I placed an order online at 8am, once I placed my order for $100 it sent me a notice that I would get a confirmation email shortly. I never received an email and then I added a case to my order saying that the recipient is only in the office until 4pm. I received an email with the case # and that they would send it directly to the store. Its now 90 minutes after the case and 2 hours since I ordered and no confirmation of anything except my case was creates. I called the store directly 215-357-3371 and a woman answered and I advised her that I placed an order earlier and It would send me a confirmation email, she got extremely rude and said sir we are bust it's very busy today, I understand because it is Administrative Appreciation day and I explained I was just making sure the order went through because of no email confirmation and she again expressed that they are busy. I advised I am canceling the order and was terminating the call and then she was apologetic but I term the call. I then called corporate 877-363-7848 and that ended up transferring me to the Delran store where I was greeted by Dominic and he was great. He gave me corporate # 203-774-5357. I called there and got someone in India I asked for a Manger said no, I said transfer me to someone in the USA and he said no he can't. The entire franchise is terrible and no customer service skills what so ever except for Dominic from Delran NJ store , I wish he could deliver my order but he can't. I cancelled it on line and I hope they recieved that or they will have a problem. read more

Only reviewing on in-store customer service and smoothies since I've never ordered an edible arrangement from this location. The employees here are very nice. The last two times I was there they offered free samples of delicious chocolate covered fruit - yum! They have a small smoothie for sale for $1.99, usually once a week I think. I phoned Edible Arrangements, Feasterville this morning. I had previously attempted to reach the Morrisville and Bensalem EA but neither answered. I was greeted by a friendly voice who sensed my frustration and apologized for that experience, which had nothing to do with this EA store. An order was placed to be delivered to my son today for his birthday. A time for the expected delivery was provided. Later in the day I received a call from the store to let me know that the arrangement would be delivered a little later than originally promised. The order arrived after dinner and my son called to thank me for the treats. I have not received such great customer service in a very long time. Everyone I spoke to could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I have used Morrisville in the past but not any more. I will stick with Feasterville and their professional, efficient staff. read more

This store did a great job! Ordered a birthday present for a coworker to arrive on my day off only to later learn that the office would be closing early that day. Jake, the delivery guy, called and let me know the office was closed and gave me time to figure out that coworker's home address. He went ahead and delivered it to her at her home later that day. I have never been to the place but i did place an order from online and they were very helpful. Since it was already 5 and the status showed pending I decided to call the store myself because the person I was sending the arrangements to left work at 6. Therefore when I called the store the arrangements were still at the store so they decided to call the owner and have the owner physically go in and deliver the arrangements so it can be arrived on time!! read more

On August 24, 2012 I ordered a fruit basket from 'Edible Arrangements' on 252 B East Street Road in Feasterville, PA. It was called "Mango Kiwi Blossom Dipped Strawberries and Pineapples". Sounds good, right? The cost was $108.00 plus taxes of $6.50. When I went to the store to pick it up, the lady showed me my basket. I told her that it could not possible be mine, because I ordered a Large one. She said that it was a Large one. It was probably 9 inches in height and may be 8 inches in width(including the basket). It looked extremely small for $114.50. I asked her to show me then a small basket, she replied that all the baskets were the same size, it's just an amount of fruit is different. I couldn't return it because I was charged a credit card upon ordering and I needed to deliver the gift at certain time. So, my experience with 'Edible Arrangements' wasn't great and I would never order from them again. It's just does not worth it! read more

I've gotten arrangements i didnt love before (just because of my chocolate preference lol) but when i went in for a few smoothies, the fruit was delicious and fresh and the smoothies were pretty decent in quantity! This Edible Arrangements is better than any other location I have frequented during my time in PA. The staff was very polite, helpful and treated my concerns about the fruit and display for my party as if it was their priority to ensure that I had complete satisfaction with the outcome. I must say the chocolate covered fruit are to die for and their perfectly fresh and sweet fruit complimented the creamy smooth delightful dark chocolate that coated the fruit on my beautifully design arrangement. I can say that this place is the best edible arrangements I have visited in my 20 something years. I'll explain to you that when you leave this place you will feel like it was worth the drive/ visit to purchase from a store that cares about your needs and wants. I sure hope my experience with this store is not the norm. I read the online review before placing an order a couple weeks ago for a fruit arrangement and balloons to welcome a new baby. When my friend called to thank me for the fruit, I asked if they had enjoyed the balloons, too. I was surprised to learn that the balloons I had ordered with the arrangement had not been delivered. So, I called the store, waited on hold awhile, and then spoke to an employee who seemed to not believe me when I said that the balloons had not been delivered. Her first response was to say, I'll just reimburse you for the balloons. When I said that I actually wanted her to deliver them, I also asked that she not call the recipient but rather that she call the delivery driver to find out what had happened. I was surprised to learn that she had called the recipient(again, like she still didn't believe that they hadn't delivered the balloons with the arrangement). Thankfully, she apologized to the recipient(although not to me even though I was the customer who sent the arrangement and balloons). Since I had not heard from my friend again, I called to check with the store again and was told that the balloons were finally delivered. So, my advice to anyone who decides to send an arrangement from this store is to check to make sure that what you ordered is what was delivered. read more

Great customer service with a smile! I just ordered an arrangement for a family in the store and Jake was so much help!!! I showed him the arrangement I wanted and asked if I could add some more items to make it more unique. Jake gave some suggestions and was very honest about not putting too much in the arrangement so it wouldn't look tacky or "too much". Jake showed me visually, in person an arrangement of the same size and container I ordered so I could see the actual size, as the picture in the book looked so much smaller. Jake could have up sold me more just too bring more money in, but he cared enough to be honest and was so kind by saying, "what was chosen to be added was perfect and just enough so it maintains its beautiful colors and not look like a big blob of chocolate!" Jake was very professional and patient, especially with two kids under age 10 bee-bopping around the store and making noises...i really appreciated it! I know the fruit will be fresh, the chocolate will be the perfect sweet treat and will be beautiful to look at. The manager even said she would text me a picture of it tomorrow before it is sent to show me what it looks like so i know what the family is getting. That is really going out of the way for your customers in my opinion and again i really appreciate that. I would totally go back again and order more arrangements. I have been there before to pick up arrangements after I ordered online, but it is a better ordering process when in person if you want to customize your arrangement.
