My friends and I love doing karaoke here! Molly was super helpful getting us setup, fixing the microphone sound, and serving us drinks at the bar. The only downside to this spot is that it reeks of cigarettes. If you're not a fan of smoking, this location might not be for you! My friends and I didn't mind it, and we spent three hours singing karaoke! We utilized YouTube and searched up karaoke versions of songs on there. We found that to be the easiest option. We got a room for six people and it came out to around $22 a person for the evening. We are hoping to get a bigger group together very soon to come back for another fun night! read more

This is a cool spot to hangout. Private karaoke rooms are $25 and hour. They have beer and wine options, as well as sake. The machines are kind of in Chinese or one of the oriental character languages. Still, we found plenty of songs to sing. It was a food time overall. read more

When walking in me and my group were a bit skeptical of the environment. We accidentally walked through the front and passed through. Few medical offices, no big deal when we got to our destination it seemed like an alright place. Upon arriving to our room we realized our room we booked ($40 an hour) was a bit too large for us so we asked to downsize to a smaller room for a cheaper rate ($35 an hour). We did have a blast even though we could hear neighboring rooms music. The problem came at the end. The barista did not keep accurate count of the drinks and tried to charge my friend for 5 drinks while she only had 3, then accused us of making a mistake.. ok. After paying for everything I only realized that they charged us the original rate ($40) after I got home and checked the bill again. Unfortunately because it's rung up in such a convoluted way I can't even confirm the rate they charged us. Instead it was a flat bill with no indication of what I paid for (attached). I honestly don't blame the staff. They did their best. But the manager should definitely update their check system, for some reason the barista was keeping tabs on paper which gets confusing fast. MANAGERS HELP OUT YOUR STAFF!!!! These things aren't the end of the world but cmon, when I go to a place I expect to be treated like a customer. read more

We were excited for a spontaneous karaoke night tonight, we called in advance and even drove the distance expecting to be welcomed in, as we had a pleasant experience over the phone, however, because we arrived with our service animal we were turned away and told that because the owners are Korean, I assume this was referenced due to cultural differences that the owner was watching the cameras and would not allow animals inside we make sure to clarify that my friends dog had nine years of professional training and would not be any disturbance to the venue, However, the employee working tonight as nice as she was, had to turn us away right at the door. This is quite disappointing, given all the great reviews of this place, and we were excited to bring business here.. But now, knowing that the owners have no regard or compassion for future guest that rely on service animals for their safety, well-being, and overall needs, we won't return ever. Frankly It feels a bit discriminatory that disabled people can't enjoy a night out, compared to other guests simply because a service animal who has been professionally trained once again, and to that service animals do not provide any disturbance to public environments, their sole purpose is to aid their owners in need incase of any emergencies and to Keep them safe. It's evident that the owners are not aware that this is illegal to turn away anyone and or deny services due to a service animal, But another family owned karaoke business on the opposite end of OBT Had no issues in welcoming us tonight, despite this inconvenience of being turned away unexpectedly. I loved this place! Great vibes and good energy! We were helped by Rebecca & Bianca. They were very informative and soooo nice. They customized their board for my birthday. They have pool tables in their bar area. The individual rooms are nice and they charge per size of room and hour, the bigger the room the more you pay by hour. Their song options were pretty up to date. They have more international songs but their USA songs were cool. We did 2 and a half hours and it was worth it!! Ok, ok, ok. So I suggested this to a few friends after a night of hanging out because I had fun the first time I was there just my sister and I. This time it was way more fun, we had a bigger room and it was only 40$ for the hour. Mind you, you're in a room just you and who you went with. They have some food they serve, and drinks. Nothing you might be familiar with it's Korean. They also have pool tables free to play, huge bar, great music. You can also smoke in there. It's lit for real. Now, let talk about the attention we got from staff, they went above and beyond. We were having issues with the machine there was like 3 of them doing EVERYTHING imaginable to accommodate us. That is grade A service. Ruby, went as far as lending us her charger, checking in making sure we were good. The staff is really something else. So shout out to Ruby, Luna and Sasha. I felt bad cause they were cleaning up and we were just there playing pool, but they were so cool and chill about everything. Let us play our own music, gave us anything we requested. It really was a great way to spend my veterans day. Oh and the rooms get taken up quick, so I would suggest calling and reserving. Not sure if that's an option but def go. I was invited here for a birthday party and boy oh boy was it fun! Finding the place was just a tad bit confusing but after making your turn into the parking lot, just look for the red square light up sign with Korean lettering! The place has 6-7 rooms overall and each of them a different size to accommodate your party. They have all the latest songs to sing karaoke, updated everyday! Smoking cigarettes is allowed and thankfully they have air purifiers! They also have free pool! Bathrooms and rooms are very well maintained. Beers and wine coolers are served here only. No liquor! Super disappointed in my family's experience here. We thought we were lucky to get a room with late notice to do karaoke tonight but we wish we had chosen our first option (Q Karaoke) or just a different place. First off, the building and rooms smell very strongly of smoke. Thank God for masks because the smell was hard to tolerate. The karaoke system took a while to start up -- they told us they would begin the timer once it was fully up and running. I started my own timer once we were finally able to start singing songs. In an hour span, we were only able to fit in AT MOST 10 songs. It took a considerable amount of time to get the score after each song. We wasted a lot of our time waiting for the songs in our queue to play--we tried troubleshooting ourselves and even asked for help a few times. We were frustrated and set a timer in between songs with waits being as long as FIVE MINUTES. At the end, we asked if it was normal to experience long waits in between each song. They thought they were doing us a favor by only charging us for one hour, saying we were fifteen minutes over, even though I had run a timer myself from the beginning that said otherwise. We just wanted to end off my brother's birthday celebration off nicely, but now we know better for the future. read more

They sometimes have weekday specials like buy 2 hours get 1 free. But you have to check their facebook and also if available you have to first like their facebook page and ask upon cashing out. I had my birthday party here before. You get a free tray of chips that they refill. But the more you eat the thirstier you get and then you'll end up ordering drinks lol. They have small room at $20/hr (4 people), Medium room $25/hr (5-8people) and large rooms $30/hr (8+....probably 15 people the most) Their songs are pretty updated. The large room has touch screen song selection available. And that's also the room with most updated chinese songs. But if you're into Korean songs more then choose the small or medium room. There's a wide variety of alcoholic drinks. Included beers, wine, sake, soju, they mix some simple drinks for you like orange juice or sprite with soju. There are many songs in different languages but prominently Korean, English, chinese. Then Japanese, Vietnamese. Very few old Spanish songs. Try to call before you come. I was left waiting with my friends outside the location for an hour and when I called, the person who I was on the phone wasn't even physically present at the location. She would have to talk to her employer every time I called. And I was told that their "employer" was on the way but they kept making excuses as to when they were on their way. We had to keep waiting 10 more minutes every time I called. Also, the location was difficult to find because the entrance was in the back of a building. We ended up leaving after an hour waiting outside of the location for a worker to arrive. I would not come to this place again because we wasted our time waiting. read more
