Just a quickie. Been ordering from these guys for a couple years as they had a good selection. Lately, most of the higher-tier stuff (77%-87%) THC (Oils) havent been available. Talking the common brands like, Stizzy, Jetty etc.. All that is left are 3rd tier oils from no-names and in the 88-90+% THC range; way too strong for casual use. One great thing is that, they are flexible and you can use credit cards, cash & debit. Unfortunately, that flexibility with a poor selection makes for no-sales. read more

Overall opinion: I don't hate Kushfly, but also don't feel inspired to stick with them. Cannabis delivery services are a dime a dozen in SoCal, and communication is a core feature of a business that exists purely for convenience. FAKE!!! SCAMMMMMM DO NOT BUY!! They sell fake pens!!! We ordered for the first time with this company specifically for this brand that my wife and I like so we are extremely familiar with this company and their products. Order 4 pens for $168 only to open the first one that looked foggy and the liquid was very runny and clearly doesn't look right either laced, tampered with or a fake. Called and was told that it had to due with delivery in the heat and the pens becoming faulty but doesn't make sense that only 2 out of the 4 "got damaged while traveling in the heat" lol was able to get a partial refund for the pink foggy ones but they refused to refund me the entire order and to return the products. Owner refused to speak to us and said the company themselves will give us a call to reassure that they are "real" compared to the real cart green with the blue everything down to the battery themselves is fake. The product they sold us is flimsy compared to the real one that is well made and doesn't feel like it's going to break easily the material feels like rubber compared to the real one that is more on the plastic hard side. If 2 products are "damaged" according to them as a first time buyer from them fuck that we don't trust none of it and especially after "Joey" the "manager" spoke to us on the phone we most definitely don't trust any of the shit they sell and say on the phone. Save your time, energy & MONEY because this company clearly sells fake stuff. Life and death people because selling all this fake shit they're going to kill someone some day. read more

Sadly, they do not stand behind their products. They say things like "we are just a distributor" or "you know cartridges aren't always reliable". Of course we know these things. But that doesn't mean we should accept broken products and just eat the $30-60. And as a supplier, you must support the products you provide. A lot of products are not "always reliable", but that does not mean the purveyor will not return malfunctioning products. We as the consumer expect to be able to put our trust in who we purchase from. "Maybe you had it in a warm place"....and? It's California. Maybe during my 1 to 2 hour delivery times (once over 2 1/2 hours), the warm place just might have been your driver's car. "Maybe you left it in the sun"....no, I place them in a cigar box in a room temperature setting. "Maybe it's your battery"....again, and? Batteries are fairly standard. If I purchased a car-part that cracked on first use, they would not tell me to shove it--they would exchange it. Then they pull the 72-hr policy. So what they are saying here is that if you order multiple products, you must try them all immediately or you are sore-out-of-luck. This might be ok with greens or edibles, but NOT OK for cartridges. I order multiple at a time. Let's talk delivery times. I have used Kushfly for a few years now. Their delivery policy used to be under an hour. (I do believe they have since increased those times.) Of my 38 ORDERS I have placed with them, I can count on 1 hand the number of times that I have received my delivery in under 1 hour. And I usually order during off-peak hours. ~~~Final word.~~~ Cheap prices, cheap products. You get what you pay for. Spend a few more dollars and go elsewhere. read more

The worst experience I've had ever with a delivery service. I ordered and At 6:11 they text me saying it would be 60 to 90 minutes. At 7:44 I text are you getting close to which I received a message saying that my delivery would be delivered by or before 845. I find this completely unreasonable that they didn't tell me it would be up to a 2 1/2 hour wait for a delivery. The young lady who called who was pleasant enough, though tried to tell me that their driver had to stop and go to the bathroom which shouldn't delay the delivery an entire hour. As well if that were the case why wouldn't they have been honest in the beginning and just text running late had to take a piss. I understand the circumstances with COVID-19 and what not but if it's going to be 2 1/2 hours they should let you know up front instead of stringing you along. More than anything I hate being lied to. Especially by people I'm trying to give money to. read more
