Rarely do I feel that a 5 star review is not nearly enough, but for Metra RV I certainly wish there was a way to go with more stars for this truly exceptional place. We had an RV that needed some complicated repairs/replacement to our solar system so we ended up spending a good amount of time here at Metra while our RV was being worked on. Absolutely everyone from every department was so kind and accommodating to us and our dog that it was actually a bit sad when it came time to leave our new Metra family. As nice as it is to have a friendly RV service center what owners really care about is the quality of the work being performed. Once again I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the service that we received. Blake has to be the most knowledgeable RV repair people that we have encountered, and, just like all the other people at Metra, he is super nice and easy to talk to. He explained everything that was done in terms that we could actually understand. Blake also had the foresight to build in a circuit breaker so that we would not have to climb under our low clearance rig to have to find the very elusive solar fuse. My wife and I really wanted a new truck camper, and just didn't want to deal with pushing RV salespeople. We found Metra RV, and they were absolutely refreshing. There was no pressure to purchase. There was, however, lots of great information and advice from many of their staff - from sales, management, owners, and their service department. They all helped us make a great and informed decision. When we finally pulled the trigger and purchased our rig - it was about as easy as it could be. Everything really went seamlessly. We have been enjoying our camper ever since. Our salesperson, Tammy, did an outstanding job for us! The sales manager, John, was always there to make sure that all our needs were being met. The service department helped answer several technical questions that I know will help us in the future keeping everything running smoothly in the rig. WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AND TREATED LIKE GARBAGE?? THEN COME HERE!! Bought a fifth wheel in February 2022 from Metra RV. We bought it to air bnb on some camp spots we had bought up in Nye on the river for extra income. We came in several times with our newborn and had explained our intention with the RV. We bought a 2009 cyclone, that they had recommended. We also purchased the extended warranty. We asked if everything worked and were told yes, and that everything had gone through inspection. When picking up the fifth wheel, they did a walk through with us and showed my husband all the buttons to push but did not actually show him the slides moving in and out. He asked about the generator and they stated they had tried it and it worked fine. Assuming everything had been checked out, because they told us it had been, we brought it home several days later and parked it in the driveway. Immediately my husband tried starting the generator and found cobwebs in the carburetor, showing us that they had not ever inspected it. It of course did not work. We called them and they told us we could bring it in for them to inspect,but living in Nye, that wasn't an easy option so we then asked about the warranty and we were then reminded how we bought it as is. A couple weeks went by and we had quite a bit of rain. My husband had put the slides in and we went about a week without going into it. I went into it to get it ready for some renters to stay in it, when I opened the door I immediately smelled mold. I opened up the slides and found water all over the floor with the carpet soaked and the bottom of the cabinets warped. The water was coming in through the slides, and judging by the smell, this was not the first time this had happened. I contacted Metra RV and they stated they never had any issues and that the original owner stored it there for several years. Debbie told me I needed to make an insurance claim since it sounded like the RV was totaled. I decided to bring it back to them for the inspection for the claim since they had just sold it to us. Their Shop Manager was extremely rude to me when we dropped it off and didn't act like he wanted to deal with it. A couple days later he called with an attitude and left a voicemail asking what exactly I wanted them to do since they no longer makethese cabinets and all they could do is replace the flooring and paint the cabinets and found around 6000 worth the water damage but didn't find any mold. I then took it to Kurts RV who did an actual tear down and found extensive damage from years of water coming in and stated the whole bottom of the slide was rotten and the motor was not working correctly and our insurance would not cover it because it was old damage. I notified Debbie with Metra RV and asked her to send me all previous inspections on the RV, which she did not provide and then stated how we signed the As Is box on the sale documents, basically telling us, too bad we sold you a pile of shit. They state they don't recall doing business with me when I gave them a one star review, when they know damn well who I am. I hope no one else has to deal with what we've had to go through. They are your typical shady car dealership. They know damn well what they are selling you and only care about making a profit. Response to your recent comment" your shop did not inspect the floor under the slide in the rv, I did not state that we had high winds, after a week of rain and only owning the RV 2 months, it was completely flooded. Your shop said it had minor issues and wasn't sure exactly what I wanted from them for repairs, I still have the voice-mail, the fifth wheel was immediately transported to another RV shop, who used to be an employee of yours and didn't have anything good to say about your business. He immediately looked at it and could tell the floor was completely rotten from years of damage and stated that there was no way your shop would not have detected that. It sat at his shop, in Billings for almost a year before he could do the full tear down for the insurance where he found mostly old damages and insurance refused to cover it. You knew exactly what you were selling us and you took advantage of us. read more

