She's great at listening to concerns and finding solutions, and will work with you no matter what crazy things you get up to... like our dog paw wiping station. In just 3 sessions, we tackled the kitchen, living and dining rooms, and guest rooms. It was inspiring working with her! I decluttered with excitement in between sessions, looking forward to her advice in organizing and styling the space. Our place is so much more airy, flows better, and most everything has a home. I would recommend Monica to anyone looking to upgrade the form OR function of their spaces.

She has an uncanny ability to anticipate what people want--even when they can't articulate it--and always finds creative, customized solutions. Her customer service is next-level. She also gave us on-the-spot lessons in design theory, which I genuinely appreciated and can now apply moving forward. As we cleared out what had to be 20+ bags of clutter, she offered to take care of both trash and donations, and had a hauling service at our house within the hour. I literally told her, "You're making all my problems go away." If you're looking for someone who combines logistics, empathy, design, and wizard-level efficiency--Monica's your person.

She is a high energy, outgoing person who truly has a personal mission to help others and see them change. With her help I certainly have experienced this. She has brought me new a new life full of new possibilities. She consistently shows up for work on time and smiling, ready to go! She uses every minute of her time and when she leaves she not only picks up after herself, she picks up the rest of the room so that you are left feeling spacious and peaceful. She has sensible, practical ideas for room design and will counsel you to use what you have and not to buy expensive replacements unless you choose to do so. She knows how to condense your space using every inch of it while making everything easily visible and accessible, and easy to put back in place so you can keep your space looking neat all the time. It is a joy for me now to be able to put things away! She has opened up my small living room that also serves as my art studio, and I so enjoy looking at my "vast open spaces"! I now have room for a convertible sofa in the living room so my daughter can stay overnight with me when she visits, instead of staying at a nearby hotel. My relationship with my children has changed for the better because of this and the whole family is happier. Maribel has cleaned out my 10 x 10 storeroom in two afternoons, made my fronthall closet into a pantry, decorated my front hall, revised my kitchen and done major work on my living room/art studio. She is not afraid to tackle any problem, and can handle heavy lifting and carpentry. She will start a difficult project at the end of the day, just walks right into it and uses all her time. She is always aware that you are the boss. She will meet you on your wavelength and never force you to do anything you do not want to do. She is a holistic, healthy, cheerful person and working to change your space and your life is actually her happy place!!

Shopping gave me so much anxiety because of the endless options that I would usually just give up and settle for whatever was cheapest and simplest. Reaching out to a stylist was somewhat of a last-ditch effort to redefine myself and feel more like myself again after becoming a mom. Andie immediately knew the right questions to ask and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. My best advice to anyone working with her is to be as communicative and specific as possible about the types of outfits you want and the occasions you need them for, because she really does pay attention to the details you share when choosing pieces for your wardrobe. One thing I especially appreciate is that she sends her clients a monthly email with curated picks for the season. I find these incredibly helpful when I want to add something new without having to figure out on my own what's current, what works for the season, or what's actually worth buying. For someone like me who doesn't have the time or natural ability to put outfits together in a way that makes me feel good, Andie has become such a valuable resource. She's also gone beyond just clothing. After two kids and so many changes to my body, she helped me find an amazing local lingerie shop where I could be properly resized and find undergarments that made me feel beautiful again. If you're considering investing in yourself and your personal style, I can genuinely say this has been such a worthwhile investment for me. Looking good really can make you feel good, and working with Andie has helped me find that feeling again.

