Beware!!!! I went in for inspection and oil change! They stripped the oil plug and the owner told me they did it! Then he proceeded to tell me it would be $225 an hour (estimate up to 5 hours) to remove the stripped oil plug (that they stripped)! When I said no I'm not paying to fix something YOU broke. Then, the owner proceeded to tell me that my car was not safe to drive because when they stripped the plug it caused an oil leak! Then, he backtracked and said they didn't strip the plug! He said it must have happened the last time my oil was changed. They did my last oil change! I took my chances and left and drove over to another service station. The owner of KwikKar is dishonest. He changed the story after I left my review on Kwik Kar. You read, you decide look at the other 1 star reviews. how he always blames the customers. He accused me of a DIY on my own car. I'm a 57 year d woman. I do not work on my own car! He's dishonest! read more

My 22-year-old daughter brought her vehicle in for an AC issue and was quoted nearly $700 just for diagnostic work. I chose to get a second opinion and took it to NTB on Eldorado and Lake Forest where the problem was fully resolved for $350. Based on this experience, I'm very concerned that your technician may have attempted to overcharge or take advantage of her situation. That's extremely disappointing and has led me to lose trust in your business. We won't be back ever again read more

Walked in today as my car was showing an alert that engine coolant was low. I was quickly checked in as I was already in the system. I was worried if there was a leak, but the issue was quickly resolved. They also took time to explain that the issue was due to coolant issue and how I can check and fix if it happens again in future. I went there on 8/26 for an alignment. I received a text with a list of things that they said was wrong with my car, I.e. my oil was low, my air filter was dirty and there was an oil leak by the pan. I didn't ask for this service and knew that this was not true as my dealership just serviced my vehicle on 7/10. Kwik Kars fast to say that they could get these repairs done for 500. I took my vehicle to Honda on 8/27. My service advisor, the service manager and the technician looked at my car. My oil was not low and there was no oil leakage that Kwik Kars was saying there was. I showed them the pictures that Kwik Kars took and they said my car didn't look like that. My car had been serviced by only Honda since it was purchased brand new in 2017. I asked for my money back from Kwik Kars as I can't trust they they did the alignment and was given a ride response and laughed at my Aaron and Isiah. I have disputed this charge with my credit card and will file a BBB complaint. You cannot trust this place read more

This team is freakin awesome. Been going here for 2 and a half years now, and they never disappoint. They're all very kind and knowledgeable, and of course, they're quick. They never try to stiff you like other shops do. They take the initiative of bringing you to your car to explain the work they're doing, and things you should get done if it may cause an issue in the future. I live in the area and I really appreciated the service here. The best looking car service place ever. EVER. Huge waiting room where you don't feel like you're sitting on top of people. The chairs are very comfortable and large. I appreciated this so much! I came in for an oil change and the man who helped me told me other problems I had with my car and gave me a quote which I really appreciated. He said he looked at my car and everything looked good and gave me suggestions. The owner was also very nice and called everyone by their first name when retrieving their vehicles. I do think that the price was kind of expensive...I normally go to Walmart where my oil changes are around $35 and here I paid $46. I might return just for the convenience but the place is really nice and neighborhood friendly! read more

Broke a bolt while changing oil and would not admit to it. Oil dumped out in my drive way, after leaving Kwik Kar. Owner tried to convince me that it wasn't their fault, he took pictures, had my vehicle towed & had our mechanic look at it. He absolutely without doubt said Kwik Kar damaged the bolt from oil pan & I could have got engine damage. Plus, was talking to our neighbors one day & she said they forgot to put oil back in her suv & caused damage & they would not take responsibility! Don't go there. I took my car in for an oil change and had them look at my breaks, and I then took my husband's car in right after also for an oil change. Speedy oil change for me and they told me my breaks were fine. I brought my husband's car in too early as he had 4000 miles left and they told me to wait until then and topped off all the fluids, aired up tires and vacuumed the front area at no charge. I worked with and talked to the manager, the lovely lady up front, and two mechanics. (I wish I could remember their names-the guy who did my oil change was awesome) All were super nice and took care of me. This has also previously been my experience with them. I will keep going back. Also, I am always worried when I take my car somewhere that they will give me the "lady" treatment. nope. Respectful and honest. read more

Great place to visit if you need to get a vehicle inspection. They're quick, so no complaints about that. The second time I came here though, the wait was ridiculous. They need a bell, buzzer, or something for the front desk because if no one's there, you have no way of getting anyone's attention to assist you. I had to step into the repair area and wave a guy down for him to even notice the 6-person line forming in his shop, and even then he took his time to finish telling some dude a joke or whatever he was laughing hard about. I needed up walking out because I was fed up at that point. Poor customer service and even poorer customer experience. read more

I sat in my car just outside the garage doors for about 5-10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. As I was waiting I noticed one of the customers was called to his car from the waiting room, my guess is to discuss an extra service the mechanic wanted to suggest. Eventually I was told to leave my car just by the garage door entrance and talk to the attendant at the desk in the waiting room and tell him I wanted an oil change. He asked for my information and the information about my car (I have an SUV). I was told the oil change would be $108 (maybe $109, I forget exactly). I suppose this is the going rate for an SUV that requires synthetic oil. As I was in the waiting room, I was called out to my car (by the same person who had called the previous customer out), and he suggested that I need a fuel injection cleanse and my break fluid changed as well. Each item would be $120-150. I decided to have my injectors cleaned, but opted not to have the brake fluid changed. After I made the decision he said the brake fluid was not that bad. Both of these may have been necessary, but I got the impression that they may try to sell extra services to everyone. I could be wrong, but I am writing this review to say, buyer beware. Know what you may or may not need before going to this shop. read more

My family and I just moved to The Great State of Texas a few months back and we needed to get all of our vehicles inspected. My wife met the owner (Bryan) and was impressed with his honesty and demeanor, so needless to say I was voluntold to bring her car in for an inspection. He was just as my wife described and provided us with mountains of useful information. A month later I brought my personal vehicle in to get some repairs done and the vehicle inspected. I have a heavily modified 2003 import and I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to bring the car up to par to where it would pass. I was introduced to Chris and he provided several options on what I would need to do to get the car inspection ready. Chris and another awesome tech (sorry I forgot your name) went through my car with a fine tooth comb. They repaired several issues and I was able to get my car to pass with no issues!!! The price was amazing and my beloved WRX has been running like a champ ever since. I can't say enough about this shop and how impressed I am.
