I can also appreciate the engagement that they foster and how they have help to develop confidence and discipline in children as well as adults. The classes are structure to be physical to provide a fitness aspects but also fundamental in growth and learning to teach self awareness, self respect, discipline and spirit. I have been impressed by each Master, the Dojo and the participants behavior during classes. The community and camaraderie that is instilled is impressive. It is such a wholesome and conducive environment. I recently learned that UMAC offers an after school program. This is extremely beneficial to myself as a new parent in the process of adopting. Our child needed after school programs and UMAC came through big. Not only is the after school program reasonably priced, the staff picks the children up at their schools. Upon being in the program, students are helped with homework, given social skill time as well as being allowed to participate in Martial Arts classes. UMAC is beyond helpful in the community as well as being such a positive entity for children's growth and learning outside of typical schooling. I highly recommend checking out the schools and the offerings.