So...here's the thing about me. I love stuff. I love having a variety of stuff. I love having colorful pens, cute bags, books...you name it, and I probably started collecting some of it at some point. I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with wanting to have and own those things. But what I did notice was that the sheer amount of that stuff was really starting to stress me out. Things didn't have a place. My closet and dresser and drawers were stuffed to the brim. I found it difficult to enjoy these fun things I owned because they were mixed in with other things I didn't enjoy or use anymore. I found that I was hanging onto so many items for years "just in case," and the case would never arrive. I'd tried for years with things like the minimalist challenge and reading self help books to try and get rid of things, but I couldn't seem to make a dent. That's where Nicoll came in. My partner helped me find Nicoll on Yelp and connected the two of us together. We had an introductory phone call where she asked me some questions, and I shared my frustrations with getting rid of things and really needing help with it. We ended up making an appointment for a week later where she showed up with her toolkit and bag of bags for donations. We did a little walk around and I shared areas of stress for me and what I wanted out of the space, which was to know where everything was and to know what I owned. After the intro assessment we dove right in. In the next few hours we: ⁃ Took EVERYTHING out of my closet and purged SO much of it. We went piece by piece and she helped ask clarifying questions (when did I last wear it? Do I like it?) and could usually pick up on if I actually liked something. I noticed patterns of how I reacted when I loved something vs when I wasn't sure or was sort of convincing myself. This is an exercise I tried doing before on my own, but when there's someone standing there, who you paid to help you, who's not attached to your stuff....let me tell you, it changes the game. I found myself deciding to donate (and sometimes sell) what must have been at least a third of my closet (clothes, hats, bags, electronics, etc). ⁃ She busted out her label maker and helped organize and label shelves in categories that made sense. Now I know where everything is! ⁃ She packed up all the items I decided to donate into bags and packed them into her car. It ended up being about 15 bags of things which was absolutely wild to me. Nicoll taking these bags out of my house was a game changer, because there have been many times I've decided to donate items that just end up sitting there in bags for months! I noticed that night going to bed that my room felt emptier, in a really good way. It felt calmer, cleaner, and like I could breathe a bit easier. Some people might read this and think that they shouldn't have to hire someone to help them organize. I know for myself that I hit a wall when it came to organizing on my own, and I needed to ask for help. I'm so glad I did, because it changed my life and my relationship with "stuff." I'm confident that Nicoll will be able to help you if you need it, and I cannot recommend her enough!

What was supposed to be a dream project became a nightmare in my life. Last Friday on August 29th I got a call from the company to confirm the installation day for August 31 and September 1st. The installer came on Monday morning, worked almost full day and came back on Tuesday to finish the installation. The problem is, the crew don't have the doors available to finish their work. Yesterday I contacted the company to try to understand what was happening and the designer Christopher Larose informed me that the company may order the doors in white (this is not the color that I choose) or they got a bad pallet of Mojave doors. Are you serious? If it's really true, why didn't they check it before the project started? Why did nobody tell me before that the project wouldn't be completed as planned? The project that was supposed to be completed this week will now be rescheduled. I got a call from Irene informing me that the only date available for rescheduling the project was September 18th, after I got upset she changed it to September 12th and said if I don't take this date it would be taken for another client and there is nothing she can do. Today I got an email from the manager Michael Kostainksek informing me there was a material defect with the doors and they were not able to complete the installation earlier this week. The only closest date available is September 12, 2026. My bedroom, which was supposed to be nice and organized, can't even be used. Now I have to wait longer than expected to have this nightmare finished. I really don't recommend this company. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and far below what we first expect from a vendor. The only reason I chose this company was because it's a Costco-affiliated vendor, but now I learned it doesn't mean anything. Quality control should happen in the warehouse before installation day, not halfway through assembling my unit. Furthermore, threatening to give away a September 12th slot to another customer when they caused the error is completely unacceptable. All this stress was caused by poor quality management.

I wanted my wife and I to digest what really happened. I wanted to determine if the ladies of "Organized Life" really did what I paid them to do. First, let me preface by saying if you are a horder, you may have a difficult time with their service. They are not there to go through every piece of garbage you may find valuable and also be your therapist. That would take FOREVER, and this isn't a reality TV show. However, what it is, is a superb service. If you have found yourself living comfortably numb, and have just accumulated STUFF over the years and realize one day that it is time to make a change. They are the crew to help you purge and organize. Molly, Marie and the 3rd girl's name eludes me. For that I sincerely apologize because she was no less outstanding. These young ladies came in, assessed and got busy. We hired them to clear and organize our garage that we used as a storage for years. Stuff we had not touched in 15 years. Some new, but most old. One of the best things I think that this crew possesses is the ability to relate to the homeowner in such a way that the homeowner is not feeling trampled upon, BUT at the same time respectfully probing and prodding to move the process of purging along. Nobody wants to get rid of things they find value in, but if you haven't touched the stuff in several years, what are you really doing? Our reason to hire these ladies was two fold. 1st, we want to prepare to buy another house and move. 2nd, we have gotten older and our bodies physically don't hold up to continously, non stop physical labor as they once did. Needless to say, these ladies had our garage cleared out in about 1.5hrs...maybe an hour and twenty minutes and ready for my wife and I to sift and sort. The sifting and sorting is ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY what takes the longest in the entire process. I can honestly say these girls did in a day what would have probably taken months for my wife and I to finish ourselves...if at all. These girls NAILED IT! They strategized, improvised, and organized. There has been a weight lifted!
