requested quotes for my front and rear yard maintenance. A company representative Jeff came out, looked around and gave me a fair bid for services, which my wire and I accepted. In speaking with Jeff for a tree trimming of my 7 Sumacs and one Eucalyptus, yet another fair bid was accepted. Trimming was scheduled immediately for a few days out. Early that morning Jose and his assistant arrived to discuss how we wanted the trees manicured. Due to the always heavy shed of Sumacs, we opted for a massive trim. Jose and his co-worker attacked the trees systematically, and finished in a fair amount of time. They were very thorough, caring of the end results and cleaned up after themselves in a great way. While we have yet to have their yard services for critique, we are excited to see if that project comes out as promised, equal to the trimming. Our experience so far with this company and all the personnel has been over the top. They are extremely coordinated and professional in every procedure; from price bid, scheduling, checking for satisfaction at completion, payment and communications. We truly hope this company will continue to exceed our expectations and allow us to remain one of their clients. I called Vandorne on Tuesday and asked if they could come to my residence on Thursday regarding irrigation leaks in my front and back yard. The appointment was scheduled for 9am. Dakota was at my residence shortly after 8am. Dakota made quick work in the back yard as he found and repaired several leaks. The front yard was a bit more challenging as the leak was discovered to be under the driveway. Approximately 8 feet of hose was removed. There was about a one inch crack near the center of the hose. The cleanup was great. I waited several days to write this review to ensure there would be no further leaks which there wasn't. I recommend Vandorne for any irrigation issues you may have. read more

Excellent!!! Our experience with VanDorne Landscaping was excellent!!! We had been looking for quotes and some examples of what "could be" and VanDorne came through. They were prepared on our first meeting with pricing and samples of product. The job took one week and the entire staff was great! Jose and his crew were on the job on time every day. They were professional and very respectful. At the end of each day the job site was left clean to comply with all the rules from our strict HOA. We are more than pleased with the results. Kyle, Paige and the rest of the crew did an amazing job on our courtyard and backyard. We used them for paver work, turf, planting plants, lighting, irrigation and rocks. They transformed her property with a beautiful new front yard and a gorgeous paver patio in the backyard. The design process was outstanding. Saul came to my mom's home for an initial walkthrough, listened to what she wanted, and offered great ideas to help bring her vision to life. We received a detailed rendering and were able to make a few revisions until everything was exactly the way my mom envisioned it. Saul went above and beyond by helping my mom complete all of the HOA paperwork for approval and making sure her project qualified for the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA) Water Smart Landscape Rebate Program. That extra guidance made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off her. During construction, Saul's crew was exceptional. They arrived on time every day, were always courteous and professional, and checked in with my mom daily to make sure she didn't have any questions or concerns. They treated her property with respect and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each workday. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and the finished project is absolutely beautiful. He wanted to charge me $2000.00 more than this company. This was the second estimate. He was very good at following up. He likes to talk more on the phone, but he does text as well. I thought he was very honest, helpful, and gave great recommendations with his experience. I love the after pictures. He let me pick where I wanted the bushes/trees to go, and the type from the approved list. I am getting a rebate back that almost covers everything but $300.00. Then Ancelmo informed me that the City of Henderson has a rebate program too. Now that the work is done and I have the form certified, I submitted to them the notarized form and they will pay me an additional $725.00. After it's all said and done, I am making $425.00 total and then I don't have to pay my gardener $1400.00 a year. Plus my water will be going down. I think this is going to save me about $2000.00 a year.

They were subcontracted by Purchase Green (see review) to install turf and edging in our back yard…read more Marco boasted that they've been doing this in Las Vegas for 15 years, yet the kept breaking metal spikes because our yard is hard. The workers were careless in the way they cut the turf boarders and installed the Bend-a-board edging. The turf edges rolled up in a matter of a few days and the boards lifter out of the ground. We had them do the edges over again twice and same crappy results. Just the worst workmanship.

Well, my 'simple' (as Randy put it) 10 day project took over 60. He told us it should only take 10…read moredays, but that was far from the experience. You won't know when the crew is coming. If you continuously ask, he'll say 'oh that's just not how things are done'. Showed up for 2-3 hour increments at best. Maybe one time every couple of weeks. They were here a total of 4 times- 5 if you include the subcontractor for the patio cover. So, the original 10 day estimate Randy had given would have been ample. Finished product is nice, but contract was signed 4/8- work didn't start until 6/10 and wasn't completed until 8/19. It honestly felt like we were continuously pushed off for higher paying clients. End result= nice, but the process wasn't worth it. I should have gone with someone else.

We were hesitant about switching to turf because of the heat, but Adam and Mike took the time to walk us through the entire process. They even left samples so my wife could see and feel them, which made the decision much easier. The process from start to finish was seamless on their end (admittedly, my wife and I had some "commitment issues" ), and their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. More importantly, their professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine personalities were the reason we chose them. Their "no-seam guarantee" is no joke--you truly can't tell where the turf connects. The results speak for themselves. Fortunately (or unfortunately ) for them, they'll now be my go-to for any future landscaping projects. Bottom line: Best turf company in town, hands down. Don't waste your time with anyone else.
