Amazing amazing! I have been to other locations for common grounds and the latte here stands out. I love the decor and food and drink options. The cashier was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu options which I appreciated. My daughter invited me to this heavenly coffee house today and boy was I surprised!!! I was skeptical to go in. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised! When I walked through the door I was like wow!!! This place is a hidden gem. I ordered a sunshine iced tea, and itwas delicious!!! I also ordered a bagel with eggs and cheese and a cinnamon bun. My daughter ordered a black iced tea and then I also ordered a coffee with lavender and half-and-half. We stayed here for about two hours. It was so tranquil. The baristas were so nice. The food was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful. Everybody inside was so kind and sweet this is my new favorite spot to go!!! I can't believe I haven't been here sooner. This place blows Starbucks out of the water and the prices are so cheap. It's amazing. I remember having coffee here a few time a few years ago and didn't remember if I liked it or not. And now I have returned to Lake Worth for the first time since around 2018 for the Street Painting Festival. It was really hot and we really needed a drink and a bathroom. Walking is was really big and I liked the style. But my beautician is located near by so whenever I get services done from her, I drop here right after. Employees are so nice and super friendly. This is a small place located just slightly off the beaten path. It is very low key with indoor and outdoor seating. They offer a small amount of snacks, mainly vegan. The interior is very eclectic with some soft music playing in the background. The barista did a very nice job preparing my latte. The drink was at a perfect temperature and the milk was expertly textured and resulted in some nice latte art. The drink was smooth and tasty! My friend was suffering from serious caffeine withdrawal, and I suspect that Lake Worth bans chains in its downtown area because we couldn't find a Starbucks or Dunkin Donut. Then we somehow spotted a banner with the word COFFEE waving in the street. What a lovely serendipity! The Common Grounds has some seriously uncommon grounds! Our latte is good, strong, smooth without bitter finish. I wish I had ordered a larger size. They are a roastery so they sell their beans as well. They also have a very huge Little Free Library shelf with lots of books, a stack of board games, and a stage for performers. There was a guy who juggled while singing when we were there. I went here to meet a friend for a breakfast coffee...I really loved the vibe. I had coffee and my friend had tea. No food for us today however.It was very chill and calming. The workers were very friendly and that was very nice. I love the artwork, the sayings all around as well. There is free parking on the street-it's on J street - a few doors south of Lake Ave. They do have a large Little Free Library area with a ton of books and games. They also have free and quick wifi.I know they have music here (and other performances) which would be fun to go to. I know they have other locations and will keep that in mind for the future. This coffeehouse is great! I LOVE IT and didn't know it existed until a few months ago when I met my friend there. It's now our meet-up spot, insert heart here. I love the vibe of this venue, thoroughly enjoy the coffee and appreciate the fact they have a small variety of eats. The ambiance is chill and I really like the decor. The place is spacious with lots of cozy seating to include comfy chairs, sofas and tables with chairs. WiFi is available and it's a great space to work remotely. There are gender neutral restrooms, plenty of merch for sale and one can opt for a mug or to go cup when ordering their beverage. Both almond and coconut milk are options and vegetarian and vegan food selections exist. A rewards program is available for customers and the hospitality is great. I'm a creature of habit so I've grown quite fond of my go to beverage which is the coconut mocha latte served hot and made with coconut milk. I've tried the quiche and a breakfast sandwich. I'd opt for the breakfast sandwich of the two. My friend enjoys the same beverage but iced. She had a slice of crumb cake that looked superb on our last visit. On Sundays, there's a church meet-up and on site parking spots are available and free up to 4 hours. Finally, check out the super cool neighboring vintage store if you're a fan like me.
