The lady that answered the phone was very nice and empathetic and said technician would be able to come out in a few hours. Mike was our technician and Anthony, and they called on their way and showed up on time. The hot water heater had to be replaced and the piping done and had to be brought up to new County codes. Mike did such a good job, making sure that everything was done correctly. It looks so much better than the previous tank we had because the pipes are wrapped and it's centered. It looks good. You know its a good job when you can say a water heater looks good! LOL Both Mike and Anthony were super nice, which was good because I wanted to cry because this was the last thing we needed to deal with. They refused to do the job. This is really bad business for both them and the Trane Company. i am a retired HVAC and Refrigeration engineer and technician and even asked for them to get the compressor from Trane and I would install it myself. They refused that as well. They are set and determined to rob senior citizens with excessive markups on Freon.
