Honey Thai Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba!
Andrew M.

The staff was extremely helpful, as the menu is rather intense; I highly recommend the Honey Thai Milk Tea with Brown Sugar Boba. It's a cute space, with some selfie opportunities! I will for sure be back to try out some other items!

Taro Milk Tea with Lychee boba

I was craving boba while in Fishers, and my friend suggested I make a run to Kung Fu Tea as it is less than a mile from their apartment. The store was easy to locate, with plenty of parking in the lot out front. I was greeted immediately by the friendly staff, and selecting my beverage was easy as the menu is displayed on large screens by the point of sale. The dining room is decorated with modern bold designs, much less delicate than other boba shops around Indy. Its a fun upbeat atmosphere, and they have free wifi. There are bistro tables to sit at but also soft comfy chairs if you want to stay and chat. I ordered the taro milk tea with lychee boba. I was expecting a popping boba but the boba in my drink is hard like regular boba but with a more floral taste. My drink is good, basically what I would expect from any taro milk tea. I will be back again when in Fishers.

Was driving by and had to stop, because it says "tea" in the name! Anything saying "tea" is for me! lol. And I wasn't disappointed! I ordered an iced bubble tea with lychee boba, light ice, half sweet. I absolutely love that there are so many customization options! You can pick ice amount, sweetness, etc. the menu has all these little symbols with a legend telling caffeine, ingredients, etc. I love the full disclosure on menus because I have dietary needs and sometimes literally avoid places that don't give any information at all. I feel like businesses making the effort to include these things is an important bonus and shows a consideration for customers! Would certainly recommend to people who love tea, fun drinks, different exotic drink mix-ins and options, or boba! Also as a bonus the barista was very friendly And patient! Since I was totally here on a whim and had never been here before, I was asking a lot of questions, maybe too many, lol, but he was very patient, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of them with a cheery attitude. He acted very grateful for my immense interest in the menu and my business! And took great care in crafting my beverage! Seating was simple tables and chairs with some half booths also. Lots of open space & good natural sunlight, lots of windows. Restrooms were very modern, clean, and comfortable. Individual restrooms, no stalls.

I have had boba in slushiest before but this is my first time trying a boba tea. I tried the Oreo Wow Tea and it was really tasty! It was definitely a treat, I think next time I will try one of their less dessert-y options like the chai or something. The 2 young employees that were in here were amazing! Very knowledgeable! It wasn't very busy but as soon as we walked in the door they were at the register ready to take care of us. I'm excited to hop on the boba tea trend and try some more flavors!!

Mango Green Tea with Grape Bursting Boba

After a hot morning walking around the Fishers Farmers Market & Touch-a-Truck my kiddo and I decided we needed a refreshing boba. Into Apple Maps I went and Kung Fu was the closest... we were off. They have a large Selection of options. My reason for not giving 5 stars is the selection of bursting/popping boba is very limited but with what I ordered none of what they had sounded like a great combo. The girls were sweet. I got the passion fruit tea with the bubbles (chewy boba) and my kiddo got the mango with bursting grape boba. I do like that you can pick your sweetness which is really nice. Most of their options are incredibly sweet. Perfectly refreshing on a hot September day.

So happy to find an awesome new bubble tea cafe in Fishers! This is such a fun treat and there are many different flavor options, toppings, flavors and fun! I love the popping bubbles best! I ordered a delightful passion green tea and added the grape popping bubbles (which is a bit of an up charge, but I prefer popping bubbles over the jellies)! The whole process is so fun, the giant straws you poke in the sealed lid and the fun ingredients! It's worth a visit!!

Sesame Oolong Milk Tea

For a Saturday afternoon they weren't busy. The employees were friendly and helped me understand my menu options. I ordered the black sesame oolong with half sugar, and whoa was it sweet. I wasn't fond of the milk tea preparation here. The boba consistency was not bouncy, and maybe even undercooked. The drink was too creamy. When I got home I tried to remedy it by adding water to dilute it, which helped a little. I didn't want to waste it. The flavor of the sesame was good though. Next time I might try a tea option instead of their milk tea.

Coconut milk tea

Got a coconut milk tea with boba. The tea is ok, will try a different flavor next time. The boba is flavored well but they are too chewy, a bit on the hard side. My first experience was ok but maybe another try will prove better.

I AM PUMPED that Kung Fu Tea is in Indiana and down the street from me! I always get Kung Fu Tea when visiting family in San Francisco so super nostalgic and happy to have it here. They offer so much variety from tea, coffee, slushies, smoothies, to what seems like a never ending list of toppings. They have a rewards program too so you can earn free drinks/toppings! They always seem to always have cool perks coming up in the app like $ off or free topping(s). I will definitely be treating myself to a KF tea weekly!

