Koinonia is probably the best cafe/resteraunt I've ever been to, here's why. Koinonia has some of…read morethe best food you will ever try and they support missions while having great service. The money that you spend at Koinonia is used to support missions. They have been able to send people all over the world in many places to help those in need. In Matthew 28 it says, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." This is what Jesus tells us to do and we can do it by eating good food and getting good service.

I've been going to Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia since I was about 15 years old and did not know…read morethat they built a cafe. What a great addition to the church! We stopped in today before 3rd service and wow! It was packed with people, smelled amazing and had a great selection of bagels, sandwiches, donuts, muffins, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The cashier said it has been open for 2 years now! Which is crazy cause I had no clue- although I've smelled coffee in the air when I went to church. They gave Veterans anything we wanted and for free! So me and my dad got a few things, and my mom had to pay for her coffee and banana bread. I ordered donut holes with raspberry syrup on top, a peppermint hot chocolate with whipped cream, and an everything bagel with bacon, egg and cheese and WOW! It was so tasty! Everything was fresh and tasted so good! My dad got a coffee with a muffin and he was happy with that. My mom enjoyed the coffee but wasn't a fan of the banana bread, I tasted a bit and didn't care for it either, it didn't have much flavor. But everything else was great. While we were eating, they also had TV's showing the chapel and the worship band singing. I guess if you wanted to, you could sit in the cafe and do church which is a cool option. Definitely recommend the church and the cafe! Can't wait to see what else Calgary does to extend the fellowship!

They have samples! What a great idea! It helped me figure out what I wanted AND what I'll get next time. Brilliant. The one lady took her time to really explain to me each ingredient. The place is bright, clean, and with very cute branding everywhere. I'll be back.

Located in one of the ring buildings in the Summit Square Shopping Center on the Newtown Bypass,…read morePure Green is a juicery/smoothie/healthy snack house of recent vintage. This is there second shop in the area (Princeton is the other), and a third is near opening in Ocean City. The ambiance is blond wood, lots of windows and growing succulents on every table and shelf. It is bright and cheery, inviting a long hangout for work or conversation. Power plugs are plentiful. I walked in intending to grab and go, but was quickly seduced by the attractiveness of the room and friendliness of the two women who interacted with me. I ordered a Blue Royale Smoothie, and as the only customer in the house, took a table in the corner overlooking the entire operation and the sunny world outside. It was primarily a blueberry concoction, with several other healthy ingredients mixed in, and presented after blending as a deep purple slurry. It was cool and delicious and encouraged a slow pull on the straw to stretch out the enjoyment. I took a final suck 30 minutes later; that's how good it was. I will return in the morning for their steel cut oatmeal and perhaps the avocado toast. Just wish they brewed organic coffee for those of us with caffeine needs. Too, Pure Green would be an unchallenged social benefit if they found a way to reduce plastics in their products. At $10+ for a smoothie or bowl, that should not be so difficult to work into their environmental footprint. Otherwise, Pure Green has a lot of nutripromise.

And I love 50s/60s music and it was playing all the old school songs. They have so many choices for sodas and milkshakes, it's hard to choose. To drink, my husband got the Nifty Cola and I got the Watermelon soda. They were both okay at best. The watermelon did not have much flavor honestly. I was really hoping for a punch of flavor. We shared the 'Cheezy Bacon Ranch' fries and they do not skimp with the portion size. This was HUGE! We were able to use it for 3 meals afterwards. My husband got the 'Texas Ringer' burger which he loved. I got the 'Buffalo Chicken Cutlet' sandwich which I did enjoy. I just wish it came with more on the sandwich such as tomato, pickles, etc. It only came with a little blue cheese and lettuce. We ended our meals with shakes. I got the 'Root Beer Float' and my husband got the 'Snickers' milkshake. They were both delicious. I would definitely come back here again. The food is decent but I think the milkshakes are where it's at. The service was friendly and quick. The music and ambiance in general was spot on. It was such a fun place.

The service was good, a little hectic, but the staff worked together and we were checked on multiples times by other workers. The food was good. We ordered the Chicken Cesar steak, which was good, but a little dry. Two burgers, both just your typical burger, not bad, but also nothing to write home about. The chili fries are SO good. Chicken cutlet sandwich was HUGE and delicious.
