I arrived at your facility at 12:45 p.m. Another customer arrived 15 minutes later, an older woman. Then 15 minutes later, a Filipino woman with two children. I waited an hour and a half for my inspection, however, after listening to the old woman complain about it taking so long and then the Filipino woman. They were both told their inspection would be done in 15 minutes! They were processed and checked out with great urgency, and a shower of apologies. I approached the mechanic and said that I was ahead of both of those people and you took them first. All I got was a blank stare and sorry which car is yours?". I've been coming to this facility since it opened, I like the location and it is convenient for me to bring my cars and my children's cars in for their required service, however I will not return. the level of service has steadily deteriorated over the past five years to a point where the level of chaos in your establishment is intolerable and a waste of my time. For those who are your future customers all they have to do is complain as soon as they arrive, and they will go to the front of the line. read more

After using them for regularly scheduled oil changes, it was discovered that the oil pan drain plug was stripped out. The only place that vehicle has had oil changes is there. Been going here for oil changes and inspection for about 8 years . Had my oil changed back in July and they didn't check my break fluid , which they are supposed to do . That same day my husband checked all my fluids before we left for a road trip amd break fluid was extremely low . I had work performed on my car. Workers forgot to put plastic cover over the battery. I went back to have the missing part put back on. They couldn't find the part and wasn't willing to replace the part. My suggestion is to stay clear of this Kwik Car if you are thinking about getting services done. Took Envoy in for blinker/wiper arm to be switched out. ( wipers would not turn off) when picked up my Air Bag light was on. They put the dash back on and returned the vehicle knowing the air bag light was on and said bring it back and they would try to get it off. Then admitted they failed to reattach everything and that's why the light was on. I stated they could knock off $50 or $60 off my bill. Was told they wanted to work on turning the light off. I already told them I would have to take it to my regular repair man... I feel this was done to run up another bill... Do not trust any auto mechanic that returns a vehicle with a issue they caused.. one star is not low enough, they damaged my oil pan did not tell me and allowed my car to be driven off in an unsafe manner. The damaged was found by a new service center where they showed me the damage immediately and documented all of the damage. The manager refused to call the new service center to discuss the issues found and refused to discuss repairing my damage other than to say he would investigate it. Begged me to leave the car with him but refused to tell me he would make repairs. I no longer trust them to make these costly repairs. They put my and my son who is the main driver of this car in a dangerous situation. I am not the only one who has had damage to my car from here recently. read more

I took my car to get my power steering fluid replaced and after they got done my car started leaking fluid and of course it was my power steering fluid when i went back they said they wouldn't fix it for free. I took my car to another shop and was told its 450$ to fix the leak they did to my car. So in short terms they will break your stuff for 95.99$ but wont fix it for free horrible company never go here in your entire life unless you want to waste time and money. read more

We were told it'd be ten minutes before they could get to us and that there were two cars next. That sounded reasonable and expected. Then... We waited 25 minutes and asked about our vehicle since we saw several go into the bay that came in long after we did while ours sat in the parking lot. They admitted to forgetting. I have a 2017 Lexus NX 200t, this was my first time needing an inspection on a car in years, so I wasn't sure I needed one. When the guy took the information down on my car, he mentioned, "2017...". It hit me that, oh yeah 2017, I don't need an inspection. The tech was like, "you just need a safety test. It will be $7." Well, when it was over and I had to pay, they charged me up for $25. Then told me, "sorry, but we did a full inspection." I spoke with the manager and he still refused to honor the price he stated, which it should have been since my car was a 2017 and we were in 2018. I didn't need a full inspection. I felt like they took advantage of me because I was a women. I will be reporting them to the state for charging for inspections when they knew good and well I didn't need one. read more

Never again. After having to sit through the yelping, crying dog owned by one of the employees, which was making the baby in the waiting room cry incessantly, only to find out that they decided to not pass my vehicle due to "window tint" was truly a disappointing event. Not to mention that the past two years the car had no problem with the tint, and suddenly now it doesn't pass? What gives? Now unless I'm wrong, it was my understanding that window tint fades over time, not gets darker. Figuring that all of these locations are connected, after all, that's what they proclaim, I had the tint removed from the car, I went to a different Kwik kar location to have it re-inspected. I chose to go to a location closer to my work, only to find out that I had to go all the way back to the original location for the "service". No apologies, no trying to work something out, just handed me back my paperwork and went on to the next customer. We vote with our dollars at businesses, and I for one will NOT be going back there for any reason. How hard would it have been for them to call the other location or just take care of the customer? I guess losing a customer is not a big deal to these folks. I vote to spend my dollars elsewhere. I for one am tired of frequenting businesses that don't even attempt to provide acceptable customer service. I would have given them a Zero rating if this was an option. read more

Came back 1 hour later after I replaced the tire and had to wait 45 minutes before they would pass my vehicle. Quick, clean, friendly and affordable. I drove in at 8a on a Saturday morning for an oil change and was driving home by 8:20a. It was $40 for semi-synthetic oil. The team was nice and gave me a service check on my brakes. There are 4 bays so they can service a lot of cars at once. Horrible. They broke the headlight switch during an inspection and then claimed it was already broken. My lights won't even turn on now and so my car failed inspection. The manager is rude and refused to fix it, basically called me a liar. The guy working on the car kept talking down to me and tried to "mansplain" like I was some idiot because I'm a woman. Reading through reviews I see them breaking things and blaming the customer is a trend. Sad because I've had great experiences at other Kwik Kars. They give it a bad name. Complete trash. read more
