Not only do they respond promptly, show up on time, and work professionally and efficiently, they do it all with the utmost courtesy, class, and integrity. All of those accolades don't even take into account their open, honest, and beyond fair rates. We first had them come out to run a line to rewire a room we were renovating and begin bypassing the old knob and tube. He fixed a shoddy conduit from our main breaker, ran lines to a relay so that we'd have the foundation for future electric work. We loved working with them so much, we had them come back and run new electric through the room, add a switch to a closet light, and a few other things like adding outlets. He was upfront and clear on what costs would be, and worked hard to get everything done--apologizing to us when the job was a bit more laborious than initially expected, and despite that, did not change the initial agreed upon price. I couldn't praise this company enough, they are so helpful beyond words and polite and knowledgeable and ... the list goes on and on. I reached out to this company , as you do through Yelp where multiple companies reply back to your request. They quickly replied back to me and they didn't even charge an assessment fee for coming out to find out what was wrong. He not only was able to fix my general problem (front porch light going out) , he was able to help me with a couple other projects I had been holding off on doing until now. Said the soonest they could be out was in the afternoon... but they called just an hour or so after my inquiry reply and said they were done w/ their job sooner than expected and met me at my house within 15 mins... their rates were affordable, didn't charge extra for coming out right away and didn't charge me any extra for the light switch replacement.
