I used to really like Kushfly back when they carried Kushy Punch edibles. I have PTSD and those gummies are what work best for me to be able to sleep and treat anxiety. I stopped shopping at Kushfly when they were no longer available. Late last week I ran out but was not able to afford another delivery from the dispensary they are available from and withdrawal symptoms have been extremely difficult, physically and mentally. So I came back to Kushfly last night because I saw more affordable edibles. But when they arrived -- I got a bag of Hemp Bombs CBD Gummies Sleep, and two were missing. I tried 12 mg Happi Candy Gummies - Energy to alleviate some of my symptoms and felt nothing, but I chalked that up to being a fluke (10 mg is normally a fine dose for me). Today I had 24 mg of the Energy, still felt nothing. Hours later I took 20 mg of Happi Candy Gummies - Bliss. Hours after that I took 40 more mg of the Bliss. Nothing. I reached out to the customer service on their website and after I said I wouldn't be shopping here again and would be telling my friends with chronic health issues that these brands are not reliable, I was offered.....a 10% discount on my next order. Not even a replacement offer of the *missing items.* I never do things like this. I never thought I would be an angry person on Yelp leaving an angry Yelp review! But I only get this irritable when I'm going through intense withdrawal, which further shows me that these products were not effective. My interaction with them only made my opinion of them worse. I am a novice, this was my first medical cannabis delivery. I've been around for a minute though and I know excellence when I experience it. From the moment I began scrolling the site I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of strains available from Kushfly. Most of the strains are Kushfly's own. That coupled with an extensive description of each strain from appearance, to flavor, representation of what a particular strain would help best with medicinally and how mental acuity would be affected as well are very high on my priority list. Customer Support/chat was available immediately, guiding me through the patient registration and acceptance process which took less than 5 minutes. Upon checking out I forgot my first time patient package. Chat reminded me, immediately! WHO DOES THAT?? Delivery time took 1/3 of what was indicated on the site. Dugan handled my delivery and he is a superhero! There was confusion over my method of payment due to personal error. Dugan contacted his manager, calmly listened to my freak out, made suggestions and helped me find a suitable resolution enabling me to maintain the bulk of my order. Of course, communicating with his manager and adjusting my total. He did it all calmly, compassionately and respectfully. I'm eternally grateful and I love Kushfly! Sadly, this once great service has gone way downhill. Their stock has plummeted and they are startlingly unable to manage their inventory to demand -- especially if you're a vape pen smoker. Let me start by saying this- marijuana is one of the easiest and most obtainable goods in southern California, where I reside. On yesterday, as I do once every couple of months by force, I call up Kushfly. After waiting 15 mins to speak with a girl named Krystal, the first question I was asked "are you a new or returning patient?" As I properly answered "returning". She asks for my first and last name (which happens to be a VERY common first and last name) I give it to her(let me make the point that at no time did she let me know she had any issues spelling any part of my name), confirms where I'd like my delivery (she gets the first part wrong and I correct her), the best phone number to call (she gets that wrong, I correct her), and nicely takes my order for $57 (which I told her I would be paying in cash just to save 5% off of the total). She lets me know that in about an hour is when I should expect my delivery. I thank her and goodbye, the wait begins. FACTS: 1. There are marijuana shops ALL OVER the greater Los Angeles area that offer top notch marijuana options, everywhere. An hour is a hell of a lead time for some dank. 2. $60 for 1/8 is pushing it in LA. Yes this price for that amount can be found other places, considering the long lead time, it really turns into a hassle rather than a convenient service. 3. NO ONE wants to wait on the phone for over 15 mins to order anything. You're taking my money, why am I waiting like I'm in the questions que or the concerns que or the returns que. Makes no sense. The 50min mark comes around and nothing has shaken yet. I get a phone call, from a man letting me know my order couldn't be delivered because they put the order under the wrong name. At this point I'm confused, angry, and my anxiety is racing and I admit, I snapped on them all a little, my bad. He further tells me to expect a call from the office in the next 10 mins to better explain. I say thank you and hang up. 30mins passes and NO CALL from anyone. At this point its about 9pm and I haven't had my medication all day, I'm about to blow a fuse. I call the unkown number back several times and he sends me to voicemail, he then picks up to tell me "i don't know" "i don't know" "call the office". It clicks, hes just the messenger, I need to call Krystal. So I'm thinking to myself, he wants me to call back, stay on hold for 15 more mins +......I'm not feeling it but of course I do it. After 20mins of waiting, someone answers the phone and transfers me to the lady that took my order, the "manager" Krystal, who let me know that she placed the order for the wrong name and it had to be cancelled! Then, after I correcter her, she found my old orders in the system but not my information (ID, Rec, address, phone)that expires Oct. 2017. I literally have ordered from there in the recent past as she confirmed. So she wanted me to start over, meaning re scan my id, re scan my rec, re send all of the information I know they have. In conclusion, I'm done with Kushfly and their salty staff, particularly the incapable "manager" named Krystal needs to be re-trained. Got up to my apartment to find there was only one chocolate bar in the bagand the other item I thought was the other chocolate bar turned out to be rolling papers. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE! These guys run a dishonest business with a self centered mindset. They'll do anything to save money at your expense! I've had friends receive faulty products on multiple occasions including dud cartridges, batteries that don't work out of the box, delivering me other peoples orders! And then to top it off when I've called in I've gotten attitude as if I'm in the wrong! It amazes me in this day and age that someone running a business doesn't understand the concept of customer service. The only positive thing I guess I could say is that their delivery drivers have always been very courteous and honest. Apparently they overwork the drivers with no breaks and the driver went on to tell me that they don't cover the price of gas for drivers! SO IN CONCLUSION STAY AWAY FROM KUSHFLY!
