Out of all of the boba places, I've ever been to, this chain almost always disappoints. It rarely has any options that I like and their service is always barely average. This location has an unnecessary rule that you can't use the bathroom unless you have paid for your drink first. If someone is clearly in line waiting to order the drink, I don't understand why the other person shouldn't be able to use the restroom. They have a code to use the restroom on the receipt, which seems unnecessary. If you don't want caffeine or anything with Tea, the options are pretty limited. Everything else is basically mango flavored or red bean flavored. And if you ask for a replacement for the tea, it will just be water. They also charge extra if you want to replace the milk powder in any of the Milk teas with lactaid, oat milk, or soy milk. When they are already charging $8+ for a medium sized drink, it seems kind of crazy to charge extra for even regular milk instead of dehydrated milk. It feels like there are way better boba places that charge a more reasonable price and are more flexible with their options. read more

There seems to be a trend with these chain coffee and boba spots. It's the inconsistency of the drinks. It's kind of a running joke with Dunkin' Donuts, being the worst offender of this. Wow loved this location!! I'm so glad to see more Kung Fu Tea locations pop up around South Florida. I saw this spot passing to go to the hot pot in same plaza and knew I had to try it. My first impressions is that this establishment is nicely kept with cute fun decor. The cashier was really friendly and helped multiple customers in line with any questions they had. For some reason Tiger stripe/brown sugar boba isn't a known thing in florida but she did her best to recommend something similar. They have a lot of different toppings you can add including custard/pudding which is harder to find! The boba was yummy and toppings are always an additional cost. Great experience! read more

I got their jasmine milk tea w/ 70% sugar, light ice, honey tapioca pearls. The cafe itself is cute, it has some board games for customers to occupy themselves. They have a decent amount of seating areas, and close by to their location is an outdoor seating arrangement with shaded area just a few steps past the cafe. I enjoyed my drink but I did taste more milk than the jasmine tea, but I do indeed love my creamy drinks. This location doesn't have a huge milk tea selection, but they offer great flavors. They have more variety with their fruit teas, but they do have seasonal flavors which is cool! Their pearls were really soft with a chewy consistency. Ordered something that sounded fine when the employee described it to me. Once i tried it, it was much too sweet for me. I'm pre diabetic and needed to return for something less sweetened. Like a simple lemonade with boba instead. They would remake it for me. I felt this wasn't the right thing to do. They offered 10% off my next purchase, but the drink they made wasn't drinkable. After two sips my heart started racing from the sugar. Would not recommend this place. Over loaded on sugar & does not go by the customer is always right policy. Located next to Rita's, this place has plenty of parking & a few indoor tables to hang around with friends. I had previously checked out the menu so I went into the doors with my mind set on one particular tea (Sunset pineapple tea with mango popping jelly). However, when I browsed the menus on the wall the fruity flurry with berry crystal jelly caught my eye. Wait time wasn't extensive (there were two people ahead of me & my drink came out first). They use a number system to call orders. I hung around for a bit to snap some pictures before heading home to enjoy my drink. The fruity flurry was so refreshing & delicious. Since I frequent this plaza, I couldn't wait for this place to open, finally noticed it opened, so we headed in! The location looks amazing and spacious, there is a cute boba plush corner I'm sure the little ones will love to play with. This location has a game section you can enjoy with friends, colleagues or family. Been to so many bubble tea spots but this one was definitely the worst. Tasted like juice not tea, popping boba was not good, my throat starting hurting from all the syrup. I asked for a remake on my drink and just to give me the tea no added anything and they tried charging me but giving me 10% off spoke to the manager and he said just because I don't like the tea doesn't mean I can get another drink remade he tried adding more tea, but it was not good at all that's how much syrup was in it. Half the cup had popping boba. It was not a tea, it was juice. Do not recommend coming here. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years and would never treat a customer this way. When you pay five dollars for a drink, it should be the way you want it. Threw away the drink and left very upset. Sticking to authentic spots from here on out. read more
