There was no pressure to purchase. There was, however, lots of great information and advice from many of their staff - from sales, management, owners, and their service department. They all helped us make a great and informed decision. When we finally pulled the trigger and purchased our rig - it was about as easy as it could be. Everything really went seamlessly. We have been enjoying our camper ever since. Our salesperson, Tammy, did an outstanding job for us! The sales manager, John, was always there to make sure that all our needs were being met. The service department helped answer several technical questions that I know will help us in the future keeping everything running smoothly in the rig. I purchased a front axle assembly for my f250 from hansers salvage in billings mt that came with a…read moreone year warranty. We had the axle put in and we to get the truck aligned and come to find out that the right upper ball joint was defective. That should be under their warranty but guess, they said they never sold me the axle with the ball joints, we'll that's not true. So instead of keeping their word they refunded me 75.00 towards the ball joint, that should say something that they knew they was wrong and they don't want to own up to that there was issues with the axle. Oh they was as sweet to me when I was buying something from them but when you go back with issues on the parts that you buy they are not very nice. All I have to say is from now on I will look elsewhere for parts even it's out of state. The same thing happened to my daughter on a part for her truck.

Ty truck has a upgraded suspension. I went in to Jim & Tracy's. They were very professional, low key, explaining the process. The next day I took my truck in for the alignment. I was in and out in 1.5 hours. Very reasonable price. I took the truck down the highway at speed. As good as new. I will be taking my travel trailer in to them for tires and checking the alignment.
