Went when it wasn't busy so it was cute and drinks came out fast and tasted fine. There's a game area on their second floor and they have plenty of different card games and board games, but I think it's only accessible via stairs. It's a really nice place to hang with friends have some boba and play some games.

Came here for the Ateez pop up and the staff were so helpful. Ended up getting a drink too because why not!

Ample seating and charging are conducive for UTA students. I love the use of space-- building a second story. My favorite drink is the taro slush + oreo + boba.

Cute place but I wasn't impressed with the drinks. We ordered a mango slush (they do not do two flavored drinks slushes - disappointing) and a peach oolong tea. Both with boba but mine also had mango jelly. His tea had a bitterness to it and my mango slush was very artificial tasting and overly sweet. The boba was too chewy which almost gave it a rubbery consistency. I really wanted to like this place based off all the reviews. I am used to getting real fruit slushes with amazing boba and mango jelly. This just missed the mark for us.

A super cute addition to the 101 Center apartment / downtown Arlington food options that's a sight for sore eyes. Never thought that a KFT would be right around the corner, but it's finally here! The interior is absolutely adorable and mad colorful, it's like a little photoshoot-worthy space with a ton of cute and bright photo corners and even a handful of different plushies. The upstairs even has a handful of games and random books and was practically empty when my friend and I visited. They're located right next to the Frost Bank but along the same side as Rita's and Kintaro Ramen, so can't miss it! I usually park inside the residential garage but there are def side street parking spots out front and to the sides of the complex.

Being from Houston and growing up KFT's Boba Tea, it's nice to see a Kung Fu tea nearby! Close to UTA, great study spot, and fantastic boba tea! PARK: This location is great as it's near UTA and roughly in the center of Arlington - however, parking is tricky. STUDY SPOT: Another bonus about this location is that it has a second floor "study" area! BOBA TEA: All their teas are fantastic! My favorite flavors are Oolong Honey Milk Tea, Coconut Milk Tea, & Sesame Oolong Milk Tea. You have plenty of control on the sweetness, flavors, add-ons, and levels of ice for each craft! Although, the past few times I've gone to this location - they've been out of boba pretty early on. TIMES: They close a little later on Saturdays, but I don't believe they're currently staffed enough for longer shifts in the evening. Unlike other KFT's I've been to, they close around 9. Get your Boba before they close!

I'm glad that there's a Kung Fu Tea nearby. This was my first time at this location and the first time seeing a two story Kung fu tea location. There's a study room upstairs, plenty of places to sit and street parking available. They have a Groupon available as well. I ordered two drinks, the caramel macchiato and the kung fu milk tea. It's been a couple of years since I've been to Kung fu tea, the prices have gone up and the size of the cups are smaller. They have medium and large sizes available. They offer hot beverages which I'll have to check out soon. They offer stickers for a $1 tip and complimentary chocolate kisses which is sweet.

First time visiting this KFT, and I have to say I am impressed. KFT is my favorite bubble tea chain, and though this is the nearest from my house, I visited this location for the first time today. Located in the Downtown Arlington area, this place is a small and compact yet visually aesthetic location with a second floor. Unlike a lot of KFT's, the second floor is the perfect place to study or get stuff done. Most KFT's are loud and the seating is uncomfortable so it's not the best for studying, but this was has great seating upstairs that will leave you undisturbed. I ordered my usual (Large Honey Oolong Milk Tea, Regular Ice & Less Sugar, with boba and herbal jelly) and they said the app scanner was broken, which was okay so I ended up paying with my credit card. Overall though, this place is really nice and it's not as crowded as the Carrollton location so I definitely see myself coming again in the near future!

Place is pretty chill and laid back. I stopped here before I went to the Arlington library. The menu is pretty much industry standard and the ambiance is that of a college hang out for kids. Free WiFi and there is a loft style layout so you can head up stairs to study or hang out

The ambiance is really nice, it has a cool industrial vibe but still feels warm and welcoming, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The food and drinks were great. We tried the Picadillo taco, Blueberry lemon cake, and Chocolate chip cookie and everything was fresh and flavorful. Definitely a solid option whether you're just looking for coffee or a little flavorful bite. The service was very friendly and attentive, which always makes a difference. The staff made us feel welcome right away and kept everything running smoothly. Overall, great atmosphere, good food, and excellent service. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in the area.

I have never had a bad experience and I have been coming here for the last 4 years. I always suggest getting a hot chai latte and a sweet treat. Free parking can be found around the shop. However, they also have a free parking lot (1st floor only) found on the same block. Bathrooms are single stalls and they have always been clean.

At the same time, my alcohol tolerance is horrible and I just would not have been able to handle any wine or other drink with alcohol. Thus, I could not enjoy the specialties of this establishment. Instead, I got the chicken pesto sandwich. Although quite unassuming, the sandwich was incredibly delicious. The ciabatta bread offered just the right amount of toast and texture to hold everything. There was a sizeable chicken breast. Not dry but also not too flavorful by itself but that's okay. The pesto really delivered on the flavor with a savory, nutty, and slightly herbal flavor. In the future, I'd love to try a one of their many drinks - non-alcoholic and alcoholic included!

To name a few there's creme brulee, charcoal honey, ube, pandan...along with all the regular flavors. The pastries are good, they are average, which is still a good thing. Ham & cheese came out flaky. :) Presentation is beautiful. Sometimes I'll go there midday & there's not alot to choose from so it will prevent me from getting a snack. Charcuterie & wine is available but I haven't ordered any of those. A fun atmosphere, along the wall are built in seats with chairs on the opposite end of the table. Other seating includes table with benches (beware you can't move the benches to get in & out, if I'm wrong I apologize), then some a few tables with chairs by the windows, on the other side they do have benches facing each other with tables in between (great for groups!), & beautiful outdoor patio seating. They have a small upstairs with chairs & use wine barrels as tables. Clever! Customer service is okay, let me say that every person there has been extremely pleasant but out of the four times I've been there, only once I didn't have an issue. They seem to enough their jobs & working together, which is a green flag for any place, but sometimes they get distracted. One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. Each time they did apologize, but three out of four times aren't good odds. I probably won't frequent this location as much, but I will stop by once in awhile because their drinks are worth it.

We ordered the pho ga (chicken pho) and ga len mam (chicken platter). - I'm particular when it comes to pho ga, and this one hit the spot. The broth was clean and flavorful. It had a lot of meat and came with wide noodles, which I love. I wish it came with the eggs also, but that's just me. The sauce to dip wasn't my favorite with the pho, but it's because I prefer the ginger fish sauce. - initially I was surprised that the ga len mam was $70, since the picture didn't show a whole chicken. We were very surprised when we saw it come out. Everything was flavorful and the eggs were my favorite. There's sticky rice in the middle that you can eat with the different styled chicken. Overall, we had leftovers for 5 people. Everything was delicious and under $100.
