100'÷ Garbage! I set this up online at 9:10 am. It's says that I will be contacted within 10 minutes of business hours. They didn't open until 12pm, I called them at 5pm & they couldn't find my email, so they asked me to send my info in a text. I sent that. The lady said she would call back within 10 minutes. I CALLED back in an hour, then I was told that the aid had changed ( So the employees lie to you cuz their about to get off). The next employee I speak with apologizes, & says she can't find even the text I sent with my information. I send her a screen shot of the confirmation email (the one that they couldn't couldn't find...Then the next employee tells me she sees the text & NOW, another apology comes, 'I'm sorry, but I can't deliver to the address your at if it isn't your home address that you signed up with". I CAN'T BELIVE THE INCOMPETENCE, I guess this "business" is run by Cheech & Chong! But judging by the "Millennial" staff, they have no clue who Cheech & Chong are, have no clue about customer service, & Definitely Don't Care About Clients OR Business. Terrible customer service. I ordered and paid extra for overnight delivery. When i did not receive I asked for tracking and they sent it ground..shipped Thursday did not receive till Monday. Complaints were ignored and I was treated like "oh well ". When I left a bad review on Facebook I received a phone call right away. She asked me to change my review and she gave me a credit for my troubles. So I removed the review. I waited and ordered again, as this was the only way I was getting my credit, same thing. .I did not receive the shipment next day. When I called I was told " here is your tracking number" we sent out on the date ordered. Yes you did but you shipped it ground! I sent a message and they won't return my calls. Then, when I placed the order at 5:15 PM on Friday, the driver got here at 7:34pm, granted I know Fridays are busy. When the driver got here, he said I could get a free joint if I left a review and then stood there telling me exactly what to type. My initial review for the business was 1 star, for the rude driver. THAT BEING SAID, After making my experience know to the manager at Kushfly.com, They were very quick to remedy the situation, offering compensation as credit or product as well as reprimand the driver for his behavior. This speaks volumes to me, because every business should make the effort to address unhappy customers. I am modifying this review from 1 to 4 stars. I used to really like this company, but over the past few months they've made a lot of changes that do not benefit their customers. Many of these changes come across as pure money grabs. For instance, the minimum purchase for delivery for me went up from $40 to $70. I was told this was because they had moved locations and it was farther away from me... I found out from an employee that they moved to a spot that is a comparable distance from me. On top of that, they've recently upped prices of products with no quality or service value-add, changed the recycling program, gotten a terrible website redesign (pages take forever to load, search bar isn't accurate, the list goes on), never have what I want in stock, gotten rid of happy hour joints in lieu of "sales" (terrible decision), and probably most annoyingly is their idea of "marketing" or whatever the rebrand they just did was supposed to be. No communication to customers about changing the policies AT ALL. No longer does kushfly care about delivering quality products to patients, it's obvious they're preparing to cash in on the recreational market. The products are average, the prices are borderline exorbitant, and they changed all the rewarding pieces of the kushfly puzzle. Drivers are always friendly but rarely make it within the 1 hour delivery window. In the past my orders have been missing items, although I'll admit this one aspect has gotten slightly better in my recent experience. In a bind you might not have a better choice currently, but I'll make the effort to go to a dispensary that at least pretends to care about their customers instead of gouging them for as much as they can get away with. Y'all I am so bummed to write this but I love the drivers, so sweet. I have been a loyal customer here and have spent a lot of money with them and always tip well. I had a vape pen go out on me after only a few uses and shrugged it off and decided not to use the brand anymore. I ordered a replacement vape pen (different brand and quite expensive) for a camping vacation, received it, but didn't open the box until about 6 days later since I didn't need to before then and I was on a work trip. The pen didn't work at all. I asked customer service if I could get some sort of in-store credit, a discount or something since I have never complained and spent a lot of money with them and it was a very stern and rude "nope". I get people can try and pull a fast one on them but I have been a great customer but they just lost me and my recommendation. I don't want to be THAT person who just signs up for a bad review but giving someone a completely unusable product for a high price tag and not caring is not how a business should work. read more

The second time I tried to order form these guys my referral credit couldn't be applied and they couldn't figure why or any way to do it manually on their end. They told me I would have to wait until next time and try then. I placed the order and when the delivery guy showed up the card swipe on his phone didn't work. He said it was giving him problems all day. Then he asked to take a picture of my credit card and my license. It all felt very sketchy and made me feel less than comfortable. I opted to pay cash instead. I decided to give them one more shot so today I placed an order and the credit did apply automatically this time. Unfortunately, my order couldn't be completed because they sold out of the products I placed in my cart by the time I hit the purchase button. I spoke with someone from support to ask what happened and they told me someone just purchased the last one. I asked why someone was allowed to buy something that was currently in my cart to be purchased and they said they didn't know and were sorry and then offered me "similar" product but at 3 times the price. I tried to explain that that wasn't an acceptable replacement but got no further response. Too bad. They were very friendly and accommodating the first time.
