The best thing in the menu is the popcorn chicken hands down! I came here after a day at hurricane harbor and ordered the strawberry horchata, Thai tea, and mangonada. The Thai tea was bitter and the manager replaced it with another drink. Location is great with tons of parking. Aww I was pretty excited to finally try zero degrees. I've seen it before and it's pretty in pics. But I'd say some of my friends didn't like it and I didn't know why... until now. The drinks were EXTREMELY sweet. When we asked if we could adjust sweetness level, the worker said no, it's pre prepped already. When I asked about the strawberry in the pina colada and if it's fresh cut fruit, she said yes. They cut and smash a whole strawberry and put it in the bottom. Sounds yum! I'm sold!! Turns out It was just strawberry purée from a bottle. The pina colada did not taste like fresh juice and coconut milk as on the description. It tasted like store bought premix bottle. It was already too sweet without the strawberry purée added. The milk tea of course too sweet. But at least I just can take it home and adjust that. But it was a lost on the pina colada. The cashier girl is nice but not sure if she didn't know how the drinks were made and told us what she thought. Or maybe that's just what they tell customers. Ive came here a couple times. Giving it 3 stars only cus the food is so-so i got the egg rolls was not impressed but the watermelon slush extra sweetness is SOOOOO GOOD 10/10 on that drink. This shake was recommended to me by a buddy, so of course I had to go grab it after that. In any case, I was unaware of how much food they truly serve and how extensive their menu is. But since the shake was my top goal, I regretfully didn't acquire any, so this review is purely focused on it. Their cookie monster milkshake will be the beverage I discuss today. I'll start by saying that I'm not the biggest lover of Oreo-based shakes because they usually end up being excessively sugary and lacking in flavor. The cookie monster, to my amazement, was the exact opposite of that. It wasn't too sweet; rather, I believe it had just the appropriate amount of sweetness to make it tolerable to consume more than a few sips. Furthermore, the chocolate flavor was outstanding, but I believe the addition of the caramel elevated it to a new level. I have no idea why, but it just seems to work and makes this drink fantastic. Despite the fact that the shake deserves four stars on its own, I only gave this establishment three stars due to its cleanliness. I personally wouldn't eat there because there was food and trash on the floor, which it can be off-putting when you're trying to eat. In any case, the milkshake was fantastic, and I'd urge anyone who enjoys Oreo shakes to order one. I apologize for the low-quality photos. read more

I'm all for supporting local restaurants, so I feel bad not leaving a great review. I was in the area and the pictures on Yelp looked delicious, so I was excited to stop by. It's hard to mess up chicken and fries, right? But unfortunately, the food was a little bland and it was a little pricey given that I could have gotten more food elsewhere for the same price with a lot more seasoning. I really love coming here for bubble tea, or sometimes just regular Thai tea! It's the cheapest in the area so I've been here like 15 times for it over places that might be a lil closer to my house! I don't really recommend the carne asada fries because they were so soggy and the topings tasted and smelled rotten. The popcorn chicken is good though, minus an occasional hair in them. I also wish you could put any flavor on them but they limit the flavor options for whatever reason. But when all else fails- the Thai tea doesn't! The servers are usually quick with the completing orders, I usually call mine in and pick it up to go though the ambiance is cool to dine-in; I never have sat down and ate here. read more

First time coming to Zero Degrees, and it was an awesome Asian-Hispanic fusion restaurant! I went with my GF after we finished eating dinner because we wanted something sweet and refreshing. Zero Degrees did not disappoint. The interior is very modern and trendy, but it does get pretty packed so finding a table inside may get difficult. The menu is well laid out on big display screens and the staff is very kind. Since we were full, we just ordered one pink lychee smoothie. The pink lychee is very colorful, and looks great in photos! It is a bit sweet, but the tartness of the strawberries helps to balance out the flavor. Very refreshing for a hot Texas day, but the drinks are a bit pricey.
