The last time I took my vehicle I noticed the windshield fluid was not filled completely. During one of my visits I was asked if I wanted an engine flush and new tires. I was just going for an oil change so I understand the recommendation. What I didn't under they said nothing of needing a windshield fluid cap because mine broke. I really like this place. I bring both civic and pilot here for inspection. They are through and don't unnecessarily pressure to get specific work done. Last year one of my vehicles needed spark plugs done I later had it done by my family member, this year for inspection they were thorough enough to ask me if I'd taken care of it and documented in their system. The guys here are amazing! I called and asked if they could do a last minute state inspection so I could sell my car. They got me in and on a lift just a couple minutes after showing up. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who helped me because he had such a kind, professional demeanor. So did the other worker I talked to. They had me in and out in maybe half an hour, and I really felt like I was being taken care of by honest people. Highly recommend! read more

CROOKS! Wasted 30 minutes of my time, and $25 to fail the state inspection for my Tahoe for something they saw immediately when I pulled into the bay. Condensation in a headlight. They could have done a courtesy, and told me immediately that it would fail due to the condensation in the headlight. I would've had it fixed, and returned to them, but instead, they are into wasting peoples time and money. A quick $25 for them cost them a lifetime customer with multiple vehicles. read more

PLEASE NOTE: I googled this business before stopping by *specifically* to make sure they were taking precautions during the pandemic. Their yelp page clearly states at the top & in large letters that the staff wears gloves, masks and distances -- but sadly, they do not do any of these things. Keep in mind that this would be totally fine if their yelp page had just been up front about it. I would've happily waited to stop here until after the pandemic is over. All customers need right now is a little transparency & honesty to help us make the best decisions. REVIEW: They do not wear masks here, not even in your car. Bummer. That means now I have to wear a mask and keep the windows down for the rest of my journey today. Do not go to this place. I tried using a coupon that said synthetic oil change for around 70 bucks. Charged an extra 13 dollars cause my car has an extra quart and I also had to pay for the filter. They also failed to put my plug back in probably and it completely leaked out. The white dude with a bandana had no idea what he was doing. read more

Easy to miss but I'm happy to have lucked up on this location to get right in before the holiday for state inspection. Staff is polite.

I had to get a state inspection on my truck so I stopped in and didn't have to wait for long for service. Then service tech came back a few minutes to let me know what I needed for the state inspection to pass and also he said my brake fluid needed changing which he told me he could flush the system for extra price I believe it was about 89.00. He did say it was not part of the inspection process but he did say I needed windshield wipers to pass the state inspection. I asked what was wrong with the windshield wipers and he said that they didn't cleaned the windshield good enough. I thought to myself really but I had to get new windshield wipers or he wouldn't pass the inspection. I asked how much and he said the lowest price was 12.99 but didn't tell me it was for one wiper which I found out when I paid for the service. I did tell him I didn't want my brake fluid flushed. Needless to say I didn't think I was getting a honest service especially when he said the wipers needed to be changed because they didn't clean the windshield. I didn't have that problem before I came there and even in the rain they worked fine but I thought it was 12.99 for two windshield wipers and was only for one so I said go ahead. Then I was charged twice for 12.99. I felt I was misled but I am glad I didn't get the brakes fluid flushed. I guess the norm is to get another nickel out of the customer. Well I won't ever go there again even though it was only 12.99 but what would it be the next time. It is hard to find a honest business so beware of Oil & Auto. Enter at your own risk. read more
