purhased a recliner from Keeblers. When received the chair it did not stay reclined. Called and spoke with manager and she told me it was a special chair that required heavy weight to stay reclined! I weight 125lbs! The sales person never told us this, she was very rude and when looking at recliners she just walked away. We had no idea where she went. They did pick up the chair. When refunding my money, Keeblers refused to refund the delivery fee of 106.00. Also taxed me on the labor. So....all in all, I paid 106.00 and no chair!!!!! Never do business with them again. I revisited Kuebler's after a two-year absence. There had been problems with management and sales staff in terms of misinformation and poor customer service, but I thought I would give them another try maybe the sales environment had improved, after all I simply wanted to purchase an item from the manufacturer they deal with. Unfortunately, there was no improvement in either category. I was informed Keubler's would not sell a furniture item that they did not have a sample of on their floor. What transpired was very strange. After the female salesperson began working to identify the item and directed me to the fabrics I could choose from, a male person who asked my name then asked the female person to accompany him to the back office, when she returned, she advised me that their policy does not allow me to custom order an item not on the floor. Kuebler's is of course able to do business and establish policies as the wish; however, the female salesperson with years of experience knew nothing of the policy that apparently she learned for the first time behind closed doors. It did appear to possibly be discrimination, what occurred was not normal. if there was such a policy, why the secretiveness? Again, it was another example of the rather narrow provincialism in a small local business, and I wonder if this is the actual policy. I can't help but think of all the furniture sold by Asleys, Wayfair, Amazon and dozens of other retailors selling furniture sight unseen. It is as if Kuebler's would shoot themselves in the foot rather than make sale. And by the way, the one significant issue I had at Kuebler' was the fact that I purchased a chair on a special order where the manufacturer had incorrectly stated the dimensions of the chair, and it was not what I ordered based on the dimensions stated by the manufacturer online. Well to make a long story short this issue was very difficult for them to deal with. Meanwhile I have purchased a sofa and two recliners from a competitor, from the same manufacturers that Kuebler's carries, all custom orders, one sight unseen, with amazing customer service. So, there has to be something wrong with the way this store operates; in this day and time they are simply functioning in a very unsophisticated manner and not competing at the same level on the same page as their competitors. Obviously, you have to look at the owner and management as they set the tone none of whom are up to current standards of doing business providing quality customer service. They work well if all goes smoothly but when there is a bump in the road, they just fold. read more

Not happy with the quality of furniture I purchased. What was to be leather parts of a couch were poly vinyl and peeled. The base of a glider rocker broke, the faux finish of a kitchen table flaked off and the rocker recliner has been repaired twice and needs to be repaired again. read more

We received attentive, professional, and experienced care from Valinda. My husband and I HATE shopping (our 12 year old son especially hates it) and Valinda expertly asked all the right questions to get an idea of our price range, style, and color stories. She then proceeded to select items to furnish our entire home - no small feat- in a pretty short amount of time. Delivery was delayed due to COVID, and Valinda was communicative with us during the waiting period. When our furniture arrived - which was delivered and efficiently assembled by the cheerful, funny, and super professional Darrell and associate- it exceeded our expectations. They do not offer any extended warranty for their products. For the price you pay for the furniture you would expect it to last more that a couple years. I purchased an electric recliner which no longer reclines. Because they have had troubles with this particular model in the past they would not even send out a service person to check it out. read more

We decided to stop by Kuebler's to look at their living room sets and were introduced to Don, our salesperson. Don was very patient with us and took the time necessary to uncover what our needs were and even make suggestions based on things that he saw our kids doing with the furniture that might come up later. What a beautiful store and fantastic people. Just moved to Redding and need to furnish a whole house as we lost our house in Santa Rosa in October to the Tubbs fire. Met the manager and she offered us discounts on everything we bought. Picked out a sofa, dining set and bedroom set. They have it all in stock and will deliver on Friday afternoon. Very happy with the quality and selection they offer. On another shopping trip we will shop for living room furniture as well as lamps and tables. The manager told us to come on the days she is there and she would take care of us. Very small town caring atmosphere. So glad we found this store. read more

Most people review a business shortly after they make a purchase. Well, this one is to talk about what happened nearly a year later. My wife and I had purchased a $1200 dining set and were surprised to find after only ten months that there were some flaws in the workmanship. Of course, we contacted the folks at Kuebler's to find out how they wanted to resolve this for us. First, they sent out one of their staff to inspect the table and to confirm the problem we were having. They then made arrangements to get a replacement for us. Unfortunately, due to some internal staffing problems they didn't follow-up as promptly as we would have liked. However, when we finally came into the store to talk about our situation, they were more than helpful. They offered us several options, including giving us a complete refund. In the end, they replaced the dining set with a new one (which actually was a slightly better value). Hopefully, you will never have a problem with anything you purchase from Kuebler's, but, if you do, based on our experience, you can be confident that they will do what it takes to make it right. read more

I can't believe it but Kuebler's did take back the love seat I purchased even though it was over the 30 days!!! I told them I would be happy with an in-store credit because they had the biggest selection and variety. I ended up getting a recliner that was on sale and a beautiful pillowed loveseat. Staffing was friendly. Selection was good. But if you are looking to buy a bed make sure you like it. They do not offer a exchange if the bed does not work for you.
