PASSION FRUIT GREEN TEA
LeAn H.

Decided to try this spot when I was looking up for some bubble tea. I didn't realize how close it was to my house until I looked it up. My sister has been all about the bubble tea lately and somehow turned me to them as well. While doing Keto, I wanted to try something different. I decided to check out their Passion Fruit Green Tea with Nata Jelly. OM-Gersh... new all time favorite! I actually went to the Kung Fu Tea in RVA and ordered myself 3 to go and to have at home during the 4th of July holiday/day off. If you're not all about that Bobba beans, def switch to them jellies. I ordered my drink with 0% sugar and no ice -my sister tried my drink and told me it was bitter(?). I didn't think it was and tasted like it had enough "sugar" as is. I actually looked up the menu before going in there to order mine.

Another Kung Fu Tea near my mom's house, lucky! It's neat and organized inside. Plenty of parking is available at the shopping center. Employees are friendly and quick. I've been a fan since I first tried them out in NY. I love their teas, super refreshing and flavorful. Their bubble teas are on the pricier side but quality ingredients are used. I appreciate that they give you the option of choosing how sweet you want your drink and how much ice gets put into it. There are now two Kung Fu Tea's in the Springfield area. Chantilly would like a Kung Fu Tea too, please :D

This is my KF Bubble Milk Tea after waiting over 15mins! I am extremely disappointed.

Probably one of the nicest king fu teas I've ever been to! Right when you walk in you'll notice how clean and very spacious the place is! I ordered my usual drink which is the strawberry lemon green tea with aloe bits and it was made just right! If you're looking to chill they have plenty of seating in the front and back of the place. They even have games to play AND have free WiFi! Who doesn't love free WiFi? I know I do! It's located in a shopping center so it's very convenient for anyone that wants a quick drink. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area again!

Brand new (they literally just opened this past Friday!) and ready to serve you delicious bubble tea, Kung Fu Tea has come to Burke and personally I am SO PUMPED that they have! It's located right next to Glory Days in Burke, and the space is clean and modernly decorated. Service was friendly and fast, and my drink was up to the usual KFT standard (I always get the Taro Milk Green Tea with bubbles and pudding, less sweet. YUM!) Free wifi is proudly announced with signage throughout the shop. I look forward to many (many, many, many) future visits here. Happy National Bubble Tea Day!!

Honey Oolong Milk Tea with Nata Jelly (similar to lychee). Yummy!!

So bummed I don't live in this area anymore. I would've gone everyday if only it were in this location sooner! I went around 1pm on a super duper slow Wednesday afternoon - I was the only customer there. I ordered a Medium-sized Honey Oolong Milk Tea with... (here's what was awesome about the dude working the register) - I asked for "rainbow jelly" topping, but the guy told me he they didn't have any. BOO. My 2nd choice was to add a Lychee topping. They didn't have it! BOO x2. HOWEVER, the guy at the register offered an alternative, which was Nata Jelly (similar to lychee jellies in shape and texture, but made from coconut with a pineapple-y taste). ANYWAYS. My point is: it's nice that the guy working the register offered something similar and was able to describe it. Some places just say YAY or NEIGH without offering something else. Points for You, mister! Oh, and a girl who made my milk tea complimented my tattoo. Thank you! Compliments are nice, especially for someone having a rough day. Thanks girl. Points for you too! ATMOSPHERE: clean, tidy, chairs & tables weren't sticky, and more open/spacious than other Kung Fu Tea locations. TASTE TIP FOR CONSUMERS: to be honest, I got a bit of a sugar bite on my first sip and soon after, I realized that it was slightly too sweet for my taste. On the flip side, I never told them how sweet I wanted it. So... be sure to do that if you have a sweetness preference. There are STEPS on how to order. Keep this up BURKE Kung Fu Tea, and 5 stars I shall give!

New location in the Burke Plaza a couple doors down from Glory Days. First glance, there is tons of space inside this place. I feel like they should add more tables as summer is coming up and I feel like this place is going to be busy. Like any Kung Fu Tea, the drinks aren't anything special but boba is boba. I ordered the honey green tea, while it's good I feel as it is a bit too sweet. My fault, I'll just ask for less sweet next time. Shout out to Indie and Jenny for providing good service!

