I debated for a long time about writing this review. I was angry for a while and didn't want to sound emotional, but enough time has passed for me to share my experience clearly. My Invisalign treatment with Dr. Yadgarov began in July 2022. I chose her because I liked her approach and she had flexible office hours, including weekends. I also underwent significant periodontal work beforehand, and it was understood my case would require a slower, more careful process. Problems began by tray 17 of my first set of aligners when one lower tooth stopped tracking properly. The tray began forcing the tooth against another, creating extreme pressure. I repeatedly raised concerns and eventually had to push for a rescan after even sending photos showing the issue. Despite restarting treatment (a new set of 20 trays), the same tooth never fully corrected. Dr. Yadgarov decided to shave the tooth to help it fit into the aligner, but she shaved too much, leaving it looking chipped, pointy, and uneven. Eventually, by the 20th tray, I was told, "I think we're done," even though I still had serious bite issues. After treatment, my bite had significantly collapsed. I had virtually no bite on one side and difficulty chewing normally. Multiple dentists, periodontists, and NYU Dental all told me the case should have been addressed much earlier and ultimately recommended restarting with braces. I was also told my plan was labeled "moderate," typically including two rounds of trays, which made me question whether cost played a role in stopping treatment when it did. Before starting, I was told my fee covered treatment until completion. On top of that, I had difficulty getting the buttons removed because other providers would not evaluate me until they were taken off, which delayed my ability to seek proper follow-up care. I should also mention that I had a cleaning done by Dr. Yadgarov because I was told that her office accepted my insurance. After the appointment, I was charged $150. I reminded her that she had specifically told me they took my insurance. Her response was, "Yes, we take your insurance, but we never said it would be covered completely." I found that response ridiculous given how frequently I was in the office for nearly two years, I felt basic insurance verification should have been handled upfront. During my search for follow-up care, no provider was willing to complete retainers or take over the case, leaving me feeling that the treatment was never properly finished. Over the next two years, the consequences were significant. I lost two teeth, required implants, needed a crown replacement, and ultimately had to undergo multiple prosthodontic procedures just to restore a functional bite. Based on everything I experienced, I personally believe Dr. Yadgarov's approach was not appropriate for my case and that financial considerations appeared to outweigh patient outcomes. I chose to proceed despite mixed reviews, and I regret that decision. If it was not going to be a straightforward Invisalign treatment, and she couldn't handle it, she should have recommended me to a periodontist to complete the work. This was irresponsible. What should have been a straightforward Invisalign treatment turned into years of pain, corrective procedures, and lasting damage I will continue to deal with. read more

If I could give a negative star, I would. My daughter had a filling done 4 years ago and this so called dentist owner had 3 people in different rooms where she was doing everyone at the same time. She did not do the filling correctly and a few months later, the filling popped out. My daughter was so infected so we went to a different dentist who had to do a cap. When searching for a local dental, in network provider, we foolishly discounted the many online warnings : only cares about money, always has different assistants in office, never on time for scheduled appts .... To be blunt, mere competence does not make up for the many negatives, gross deceptions, dishonesties and misrepresentations for end costs of said services. ' I will always tell you what it's costs'. ' What is and is not covered by your insurance', ' I will refund your money that you paid me in advance when I collect from your insurance'. No, no and no. AVOID at ALL COSTS - One of the worst experiences in my life (long) I am in my mid 40s and this is has been far the worst dental experience of my life. I go in, and I am told that there is decay on a tooth with a cap and my choices are lose bone (yikes) or pay money to keep the bone and get an onlay. I opt to keep the bone but I ask them how long will the insurance take. They say don't worry it can be as little as two weeks. Great I say. They drill off most of the tooth and clean the decay, the associate dentist brings in her boss (the owner) to look it over and the owner goes oh great job but you didn't finish. Didn't finish??? The woman turns red and tells me she saw the extra decay but and trails off. But what? You saw you were supposed to do more work on a patient and chose not to? Classy. First impression in the toilet. This is when I began to worry. They drill off the cap (which was perfectly fit, never had a problem with it), they put on a temp that leaves a gap in