The facility is state of the art and her bedside manner is second to none! I was referred to this clinic due to hand and wrist pain that I have been experiencing. They asked a lot of questions, had me get an MRI, and ultimately they couldn't figure out what was causing the pain. Ok, no big deal, they ended up referring me to a neurologist. The problem is, the neurologist never called to set up an appointment. Additionally, I've called Dr. To's office at least eight times over the last month to get a status update on the referral, and have never received a call back. Each time leaving a voicemail because Dr To's medical assistants never pick up the phone. All I can say is that I hope I don't have a serious underlying condition because there's been a ton of valuable time wasted while I wait on this clinic to do their jobs.

I knew I needed help, but I also knew I didn't want to go through the 'old' knee surgery that my dad had in the 1990's. I met a woman in Sun City West whose husband had a relatively new procedure: Jiffy Knee. The surgeon was Dr. Timothy Kavanaugh, based out of Scottsdale, AZ. The 'new' in this process is: not cutting through the muscle or tendons to replace the knee. I made the appointment, had the surgery on Jan. 6th and went out to lunch and to the store with my sister today, Jan. 12th. I am walking on my own (although a walker at first is recommended). I won't have my first post op until 1/21 but as far as I'm concerned, this is the ONLY way to go! Dr. Kavanaugh is a wonderful doctor who cares about his patients and follows them through their progress. I will be having my other knee replaced in the summer!

He did a phenomenal job. Absolutely minimal scarring and no lingering pain years later. I tore the ACL in my other leg in 2016, had forgotten Stefan's name or contact info and didn't go back to my friend out of embarrassment. I went to someone else that I found through my insurance company. He was so much worse that I would end up giving him a '2' in comparison If I didn't know how good it could be with Stefan I might have given the new guy a 4. Massive scar that split and then it got infected and he didn't treat it or reconnect it. Worse still is that knee is more likely to give me pain during exercise.
