Walking by and I was in love with the pink vibes and the super cute location . The ice cream is made in house , there were so many options and flavors to choose from . You can choose from ice cream to a milkshake . I tried the strawberry ice cream and I got two scoops to share . The staff were super friendly and nice. Huge location full of toys, candy and ice cream!

Easy access on the fist floor. I ordered one scoop of chocolate chip ice cream. Delicious and refreshing on a hot FL day. I will come back to try other flavors. Very short line. Staff was very friendly and quick. Fun place with fun music.

Ambience and location 5/5. Options for indulgence in candy, ice cream and sweets 5/5. Only 1 person working with a really long line so service needs some help but still worth the visit.

I appreciate the gift cards I get to Sloan's a teacher. They are the only reason I go but the ice cream is good. The chocolate with Oreo is great! Not my first Sloan's review. But I'm glad it's open during construction because city place is busy with redevelopment. Another review giving it to you straight no chaser! Enjoy!

This is always such a fun place to come to for ice cream! They have really respectable prices, lots of fun flavors, and good toppings too. They also have shakes and a treat area with food like candy apples and chocolates. Their workers are very patient and fast! This location can get quite a line, especially at night, and they work very well to get through it quickly. We got the sundae that comes with three scoops, 1 wet topping, 1 dry topping, whipped cream, and a cherry. It tasted great! Inside the store there's lots of little knickknacks to purchase. They had a pretty decent selection of jellycats to buy as well for normal retail (not overpriced) price. There are a few tables located towards the back of the location. The bathroom was unfortunately out of order when we went.

I love the pink theme! There are so many flavors and set ups to choose from. My favorite is the donut filled with ice cream of my choice and I get m&ms as a topping.

Sloan's opened their first location in West Palm Beach in 1999. They now have other locations including City Place and Clematis Street WPB, Mizner Park and Uptown Shopping Plaza in Boca Raton, Doral, Lauderdale by the Sea, Delray, and this one in Rosemary Square. I love Sloan's pink décor, with candy colored chandeliers, and whimsical murals. The store is a feast for the eye but you can also taste as you indulge in inventive ice cream flavors, fudge, chocolates, candy apples, and other sweet treats. They also have dog treats, candy in bulk, novelties, accessories, toys, stuffed animals, games, and key chains. Sloan's has some interesting ice cream flavors including Carrot Cake, Athena & Cayden's Magical Rainbow Looptopia, Cookie Monster, and Circus along with the classics. They also have a wide assortment of toppings and chocolate dipped cones to enjoy your frosty treat in. On this outing I chose a cup of Birthday Cake to celebrate my birthday. The line can get long here but the friendly staff always keeps it moving quickly. You can eat out front at one of their tables but you also have all the seating of Rosemary Square to also chose from. I like to sit on the low wall around the Wishing Tree where there is always room and shade. When you are craving a sweet treat in the Square, this is the place to go.

I had a cookie-which the size of my head for $10! I went with white chocolate macadamia nut cookies for the outside and filled it up with the carrot cake ice cream... **Chef's Kiss** The cookies were great, fully cooked and still soft, and the carrot cake ice cream was no backup singer. Will likely be back

Such a cute little ice cream shop at city place. Reminds me of Willie wonka. We got 3 kids a scoops and banana split. Everything was yummy. The girls behind the counter were great and offered little samples too.

This is the most delightful place to shop for delicious treats. The store is decorated like a candy fantasy land. There is many different counters that you can shop at with many workers available to help you find exactly what you want. My children love to come here and we always spend an hour in the store looking at everything. They even have novelty treats that are humorous for adults. I love this location and cannot wait to come back for a delicious treat.

This place is cute and trendy. The ambiance is fun and colorful. They sell candy, deserts, ice cream and all sorts of fun old school candies. They have souvenirs for kids and interestingly enough an array of bags that look like telephones, Chinese food containers and other cute things. The ice cream selection was more than most places. They have flavors you wouldn't typically see other places. It was quiet when I was there but it was late on a Monday night so that's to be expected. There are a few tables inside to sit but there are also a number of places to sit outside because of its location in the square. The service was good. No problems, and everyone seemed nice. I will definitely visit again if I'm in the area.

5 star ambience, 5 star service 4 star food. Beautifully recreated turn-of-the-century ambience (in an obviously 21st century open air mall) with amazingly well done service and good but pricey ice cream and candy treats. 5 star ambience: Outside you get the fairly realistic feel of an open air shopping mall with an old downtown feel: Cityplace, renamed Rosemary Square, then renamed just The Square. Inside, the pink and candy colored interior feels like a slightly giddy 11 year old designed a recreation of a 1920s ice cream parlor. It all works together well, complete with great food smells inside and wafting out the door. 5 star service: On a business trip to West Palm, I was genuinely surprised by the service here. It was among the best I've ever had in south Florida. Smiling polite people helped at every counter and even stopped by multiple times to be sure all was well at the table. 4 star food: My only real gripe was the aggressive pricing. The food is good but the candy and ice cream staples are priced a bit high. Everything we tried caused a little bit of sticker shock.

Good service. So many choices of ice cream - yes, vegan choices. A sensory overload when you walk in the place! I tried the Mom's apple pie - it was supposed to have chunks of apple pie - it did not. But it was still good. Good treat during an afternoon long walk.

9 scoops of different ice cream. Best selection ever

The bar was busy but found seats and met with the bartender who alerted me to the Happy Hour menu, which I appreciated. Ordered a meat & cheese charcuterie board, roasted peppers and drinks. The brie cheese was so soft it melted in my mouth and the grilled Shishito peppers were excellent. Loved the food, drinks and ambiance. Everything was going so well until the bill arrived - glad I actually review my bills. The bartender that informed me of the Happy Hour did not provide those $50 savings to the bill and had to explain the issue to another bartender. Took him a few minutes to revise the bill but it was fixed. If not for the hefty error on the bill, this would have easily been five stars.

Our waitress was not the friendliest at first (didn't make eye contact for the first half hour), but finally warmed up to us and made the experience fun. For the weekend brunch I ordered the basket of scones (with Devonshire cream), and the steak and eggs. The scones were warm and paired nicely with the cream- absolutely delicious. The hanger steak for the main meal was cooked to medium rare, and was tender and juicy. The eggs were overcooked (basic skill that should be mastered if you're charging $52 for them), and both the eggs and potatoes were under seasoned. Did not like the onions on top of steak. Dish just did not wow me. Mixed drinks were all presented beautifully, but lacked any alcohol. Just not worth the price (very expensive), I would not return.

We were able to get reservations on a Friday night on the day of, every other spot we checked on the island was fully booked, but we had a good time. Anywhere you go on the island, you expect an elevated service experience. Our server was good, but disappeared for quite some time. As for the food, I got the salmon, which I found enjoyable but it carried a relatively small portion with only asparagus as a side. Other sides were à la carte, we didn't opt to add more. My husband got the filet, which he added a small side of scalloped potatoes to (included with meal). My mother in-law also ordered the salmon, but it was a bit undercooked for her liking. We also ordered the shrimp cocktail, which had a lovely cocktail sauce, but the shrimp were a little squishy. The highlight of the night was definitely the dessert selection. The carrot cake was perfectly spiced and tasty, and the key lime pie was ideally dense and tangy. Overall, a decent experience, especially on short notice in Palm Beach.
