Verizon's cellular service is almost never disrupted. Well, there was a recent disruption that was not a problem for either my husband or me. Their customer service is great, too! My favorite Verizon employee's name is Sally and I call her "Rockstar Sally" because she is beyond friendly and more than helpful anytime I need help with a new device, such as adding a screen protector or buying a cell phone accessory. I've used T-Mobile in the past and good grief was it weak! I had to walk to my backyard fenceline just to get a cell phone signal when at home. This was really bad! We left his office once he called his auto insurance company. As the client (well almost) it was clear we were not the priority. He may well be a competent CPA but his actions elicited no confidence.
