When it came time for braces he had them in for only 7 months & his teeth were good. Truly amazing. The practice is always clean, when you call they instantly know who you are & are accommodating. I first went here about ten years ago to get Invisalign aligners since I never got braces when I…read morewas growing up and I wasn't quite interested in getting regular ones. After some research I decided to choose Dr. Kleinrock since he was noted as an expert in the product. He did a great job on helping to straighten my teeth and fix the underbite I never knew I had with using the Invisalign and orthodontic rubber bands on part of the treatment. Throughout the treatment he gave me the trays to change every two weeks as he checked on my progress and made changes according to how my teeth shifted. My treatment was shy under two years after he extended my aligner sets by a few months at no additional cost to my payment plan that was agreed on. He was a great help even after treatment and I needed to get my retainer replaced after ware and tear. Dr. Kleinrock and his staff are fantastic in how they treat their patients. I recently convinced my fiancé to get his teeth fixed by Dr. Kleinrock as well. It's nice to see that the process to get fitted for Invisalign has changed since I went and has gone digital as opposed to the three molds they used to have to take. In the waiting room there is a couple of tvs with video games, local tv and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait. Waiting time generally isn't long at all anyway. The parking lot is on the smaller side, but I usually have no problem finding parking. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to get braces or aligners since their office gives the best professionalism and service.

Although…read moreSeth's office is over a 40 minute drive from our house, we consulted with Seth as a second opinion, at the high recommendation of a relative, after feeling uneasy with a local and popular orthodontist that we first consulted. Seth evaluated both of our children regarding their need for and the extent of any needed orthodontic care. Seth explained that the large gap between my daughter's two front teeth was very straight forward to repair and did not require more than one year of treatment (very different from what we were told by the first orthodontist). Fifteen months later (delayed only due to COVID), her braces are off and her teeth are perfect. Seth has also advised us, after three separate consultations over the past year and a half, that our son's mouth is not yet developed enough for braces and that we should wait (also very different from what we were told by the first orthodontist). Aside from having gifted hands and doing an amazing job correcting my daughter's gap, Seth is honest and trustworthy. It is about doing what is right for his patient and not about the money. He did not recommend the extensive and expensive work for my daughter that he could have and he has repeatedly pushed off any work on my son's mouth. It was a true pleasure working with Seth and his entire staff and would highly recommend him to all.

His previous dentist was a very loved pediatrician, Dr Michael Reale, who recently retired. My son had a cavity filled today. Cavity was diagnosed with confidence-immediately and without any hesitation. (Had a bad experience elsewhere with this tooth....) Appointments run on time, dentist is caring, personable, relatable, understanding and compassionate. Office staff feel life I've known them for years- very friendly and sweet. Dentist explained procedure step by step to me and my son and had him at ease for his filling without the "laughing gas". I was a little nervous about that... Very happy we found this office. I debated for a long time about writing this review. I was angry for a while and didn't want to…read moresound emotional, but enough time has passed for me to share my experience clearly. My Invisalign treatment with Dr. Yadgarov began in July 2022. I chose her because I liked her approach and she had flexible office hours, including weekends. I also underwent significant periodontal work beforehand, and it was understood my case would require a slower, more careful process. Problems began by tray 17 of my first set of aligners when one lower tooth stopped tracking properly. The tray began forcing the tooth against another, creating extreme pressure. I repeatedly raised concerns and eventually had to push for a rescan after even sending photos showing the issue. Despite restarting treatment (a new set of 20 trays), the same tooth never fully corrected. Dr. Yadgarov decided to shave the tooth to help it fit into the aligner, but she shaved too much, leaving it looking chipped, pointy, and uneven. Eventually, by the 20th tray, I was told, "I think we're done," even though I still had serious bite issues. After treatment, my bite had significantly collapsed. I had virtually no bite on one side and difficulty chewing normally. Multiple dentists, periodontists, and NYU Dental all told me the case should have been addressed much earlier and ultimately recommended restarting with braces. I was also told my plan was labeled "moderate," typically including two rounds of trays, which made me question whether cost played a role in stopping treatment when it did. Before starting, I was told my fee covered treatment until completion. On top of that, I had difficulty getting the buttons removed because other providers would not evaluate me until they were taken off, which delayed my ability to seek proper follow-up care. I should also mention that I had a cleaning done by Dr. Yadgarov because I was told that her office accepted my insurance. After the appointment, I was charged $150. I reminded her that she had specifically told me they took my insurance. Her response was, "Yes, we take your insurance, but we never said it would be covered completely." I found that response ridiculous given how frequently I was in the office for nearly two years, I felt basic insurance verification should have been handled upfront. During my search for follow-up care, no provider was willing to complete retainers or take over the case, leaving me feeling that the treatment was never properly finished. Over the next two years, the consequences were significant. I lost two teeth, required implants, needed a crown replacement, and ultimately had to undergo multiple prosthodontic procedures just to restore a functional bite. Based on everything I experienced, I personally believe Dr. Yadgarov's approach was not appropriate for my case and that financial considerations appeared to outweigh patient outcomes. I chose to proceed despite mixed reviews, and I regret that decision. If it was not going to be a straightforward Invisalign treatment, and she couldn't handle it, she should have recommended me to a periodontist to complete the work. This was irresponsible. What should have been a straightforward Invisalign treatment turned into years of pain, corrective procedures, and lasting damage I will continue to deal with.

I researched local dental providers within my new network and stumbled upon the stellar reviews from my fellow yelpers. Luckily this office is so close to home for me. I was politely greeted and filled out all intake information with the 2 front desk girls. They were professional and kind. I then met with hygienist Hazel who took her time cleaning my teeth, was very gentle and afterwards had a brief consult with me about flossing more to avoid plaque build up. The other hygienist Gloria was very welcoming and kind as well. Dr. Jacob entered the room and was extremely friendly and bubbling with a great sense of humor. He consulted with me about the enamel stains I've had on my two front teeth since a child. This is the first time a dentist has suggested an alternative to invasive porcelain veneers. For years, I've met with different providers and there has not been a solution. He discussed a mild Icon polish treatment and was happy to review what my insurance covers. I'm extremely satisfied with my visit and can't wait to return for this procedure so that I can feel more confident smiling. Just like rapper Cardi.B I just want to get a bag and fix my teeth. You know it's not cheap :) The parking lot is super convenient for patients. Such an added bonus for this area that monopolizes on municipal parking.
