This is not linked to a store location. It's the customer service on the phone…read more I just had one of the worst customer service experiences ever with Verizon. On July 12th, the Samsung phone that's the primary number on the account stopped working (touch screen stopped working) so it got sent off for repairs. I made the decision to get a backup phone by adding a line to the account and opted for an iPhone, which arrived on the 16th. Since it's taking longer than usual for my Samsung to be returned to me, I went through the process of updating contact information and authentication methods on important accounts to include the number linked to the iPhone. I tried to log into my account but it wouldn't let me advance pass the screen attempting to send a code/ link to my old phone number (the one being repaired), I called Verizon to see if I could get the iPhone number to be used as the number for MFA. With all the stress going on, I could not remember the pin linked to my account. However, I was able to provide other identifying information (email address, other phone numbers on my account, my physical address, and my SSN). I experienced being gaslit and was told by one representative that my account could not be found, despite a bill being sent to my email address today. Then the "manager" did not relay the correct information to "tech support". I was kept on the phone for almost two hours with customer service representatives trying to make me feel stupid for their inability to fix the problem. The customer service needs improving. Have some empathy for your customers. Don't insult their intelligence. And have additional ways of authenticating your customers apart from this method that the tech team is unable to figure out how to undo.

Okay, agreed. Sign up. Send me a bill. It's $150 more than they agreed. Chat again. Let me check that for you...for two hours, until the chat just goes dead, and there is no record of anything, no way to download the chat, nobody can email it to you. "...rest assured...I am here to help..." hour...hour...hour...disconnected, stopped responding...bill still $150 more than promised..."I fixed that you should see that on your account soon..." No change, nothing. Lies. Thievery. Stealing. Scamming. Scambags. If any other cell phone service didn't have exactly the same reviews I'd have left years ago. I think they're all run by the same losers.

Absolutely the WORST phone carrier. The service is horrible. I keep getting dropped calls and many…read moreof my family and friends cannot reach me. They receive a message stating that the person you called is not available or the phone number does not exist. I was given a ticket number, only to be told the following week that my issue was resolved. It was not; it's worse! Today, I asked the initial phone rep to speak with a supervisor. She said that their system was down. Then I asked to be transferred to someone who could actually address my concerns. I asked for her name, and she promptly disconnected me. I'm switching today! DO NOT USE T-Mobile!

Of course when you finally break free, the most important decision is your internet provider. It's the heartbeat of any sound entertainment/communications hub and shouldn't be taken lightly. With Comcast gone, I chose T-Mobile 5G Internet and so far, I've been very pleased. Since I'm not running an underground movie studio or training for the Gamer Olympics, T-Mobile has been terrific supporting our phones, computers and streaming services with only slight variation in speed and dependability... or at least no more than Comcast. The Hub took all of ten minutes to install and connect to our devices. Trust me, I don't work in IT and it's still a snap. The real advantage is financial, $50 per month with taxes, fees and equipment included versus $140+ all in for Comcast. The only question is whether the service is available in your area. Give T-Mobile a call, it only takes five minutes... unless you hate saving money. Five easy stars.