The service dept is the worst, we had them replace our roof under an insurance claim for 10k! They never included the interior damage (even under a supplement, they wouldn't even attempt a supplement). The original estimate was for everything on the roof and paid them extra to add solar connections while they had the roof off( so wires would not show on our new roof) they would never return my phone calls after three weeks to find out when they're going to be done with it we decided to drive there which is an hour drive each way to see what's going on. When we were 15 minutes away from them we received an email stating they were done with it and we owe them another thousand dollars for other work that they did not include for the skylight, when we got there I had them show me the roof and as we started the climb the ladder that was replaced by them I noticed the bolts were loose and some bolts were missing! After the technician fixed the ladder correctly I asked him why the wires were not ran under the roof that I paid extra for, for the solar connections! He stated that he couldn't do it! So now I have wires flopping on my roof that was never secured down and when he ran the wires he drilled a hole in my cabinet and tried to hide the hole hoping I would not find it! As for the interior they used three-quarter round molding to hide the damage done to the cabinets and they put different colored ceiling panels up with poor matching for the seams. The molding does not hide all the damage to the cabinets! Both ACs ( they replaced) and covers on the interior were put on sideways! The caulking they did on the interior was not even put on correctly to seal. Then when I went to pay they changed all the amounts from the original estimate to higher prices to make up the difference that they were supposed to deduct from the original estimate so I had to pay The same price for less work done then the original estimate! I talked to the service manager that you see on the commercials and he stated he was proud of all the work they did on my RV and would not repair any of the damage that they created by drilling holes and leaving seems incorrectly sealed! I will be suing them and having somebody else do the repairs correctly I would highly recommend you go to somebody else not these monkeys!!!!! read more

We visited Metra RV after a long day of looking at other places. I wish we would have STARTED with them! Although they were busy, there were no excuses. Instead, they pulled in someone else to help us right away, and we later learned that even the owner was showing RV's that day! Our "salesman" was knowledgeable and listened carefully to what we were looking for in a travel trailer. He answered every question. When he turned us over to another salesperson, she was wonderful, too! We loved that they were not pushy but informative and straight forward. Our purchase was simple and direct in every way. Wish I could say the transaction was flawless. Everything seemed fine with Tammy and buying our newest 5th wheeled RV at Metra RV. Honestly, Tammy was amazing. After buying and commuting 8 hours to Kalispell, Mt, we tried our TV for the first time, sadly, it did not work. The red light in the front showed it was plugged in and when the power was pressed to turn it on, the light went green for 3 seconds, but went back to red. Asked Metra RV for them to replace the TV and was denied replacment because it was stored face down under the bed, when transported when we left the RV store. I always transport heavy televisions when in transport with no problem. Not really sure who is at fault, but the TV was very important to me as I have a disability that keeps me bound to my RV most of the time when camping. Not happy the device was not working the first time I tried to use it. The cost is $200 (price of a new TV) for a not so perfect review? Note to others: Be sure u test ur electronics and make sure it all works BEFORE u leave their shop. Get a guarantee or a warranty on all elelctronics, if possible. Otherwise, the purchase was awesome and professional. read more

Horrible experience with the service manager, Josh. He didn't listen and was very rude. We bought our camper from them, paid $100 for them to push a reset button on a switch and they didn't even try to fix the other issue because he didn't have time to write everything down. And then tells us, " it's your word against mine." We won't ever deal with them again for even the smallest thing. read more

My wife and I just purchased our new coach from Metra RV. Specifically Tammy was our sales person. We were shopping while it was cold out. We walked in the store and told Tammy exactly what we wanted and she took us right to it. In others words she knows the inventory!! It took about three weeks to get the price where it needed to be. ( I'm a shopper and I had an idea what we needed to be cost wise) We paid for our coach and Metra stored it for us for three weeks. We went through Kamper College and expected to pull our coach home. they would not let us as I had not had a brake control installed in my pick up. The resolution was one of their representatives towed the coach to my driveway and placed it safely there. I've since hooked up the brake controller and attempted to set up the weight distribution hitch myself. I brought my coach back to metra and Eric in service inspected and approved it's final assembly. He answered my questions and off I went. I've purchased several new campers and towing units through my life and I will say Tammy at metra rv is the best most knowledgeable sales staff I've ever encountered. Thank you to the Becker's! I have to give Don at Metra RV some props. I visited on a last-minute window-shopping trip that turned into a potential purchase of a fifth wheel trailer. The lender lagged on approval, and by the time it was approved, there was a time crunch to get the hitch installed, to do a "proper" pre-delivery inspection, and for me to make it to my destination. (This was part of a larger summer road trip.) It could have been done, but not in the way it should be done. Rather than force it through, we both opted out. I respect that he laid it out for me like that. I'm not sure a lot of people would if they knew it would cost them a sale. read more

Highly recommend this business for any RV issues or problems, we have a new 5th wheel with a slide out issue, Jayco technical support believed the issue was a drive motor, turned out it was more of a problem, Brian the mechanic at Metra completely troubleshot the system and found the problem in manufacturing, with Jodi, the office procurement and services specialist, and with photos and findings in an email, we now have the information for a repair once Jayco and ourselves can coordinate, great people, great service, will definitely return read more
