Katie is an AMAZING blonde specialist... my hair was a complete disaster and she worked some real magic on it. I'm extremely particular with how I like it done and often walk out of salons feeling defeated and like I didn't quite get what I wanted... to yellow, weird orange tones. She explained everything she was doing as she was doing it, educated me on what I should be doing after my appointment (which i was doing a lot wrong), gave me explanations as to what other people were doing that probably turned my hair the weird yellow and orange colors it was showing and was easy to talk to which made the appointment go by so quickly for 3 hours. She did a cool blond in my hair and the only way I can describe it is super creamy and perfectly balanced. I am SO HAPPY I found Katie. I finally found the stylist I was looking for. She's very thorough. She asked me about my hair history (which no other stylist had ever asked). She asked me some questions before getting started which I was very happy about because it shows how much she cares about what I wanted. She also explained a lot of things to me regarding my hair. Basically, she is the one I've been hoping for! Previous hairstylists left me so bummed because they worked on my hair for many sessions and never even got close to the color I wanted but Katie got it on the first session. Katie took 20 minutes on the phone with me advising me for color correction while trying her best to stay within my budget. I was feeling so defeated about my hair but Katie walked me through how we were going to save my head and now I have the most gorgeous color. I'm a busy mom and she always makes sure my color will still look great when it grows out so I can extend my time between visits.