my teeth so wide that i now have to carry floss with me at all times. Leaving the house? Cellphone, wallet, keys, FLOSS. Any food that goes in my mouth ends up in that spot. I now must floss anytime food enters my mouth. I am LITERALLY flossing this tooth 5 times a day. The dentist contacts me at the 2 week mark to tell me they have the onlays but they are clearly confused on the insurance. I am like ok the reason we didn't do this is because of insurance. Did you resolve that? They go what? I am like what? Don't you have a case file? Ummmmmmmmmm. They go well we should hear from the insurance by 30 days. 4 weeks comes and goes, I call them, apparently there has been turnover in the office (shocking) and they are very busy and my account is on the screen and they will get right back with me. 6 hours passes, I call back, they put me on hold for 10 minutes, I hang up. They then call me but can't explain why the insurance hasn't approved, why they didnt follow up with the insurance, nor why they didnt follow up with me. I literally said, did I pay for the onlays? I will come pick them up on Sunday & have another dentist put them in. I just want my relationship with these people severed. Nervous, I call my insurance. They say that the dentist never even submitted the claim!!!!!! They say the first record of contact is today (after I called the dentist to find out wtf is going on since it has been a full month since the procedure). In what world does the patient have to stay on top of the dentist to do part of their job (aka handle the insurance)??? NEVER in my life have I dealt with a company so unprofessional. The fact that this person is allowed to practice medicine is a disgrace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PS: Note how all the negative reviews are long and detailed and very clear about what happened. Which are more likely to be genuine: long explanations or quick "She's the best you must go." PPS: In her defense she offered to make things right but how could I ever trust someone like this again. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. PPPS: I literally paid 600 dollars for her to make my dental health worse, ruin one of my caps, and force me to carry floss everywhere. I now have to spend more money with a new dentist and start the process over. Caveat emptor: Let the buyer beware. The worst doctor I have ever met I had three implants and one dummy tooth. While I was waiting for the implants to arrive she provided me with a temporary stencil with teeth that could not be eaten with them in any way she charged $ 750 for it even after I told her they were falling all the time she still charged me for them. After 4 months the implants arrived the dimensions of the crowns were not good and then she told me within a week they would come back after a week I contacted her she did not come back to me I had to wait another week without teeth only with screws in my mouth. After two weeks the teeth arrived before she glued my teeth she told me if you do not sign the paper I do not wear your teeth while she already held half the money with her and the agreement was when she finished she will get the other half i.e. when the teeth are complex in the mouth and not before but she Was not ready to assemble before I sign the paper. After two years my teeth fell out of my mouth I called her and told her I was toothless only with screws she did not treat me straight she wanted me to wait two days until she gets to the clinic anyway I went to another doctor and he told me that the work she did unprofessional and charlatan because crowns worn on screws are not Fall after two years read more

Tried this new office last week- was clean & staff welcoming. Had expectations of an old, grumpy man to be my dentist but instead had young/beautiful employees who used all new eqmt.- making the process much easier. Assistant was super nice & took my x-rays fast/gently. NO gag-reflex NO discomfort while I watched on a screen. She entertained my kids while Dr. Zoya came & explained everything thoroughly. She pulled my wisdom tooth in about 30 secs flat! I got in the same day I called. Amazing to see such vibrant/fresh faces using current tech. in a normally dreadful setting. I made an appt ask if they accepted my insurance they looked it up - said yes- appt confirmed. On the day of, and after all X-ray taken and sitting on the chair, they call my insurance for route canal approval and low n behold-- they are not even part of my insurance network. And yes I got them off the list of approved dentist on my insurance website-- long story short 2 hours spent in there nothing done left still in pain. When I first got there there was one receptionist at the front desk by the time I left there were about 4 or more and not one was helpful enough to at least suggest I take my xrays with me since I would need to give them to my next dentist being that I wouldn't be able to have more xrays taken( most insurance won't approve a second set that soon after) and yes I had to go back sign a release form so that I could get my X-rays. So annoying!!! As for Zoya herself she seemed nice but it's all about the money- she was pushing implants @about 2700 a pop (tooth) like it was nothing.
