However, I thought Kushfly was a delivery service so like a big dumb animal, I ordered.... then waited.... then ate dinner, watched an episode of Handmaid's Tale and realized that the Kushfly order from Kushfly "Delivery" had not arrived? WTF kinda "delivery" service allows a customer to wait over 2 f'ing hours with no confirmation email/ no confirmation text... I called and the lady I spoke with contacted the delivery driver and he was still 30 min away. if you like to feel like your buying from an old school weed slinger, you've hit the place. Then I got an obnoxious rude person on chat who said that they were charging me delivery because the minimum is $150 to my area. I showed him or her the screenshot of where the website said $80 for free delivery. The chat rep refused to honor that. I then asked for my order to be reduced back to $40 since the extra $40 was unnecessary because I only ordered the extra to get free delivery. The person refused and said the minimum order was $75. I sent them a screenshot of their own website showing it letting me check out with a $50 order. The person refused to honor that either. So, congratulations -- you scammed me for $10. I used to buy all the time from Eaze (and occasionally still do), but I really enjoy Kushfly's customer service and their selection more. They've called me personally to check in on me when a credit issue happened and also allow you to tip your drivers via their square. In addition, I've gotten some really really good deals on quality products from here. Sometimes I've ordered through other delivery services and have had issues with quality and effectiveness, but Kushfly hasn't let me down yet. The only suggestion I would give them is to update a more friendly driver tracking service because there are times when you aren't sure how long it's going to take. I've had relatively low wait times, but I usually like to order and know how long I'm going to be waiting. BE WARNED - I've tried 3 times. No more. Well, I'm not going to be earning 420 kush points for this review. I ordered from kushfly last night. I bought an 8th of flower cultivated by a company I'm not familiar with, sure it was a sale item, but when it was all said and done, I still spent $75. The quality of the product I received was so poor, I called them immediately to let them know. They were receptive, but only promised to replace the product "tomorrow" (today) because they were "backed up." This is the equivelent of pizza delivery service telling you they'll replace the pizza that didn't meet quality standards tomorrow when they're not busy. Da fuc. The reason I spent so much on a single 8th was because I was able to have it delivered. The value in the service is the convenience that delivery provides, that's why I'm willing to spend more. So the intrinsic value of the product declines if I can only have it tomorrow, as I was assured they cannot replace the product if any of it has been consumed. Since buying from a delivery If I wanted to buy mid-grade cannabis for a premium priced I can do that in my own neighborhood. Today and tomorrow. Walking distance. No sweat. Short Story: Kushfly.com just gave me the worst customer service in my life. Long Story: Wallet was stolen so I lost my ID, could't get flowers at my normal shop. Found this site, everything was great except when i went to order there was suddenly a minimum order which wasn't at all made clear, or even visible prior. Called them hoping they could waive 5 bucks so I could make the order. Customer service rep laughed at me when I explained the situation. I just had a friend pass-away last night, and I am not the happiest guy anyway, (one of the reasons i medicate with cannabis) so that scoff really cut me to the bone. I said fuck you, and hung up the phone. Instantly my account was deactivated with no notice, or explanation. Messaged customer service, and was a good 5 minutes into explaining the situation when she, ignoring all of my complaints, reiterated the delivery fee policy over, and over. I phoned them, and asked to speak with a manager. I heard a male laughing in the background, and she said "okay", then that theres "no-one available." Instantly she said with a very snotty tone, "we deactivated your account you can try weed-maps." I began speaking, and she began talking over me, i raised my voice, and said "HEY. You are handing this situation extremely unprofessionally." To which she continued to speak over me, and laugh. Like...Dude. I realized that I shouldn't have said fuck-you, but the resulting behavior of these people was extremely childish, and unprofessional. Great service, great flower with excellent customer service. They do care about their clients enough to reach out and clear up misconceptions which is rare. I would give the service 5 stars with exception of the fact I don't know when the deals are as they only run the on "certain days" vs the "entire week" and there is no chart and/or calendar to help specify "when you can save on what"....prices used to be a bit better to the point this small fluctuation in price never mattered but business cost, covid-19, etc. have changed that for the time being. The above stands as my only gripe it would be awesome, if we as customers could know when specific offerings will happen opposed to just hitting the website one day and finding out.
