There are a ton of dispensaries and delivery services in LA. This experience has been the best so far... I'm extremely happy with my order. Fantastic inventory...great prices ( some of the best in LA, hands down- up there with MMD which is another amazing shop) The website is very user-friendly... you can pre-pay online which is great when you don't have cash on you ( you can even tip which is a really, really nice feature if you don't have cash on-hand. They also have an awesome edible selection that includes some tinctures and syrups, too. Delivery was a breeze with constant communication through the end of the transaction. Good weed, mediocre customer service, crappy website. These guys seriously need to hire a new web designer. Shipping fees are inaccurate. They raised the shipping charge but didn't update the website to reflect the new fees. Checkout page is misleading in regards to shipping fees - total shows $0 shipping fee whether there is a fee or not. Why not have the shipping fees automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address at checkout? Checkout total doesn't account for shipping fees or coupon codes (coupon codes never work). Also, the website allows you to checkout with items in cart that are out of stock... But you don't know they're out of stock until an employee calls and tells. With the exception of my first order, I have had problems every time I order from their website. Sheesh, make that employee's job easier and customers happier by fixing your crappy website. If you're going to have a virtual store where the majority of customers order via web, your website should work properly and contain accurate information. On the positive side - I just moved to Cali from out of state (where medicinal marijuana is not legalized) and their sign up process was a breeze. Fast and convenient; everything was processed online. I will not order from kushfly again until they update their website...... Or until they get more caviar gold apple flowers.. This was an amazing change from the other delivery services I've tried. I live in Burbank and was able to get some amazing flower, without a delivery fee, in about 25 mins or so. The delivery guy, Nathan was super cool and professional and was of course wearing a mask. Good riddance any place that isn't Kushfly. consider me a new loyal customer! No lab test sticker? fakes? The stiiizy pods they delivered don't have any lab testing on them. I called the company and they said they're only doing lab testing for every pack of 5 but could send me a picture of the lab test. Then I called stiiizy and the girl said Kushfly isn't an authorized dealer. Not a single review mentions the brand. What's going on here? Will never use or recommend again. My first time trying this service was a little rocky, I had to call in my order, which I was OK with since it was my first experience with them, then I had to text my photo ID with my face to a random sales person. Who I assume was also my delivery person. They arrived fairly soon after. I thought it was good since I didn't have to leave my house! My second time however they'd adjusted the service to be able to order online, which I did, and I received an email confirming the purchase and that it was being processed. One hour later I realized I hadn't heard from them about an estimated time or that they confirmed the items. I went online to my account and it showed it was still being "processed". Two hours later, after checking periodically still no change or notifications. In the fourth hour I check online again and see that the order has now been CANCELLED. No call, no email, no reason why. I called the number and they answered, dropped the phone, and left me listening to someone else's call. After a few seconds of "hellos" I hung up. I checked my bank and luckily after a couple of hours I was refunded the $140. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Waste of my time and a severe lack of customer service. With so many other services out there I'm definitely taking my money elsewhere. read more

All of their products are as described or promised and if you do have any issues they are pretty quick with making things right although I only had one problem with a Vape pen that had a battery issue. My experience: First time I tried to order from Kushfly it was a few days ago at around 9:15 pm. I paid online and got a prompt message that said that, they were already at capacity with their orders,as they close at 10pm. They immediately sent back my payment. Incredible business etiquette. Their customer service was quick,professional,and kind. I went online tonight and browsed the flower section and made a selection. The description of the flowers made it easy to make my choice. I really like the discounts! I got to use my first time code,and I didn't notice the code when I tried to order a few days ago. So this was extra cool! I also really like that I can pay with my card. Its so much easier than having to drive to the bank to pull cash,might as well go to the dispensary. You also have an option to tip,cash or on the card. My order went through quick and painless. Got a text right away that my order was processing. About 10 min later got a text that my driver was on his way. About 10-15 later got a text that my driver should be arriving in 10 min. With the estimated wait time of 2 hrs,my driver got to me in about 30 min. I was impressed! And very excited! My driver was very friendly and let me see my product and made sure that my order was right. I opened up the jar and the aroma is incredible! So fresh!