*caution bad review. I normally love this place so this was a first for me. I made a kitchen project ouf of it though! When handed bad boba, strain it?! Not sure if anyone has gotten the sesame matcha but it straight up tasted like fish and my cup was only 3/4 full. I'll go back but will never try anything with sesame again.

So cute

Popped in for a refreshing and drink and boy oh boy the strawberry lemonade is to DIE FOR!!!!! This place is so cute!!! I loved the couches in the back. I wanted to get a picture but someone was working. The staff was friendly and my drink was made quickly. I attended with my sister and she loved her drink as well! Can't wait to come back and check out other options!

Almond milk tea with bubbles
Kylie S.

Kung fu tea is a nice boba shop to stop by! I ordered the almond milk tea with bubbles. Though I asked for less sweetness, I still found my drink to be very sweet, which may be more of a personal taste issue than a restaurant issue. The only issue that I had was that when I asked for a water, I was told that it would be a charge and was given a bottle of water. I would have liked a regular cup of water, but other than that I did enjoy my tea.

Very fun & tons of options! The only downside is a lot of their drinks are wayyyy too sweet. Thankfully they allow you to pick the sugar level: 0%, 30%, 50%, 70%, 100%, 120%. I got the Kirby Fruity Flurry at 70% sugar with grape popping boba. I wish I'd picked 30% or less because unfortunately the crazy amount of sugar made it nearly unpalatable. It was very fun and cute, but I could almost feel my teeth rotting. Despite that, I do intend on going back and trying something with much less sugar.

(Next time, I'll know to ask for no whipped cream on iced matchas even when ordered with coconut milk; I didn't know they came with whip, and I'm dairy free so I had to have them remake my drink. It was a smidge awkward, but they were super nice about it!) Mini BFF was with me and got one of the fruit pastries ... you know, they're shaped like the fruit, have the macaron-esque shell with cream and fruit inside? I didn't check prices first--didn't see them listed--and ended up paying a whopping $11 for it. Eek! Mini loved it, though! I just will likely have her get a different treat in the future. XD The vibes of Qahwah are great for a conversation with a friend or a quiet work session. And the drinks really are delicious! I'll be back when I want another fancy matcha.

He works not far from this location and had visited a couple of times in the past. It is located in a relatively nice-looking plaza with good neighboring shops. The interior as we walked in was strikingly pleasant. It had a nice airy, spacious feeling and was well-appointed with agreeable coloring and decor. It offered a nice place to enjoy food and drink while chatting, working, reading or simply relaxing. The menu was interesting as it was mostly coffee creations, teas, pastries/baked goods and a few specialty cold drinks. But many of the offerings were very intriguing. There were four of us. My son-in-law tried the Mocha and thought it was nicely done. My wife and daughter each had an iced Butter Cookie Latte. I had a taste and was favorably impressed. I had a Jubani Coffee, which is a medium light roast coffee and coffee husks with cardamom, ginger and cinnamon. It was a burst of flavor and provided quite an enjoyable change of pace. The younger ones had two varieties of bagel bites, Classic Jalapeño and Olive. My wife and I split a Butter Cookie Kunafa, which was served in a generous portion and was wonderfully textured with terrific taste. Our bill was $59 including food, drink, tax and tip. Given the fare and the overall experience, I thought this was OK as a treat. I saw that this place is part of a chain of 30 shops that is based in Dearborn, MI. This is not far from our home in SE Michigan, so we will look for an opportunity to find another shop near us.

I tried the caramelized banana bread latte, and it perfectly captured that cozy, fresh banana bread flavor in every sip. My family enjoyed the honey lavender latte and caramelized banana bread matcha, and both were incredible... not to mention absolutely photogenic. I'm such a sucker for creative coffee flavors, and they didn't stop at just one or two -- they have multiple unique spring creations, all sounding equally delicious. Safe to say I'll be back because that strawberry shortcake latte is already calling my name. We also tried the viral fruit pops featuring 12 mini fruit-shaped treats filled with ice cream -- banana, white grape, peach, blueberry, and strawberry. These were easily one of my favorite treats I've had here. They were light, refreshing, and for my fellow carb counters, around 5-6g each. I have a feeling these won't stay in stock long this spring. We also tried the viral mango cake and mango cup, and as someone who isn't usually the biggest mango fan, I have to give credit where it's due -- the creativity and flavor combinations were incredible. Both were refreshing, delicious, and truly melt-in-your-mouth worthy. Then there was the viral tin can cookie: a warm cookie topped with ice cream and customizable toppings. One of the best bites I've ever had. You can truly taste the care and creativity behind every flavor combination, from the drinks to the desserts. I've never had a bad experience here. Between the atmosphere, service, and endless goodies, Yafa Golden Coffee continues to be such a vibe in Noblesville, IN.
