This company WILL NOT give you an arrival time or estimated timeframe of arrival. You are at their discretion and required to wait around all day for their call/text. It is now 1618hrs and I've taken the day from work for a possible costly repair and for no tech to call or show. It's sad a company that provides a service can't in return respect possible customers time and give beneficial updates or cancellation notices. I've read the reviews and I'm thankful others with similar experiences have shared who they were able to relay on for guaranteed service.

We had them come out through our home warranty (American Home Shield). We recently had the roof…read morereplaced and the roofers put a nail straight through our heat pump condenser line. The guy from All Star came out for a consultation, and when he found out he needed more equipment to do the job, he serviced our other heat pump since he was already out there. He came back the following week with a camera that he snaked along the roofline to find the leak so he didn't tear up too much drywall. Once he found it, he repaired the pipe and did multiple leak checks before pressurizing the system again. The company used a local drywall contractor to do the ceiling repair and they did a really crappy job. All they did was put the new sheet up, without properly taping, puttying and sanding. The next day we called All Star to tell them they shouldn't use that contractor anymore, and to our surprise they offered us a refund on the drywall portion of our estimate. All in all, they did a great job, they were thorough, quick, and fair. Would definitely recommend!

He could have taken advantage of the fact that I knew nothing and made up something to overcharge me, but he didn't. He made a diagnosis that would have cost me 3x as much, but went ahead to examine further to make sure to save me the cost, and stuck around to make sure the problem was 100% resolved They were super helpful, and when I asked about thermostat I wanted to install myself (and save me the cost of having someone do that), he told me to FaceTime him to guide me through, should I have any questions. Turns out the AC unit needed to be replaced and he was upfront with me about my options and cost and was ultimately able to work on replacing the whole unit the following weekend (on a Saturday at that!).
