The biggest issue is that the quality and portions seem to have slowly declined. I used to love coming here, but lately it feels like they're getting stingier. The drinks also seem to have a lot more ice now, which ends up watering down the tea. That's been the biggest disappointment for me because the matcha flavor just isn't as bold as it once was.
