We wanted quality workmanship by a licensed contractor that could pull the permit and pass inspection. I reached out to Live Conductor Electric /Enrique and he was very nice and was able to come out the next day to give a quote. He showed up on time and provided options for the work that needed to be done. We decided to go ahead with the work and he proved himself by once again showing up on time, completing the job, and cleaning up after himself. And for the garage-converted ADU, they ran a conduit in the attic. The entire process went from 8:30AM-3:30PM and he coordinated cutting power with my other contractors. He even patched up the drywall, something that other electricians don't do (note, painting was not included.) Shop around and compare quotes, but Sueng will most likely match the pricing.
