There weren't any napkins in sight but when I asked for some the staff did give me a few. There was not a warm welcome or any pleasantries even when I approached in a very friendly and warm manner during my visit. There were two staff members working at the time, and Tabitha was especially wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and happy to offer recommendations. When I asked what they suggested, both team members pointed me toward the Nutty Butty, so that's what we ordered. The bowl included vanilla, Everoats, banana, strawberry, peanut butter, almond butter, almonds, and cinnamon. It honestly felt like ice cream with toppings, very delicious and definitely more dessert-leaning than I expected. While I really enjoyed it, next time I might try something a bit lighter or more refreshing. The space itself is clean, well maintained, and has a few spots to sit and enjoy your bowl. Sutton Square offers plenty of parking, which makes stopping in easy and convenient. Overall, this was a solid visit, and I would definitely return to try another bowl.

If you live in the area, they have a $30 membership that actually seems like an incredible deal because of all the freebies you get. I live a few too many minutes away for that. The yogurt was a large portion and was very good. Coffee was a little strong and bitter, probably designed to have additives rather than being drank black. It was a bit noisy inside, just because there were a lot of customers and everyone was talking. The store is clean and bright with a neat little riser on one side. My only complaint was that there were no refills. That's unusual for black, drip coffee.
