Contacted Nicole Ali to discuss in more detail and get a full breakdown of the project and was asked to wait since she was going on vacation and promised to get back to me once she returned in the first week in December. She finally reached out 9 days ago. Zero acknowledgment about her delayed response... Seriously 4 months later!!! I responded with my frustrations politely looking / asking for her reply... it's been a week and a half. Again no response... I've done a ton of business with Ali's previously and recommended them to others. At this point I'm done!!! I was finally giving in from DIY to hiring a company but I guess my money isn't good enough any longer... I'll be looking for another business to take care of my landscaping needs from now on. They responded in less than ten minutes and determined what kind of plant it was and whether it was toxic or not. Luckily, it was not but if it was, they would have saved our cats life due to how prompt their responses were. 10/10 service. Also, the plant was awesome, prior to being eaten. It looked very nice and was very easy to keep alive.

Two weeks later- the mower that is less than a year old - and should have been under warranty- was ready and there was an $87 charge. I thought 5 days to drop it off in August - when surprisingly the lawn needs to be mowed - was too long. After I complained with a tad bit of sass it arrived the next day. I guess my point is either -I was very unlucky - this is how the company rolls - or this can't be the way they serve customers in general. I personally would think that they would like to do better.
