Good, fast service. Used the yelp 75$ for 50$ coupon for a synthetic oil change. Even with 4 people already waiting when I got there, only took approx. 15 min. Even put the left over 3$ I had from the coupon under my name to use the next time I come in. Would definitely recommend. Only reason not 5 stars is because the vacuum job was sub par, but I wasn't excepting one at all, so I guess you can't complain. read more

This is definitely my most favorite place to have any service done on my truck! I've been coming here for my past three oil changes and they always do the best job! This time they noticed all my worn out parts on the front suspension and Mike took the time to actually show me and explain how each part works and why it's important. He had a quote with tax and all ready to give me and didn't push me to do it today just asked that I return to them when I get ready to have it done. I give it 5 stars, even though I had no work done to my car, I LOVED the customer service. Pete the manager was super SUPER friendly, Jason came up to us as soon as we pulled in, and Kevin was super clean and friendly. If I had any expectations for a car service establishment they went above and beyond it. Everything was fast and friendly and not as expensive as I thought it might be, didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I brought both of my cars here last Saturday they took me right away both times I didn't have to wait longer than 20 minutes for them to finish. They checked all my fluids and I get a free car wash. It also only took them about 5 minutes to . I will definitely be bringing my cars back especially since they have cookies in the waiting room and a free car wash with every oil change. Came in for an oil change and an inspection. Had a small issue last time we took a car here and decided to try them again. I'm not sure I'll be going back and will drive a little further to another shop next time. After filling out paperwork and handing over the keys I waited outside for my wife to pick me up. While waiting I watched the tech get in my car to move it into the bay. In the process of backing up my car, he managed to spin my brand new tires. These are very sticky tires so he either hit the gas really hard or he did not wait for the transmission to engage before hitting the gas and let the engine rev up enough to spin the tires. So either my tires suffered some damage, or my tires and transmission suffered damage. Then when I pointed this out to the tech after being asked what type of oil I wanted, all that was said is "oh, sorry". I've been a mechanic before and I was always careful when I got into a new car until I knew how the steering, brakes, and gas behaved. If there is that level of negligence within 10 seconds of having my car and just driving it into the bay, makes me wonder what care and attention to detail is done the other times. My wife thinks I should rate a 1, but since the rest of the visit was fine I'm trying to be fair. read more

It's a no frills place. I got my oil changed (using a Groupon) and got a transmission flush for a very low price. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. Oh yeah, they have free wifi but it is an open connection. They have a TV and a K-cup machine with free off-brand coffee. read more

I started going here for oil changes but this past week had a blown head gasket. Not good. Everyone here did a great job breaking the engine down and showing me everything they were doing when I would stop by. They took the time to put it back together the right way just like it was their own. Car is running great and they made sure I knew what steps to take to make sure it would continue to be a great car. WORST EVER! Go here only if you dont like your money. Called ahead to find out how much oil change would be for my vehicle. Told them make and model so they would know what it requires. Told $39.95. Got there, form said it was $53.95 for blend-so whoever answers phone is not knowledgeable in the services they provide. Any other place I have checked knew this vehicle requires syn-blend. They would not accept insurance doc on smartphone (like the police, courts, and other inspection stations do) so I could not get the inspection. Had bought the voucher so I could do both at one place. When it was time to check out I asked about the voucher and was told we just mark it redeemed. Wait a minute- only got$ 53 oil change, it was almost $80!!!!! I was so not happy. Oh, that is because it takes 6 qts instead of 5! So twentysome dollars for the extra quart???? This place is a rip. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. system will not let me out with no stars, or there would be none! read more

I'm pretty disappointed. I went here when I saw all the great reviews and that there was a coupon for new customers on Yelp. Once I arrived, Chris talked to me about my options. He wanted to up sell me on the oil change, since my car was over the 78,000 mile mark. I asked him to figure out the price for me, considering I had a coupon for the conventional oil change. He went off and spoke with someone and later came back and told me that if I wanted to do the "high mileage" oil change, I could just deduct the $24.99 coupon from the price of $53.99. I asked him again, asking if it would be around $29 or so because I didn't think that's how the coupon worked. He said yes, that should roughly be the price, I can't give you the final price. So I let them go ahead with the oil change. Once my car was done, they rang me up for the full price, minus $11. The lady told me it's $11 savings off the oil change, so I only get $11 off of the high mileage as well. She kept calling the shop manager and telling me I got extra work so I should pay extra. Chris came back in and apologized for ME misunderstanding him, when I clearly asked him twice to make sure I heard him correctly. After about 20 minutes of continuos back and forth, they met me at the original conventional price of $35, which I agreed to pay. I'm unhappy with the CUSTOMER service I received. If you misquote a customer, take care of them. Don't make it a bad experience because you, the business, quoted me incorrectly in the first place. Other than that, my oil was done in a timely manner. I'm disappointed that I won't be returning here just because of how they handled their business. read more

Apparently the oil I've been getting at other places for years now is "synthetic" to them??? My oil is sw30. I've got that oil at Mazda and several places for the regular price. But they were arguing and saying that my car will get worse over time, and that everyone else have been lying about putting sw30 in my car. They said it's impossible that they are giving me expensive oil for regular price. read more

Came here to get my overdue oil change done, as the 5 star recommendations were very convincing. If there was a 6th star to give I would give it. Not only did they honor the Yelp discount deal that the owner thought was taken down, but i was in and out of there in 15 minutes. Every guy I spoke with there was extremely nice and helpful, and even went out of their way to show me a couple of things that they fixed that they didnt even have to fix. I dont plan on taking my car anywhere else to have services done. Plus they have the nicest lobby of any car shop I've ever been in. Great free coffee, snacks too. 100 stars in my book. read more

They are not good at all! First they could not connect my car to the state system to do the inspection because there was a problem with my car and they still charge for it. They told me that it was no problem fuse they need to dig in the car to find out. I did not believe them and took my car to my mechanic and he said they were two fuse. I took it back because I paid for it they said failed because it has a misfire code. I did not believe them and my mechanic said there was no problem and he will do the inspection and it passed. I this place they try to get you extra money for something they created all purpose. Do not go there anymore! read more

I no longer live near this Kwik Kar but still make the trip to come because the service is good and reliable. The staff is always nice and they tell you what is the best service for your car not what will make them the most money. Only complaint is waiting room could use a better cleaning, but other than that service is great. read more
