Don't threaten me with a good time and a cute and colorful juice bar making cold pressed juices and smoothies to order, with fresh ingredients lining the walls! --- Just don't. Because I'll love it! My Kwench fix was phenomenal. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful as the hubs and I made our picks. We settled on the Glow + Lifeblood juices with a few tiny tweaks. Both juices were great and definitely gave us the nutrients we were looking for and then some. As we like shopping in this area, we signed up for rewards and will return soon. I love the bowls at Kwench. They are freshly made and you can pick one from the menu or customize. I like to do one of each - açaí and one dragon fruit. Then you pick your milk (almond, coconut etc) . The tropical bowl is my favorite so far with tropical fruits. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program so you can collect points and a birthday treat! read more

Nice to see a raw juice and açaí bowl place in Apex. This is in the old Sweet Spoons location in Haddon Hall Commons. Choices were a bit overwhelming at first since there were so many combinations to be had. We ordered the Kwench smoothie & the Namaste. We both thought the flavors are ok. What we did notice was that they used real fruit & veggies...not mixes like some other locations. It was somewhat pricey at $7 for the small but I appreciate the freshness of the ingredients that went into it. read more

Kwench is open in Apex! It's a juice bar that has juices, smoothies, açaí and pitaya bowls and a few other menu items. I tried the alive juice and my husband tried the beach bomb smoothie. We really liked both of our selections. I also tried the lifeblood but it was too beet heavy for me. read more

First time visiting and very likely my last. I ordered the Kwench. It's very very bland. It's supposed to have a bunch of berries, so I was expecting flavor. The person I was with ordered something like the tropical or island fusion but that actually tasted like water, no hints of any of the tropical ingredients. Not sure if the staff making them were new or if the ingredients were off today, but I'm not a fan. The interior design was nice though, lots of bright colors. If the smoothies were better I'd definitely bring people back for the ambiance. read more

Was really excited to see a juice bar in Apex during my visit. Have always went with Raleigh Raw but since they had the same selections, wanted to give it a try. Thought it would be easier to order online. Went with an Acai bowl, juice and a shot. Came to 30 bucks and my wait was 20 mins. I arrive at Kwench when the notification came through that my order was ready which would have been 20 mins. I walk in and the young lady has all these tickets sitting there but seems to be making orders for those walking in to order and not for any orders online. Told me she was still working on mine. 20 mins later, I'm still sitting there watching other customers get their items although they ordered 40 mins after I did. Had so much time to wait that I even went next store to order lunch and still wasn't ready when I returned with my food. The items were good but waiting over 45 minutes for a bowl and a juice is just unacceptable. Also-I just let it go as I was ready to get out of there at this point but overheard the other worker telling the young lady fixing my juice to use the greens in the bag vs the old ones. Since she used the old ones, she told her just to let it go since the drink was almost done. Sadly, my first and last visit here. 3 stars is being generous as I think she may have been new as when the second worker walked in, you could see she was teaching her how to do several of the items. read more

Love love love Kwench. I don't come to Apex often except for Kwench. I have gone to Kwench for smoothies for bowls for sea moss for their events. I've met and spoke with the owner and he is so down to earth, will get in the back and make your smoothie, will answer any questions you have even share a joke or two. I'm so happy about the success of this place and their smoothies juices and bowls are always delicious and refreshing. They will customize it to however you want, work with your allergies and really make your experience great. Kwench and buoy bowls are the only places I will get my açaí bowls from and that's how it should be. Great products, clean products and the service is always great which makes the food taste even better. 20/10 will recommend and if you don't come here you're missing out. read more

This is the second time I've been here. They understaff their locations. We came when no one was here and waited 30 minutes to get 2 bowls and 2 avocado toasts. They only had one person running the entire place. We won't be coming back. read more

Drove here Monday morning to start a juice fast and start my week off in a healthy manner after a year of caretaking for a parent with dementia and neglecting my own health... and they're not open. Door says 7:30, internet says 7:30, so I sat and waited in the rain like an idiot from 7:29-7:45. Totally dark in there with no sign of opening. How deflating. read more

A new addition to Apex and somewhere I will visit again for a healthy meal on the go. I got a green protein smoothie that was very filling before I picked up my son. I liked that I could order online ahead of time and pop in and pick it up before running errands. I would love to see some fun juices like watermelon juice or strawberry cashew in the future! My experience with this store is not so great. I come here regularly. I like to place an order over the phone. It looks like there are some teen employees working who really don't want me to order. They insist that I place an online order. FYI- this store charges a 3.99% processing fee for online orders. I have not seen any store charge me this period! I eat out a lot and none of the stores charge this to go fee. The icing on the cake was that they were making someone else's order ahead of mine even though I placed the order online. Then what's the point of ordering online? I just wanted to save time by ordering online and clearly that didn't work out. Upon asking about the processing fee, the lady working here told me the website charges us for it so we have to charge the customer for it. What a joke! Instructions on the order- I clearly mentioned no ice but the employees are required to mix ice and chill the drink anyway so they clearly do not follow instructions. This happened a couple of times not just once so it is not a coincidence. I guess that is the instructions they have from their management. They say "I thought you didn't want the ice cube".. lol Isn't no ice plain english? I do not want ice in my drink mixed or melted or in any other way period. Beware - if you order online, it automatically charges you tip as well so unless you EDIT you are forced to pay this tip++ online fee $4 total upcharge. Total rip off with the processing fee. I personally did not think tip was deserved today and there is no way for me to edit. I will take my business elsewhere.. read more
