We had the axle put in and we to get the truck aligned and come to find out that the right upper ball joint was defective. That should be under their warranty but guess, they said they never sold me the axle with the ball joints, we'll that's not true. So instead of keeping their word they refunded me 75.00 towards the ball joint, that should say something that they knew they was wrong and they don't want to own up to that there was issues with the axle. Oh they was as sweet to me when I was buying something from them but when you go back with issues on the parts that you buy they are not very nice. All I have to say is from now on I will look elsewhere for parts even it's out of state. The same thing happened to my daughter on a part for her truck.

As nice as it is to have a friendly RV service center what owners really care about is the quality of the work being performed. We have been enjoying our camper ever since. Our salesperson, Tammy, did an outstanding job for us! The sales manager, John, was always there to make sure that all our needs were being met. Our shower control broke and was shooting water into the shower non-stop, preventing us from using any water at all. They were able to work us into one of the bays inbetween other service appointments, fix our rig, and get us back on the road a few hours later. Great looking showroom and took mere moments before someone asked if I needed help. When I pointed out the bike he said he wasn't the expert and then immediately grabbed the guy that helped me. Alex was awesome. I'm more or less brand new to riding and he was super cool showing me things on the bike and answering any and all questions without judgement. He gave me the good and bad about the bike for me personally and what I planned to do. Fell in love with the bike and came in to buy my new Husky a few days later. I informed him I am from Bozeman, which is about two and half hours from Elevated Power Sports and explained to him I am a very very dis-satisfied customer of Summit Sports here in Bozeman and hopefully I would be satisfied with their service. As I have experienced yesterday here at Elevated Power Sports I am shocked, dismayed and very very disappointed at the service treatment I received. In my opinion, these people are as bad or even worse in my experience with Summit Sports, (an authorized Can-Am dealership) here in Bozeman. I rented a trailer to transport my Can-Am and got a hotel room in Billings for the day before my appointment. I was at their service gate at 8:30 am on 9-18-2018 with my machine. At 9:am they opened their doors and checked in my Can-Am. After several lies told to me by Elevated Power Sports my Can-Am was still sitting at the service gate at 2:pm where I left it at 9:am. Because they were not serving my Can-Am, I proceeded to leave their parking lot with my Can-Am in tow at approx 2;30 pm, another Can-Am customer from Columbia Falls, Mt met me and stated he was a very dis-satisfied customer with Can-Am dealership up in Columbia Falls and was hoping to get better treatment with Elevated Power Sports. I called and spoke to Brad and he said bring it right over and he'd take care of me. He called me the next day and said the estimate was done and had already contacted the insurance co., who sent their own estimator, and agreed with repairs. They started on it a couple days later and was done within 2 weeks. Because it is metallic black, I was skeptical of the paint matching. When I picked it up, it was sunny and the paint matched perfectly! You couldn't tell it was in a wreck or had been painted or that it was even in a body shop! Great work all around!