So excited this place opened! I wish there was some more information or advertising so I knew! Luckily my wife happened to be in the shopping center and told me about it. I guess they are having a grand opening soon?! I can't remember, but they were running some specials for that event. This place is a chain like the other places, but I enjoy knowing exactly what to expect and what I'm getting. I was not disappointed! I'm glad to finally have a place in Burke that I can go to when I'm craving a boba slushy!

I really, really love that we have a boba/bubble tea place in Springfield, but I am a bit unhappy that there isn't more lower table seating. This tea place has half high tables and half low seating... i was really unahppy with just how noisy it gets in here (Even on a tuesday night) I loved the selection, but only ...tolerated the prices. I liked that they had games in the low table area .. so it seemed like they encouraged having people stick around. will DEFINITELY come again.

Wow!! What an experience! Very impressed by our brunch meal at Chloez. This up beat local café…read moreis an affordable and delicious brunch or lunch spot any day of the week. We ordered the breakfast burrito, pancake combo, and waffle combo. The breakfast burrito was hot and well assembled. The eggs were fluffy, it was full of cheese, and I was able to substitute sausage for bacon. The home fries that came with it were soft, well seasoned, and DELICIOUS!! I was blown away by these. The pancakes were light and fluffy. The Belgian waffle was also good. The combos came with a small side of fresh and delicious fruit. We had an amazing server named Darlene. She was super friendly and funny, and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend asking for Darlene when you come! The ambiance is super cool. It's like a farmhouse with a little groove!! Come check it out!

The positives first: the restaurant is attractive inside, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the food itself was good. My chicken fajita omelet was flavorful, although it contained surprisingly little chicken. Everyone at the table seemed to enjoy their meals. Unfortunately, the pricing and constant add-on charges really overshadowed the experience. At $15 for an omelet, the prices are already toward the high end for breakfast. Then there are extra charges for things that feel like they should be included. Real maple syrup is an additional $1.50, and coffee was an eye-popping $4 per cup. Looking at our receipt afterward, it really felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed. The biggest surprise was the 3% credit card surcharge. In 2026, charging customers extra for paying with a credit card feels outdated. Very few people carry enough cash to cover a $100 breakfast meeting, so it comes across as another hidden fee rather than a genuine choice. One other odd thing I noticed was the floor. Whenever someone heavier walked through the dining room, the entire floor visibly bounced. It wasn't unsafe as far as I could tell, but it was noticeable enough to the table to be distracting throughout the meal. I wanted to like this place because the atmosphere, service, and food were all solid. But between the high menu prices, the extra charges, and the credit card fee, I left feeling like the value just wasn't there. Unless the pricing structure changes, I don't expect to return.

Recently, I ordered a Caribbean Jerk wrap through delivery because I'm currently unable to drive. When my order arrived, the wrap was ice cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, and there was no jerk sauce--even though I requested extra. It honestly felt like it had been taken straight from the refrigerator, wrapped, and sent out. I called the store to explain the issue, and the young lady who answered said there was nothing they could do and that I would have to come in to have it corrected. I explained that this wasn't possible, which is why I paid extra for delivery. She repeated that there was nothing she could do. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me none were available. I was shocked and disappointed, as I expected at least a refund or some form of resolution for receiving an incorrect and poorly prepared order. Instead, I was left without any help. It's unfortunate that I'm out $20 for a smoothie and wrap. I've given this establishment many chances despite declining quality, but this experience was the last straw.

Came here looking for sea moss to help with my hormonal acne. The owner is super informative and…read morehelpful when I would ask questions. He is so nice and I could tell he cares and knows his stuff. I was eager to try sea moss as it has many benefits. I believe a jar was about $50. I bought one flavorless and was consistent with taking it orally and a week later I began applying it topically on my face. From my honest experience it helped calm down my cystic acne, but only when I began applying it topically. As for energy levels, more focus, overall better moods, etc.., it made a very subtle difference. My sister who was also taking it with me said that she felt a difference in her energy levels and felt "happier" / in a better mood. I think it just depends on each person. The taste was not bad at first but after a few times of taking it morning and evening (twice a day) I was not liking the taste. When it goes in the texture is gel / pudding like with no flavor but after you swallow it tastes like something that shouldn't be edible. I don't have the right words to describe the taste because it is 100% edible, just does not taste like it should be. There are also many different products at the store. I would recommend giving sea moss a try if it is something you're interested in because it helped me with what I was searching for, just not the other benefits it is supposed to have.
