On my first visit, there was a truck in front of me and two cars behind me in the wash lane. At the end of the wash, the rolling door started coming down on the truck in front. The driver had to get out and try to lift the door so it wouldn't damage his truck. During this, the conveyor and rollers kept moving and my car was still being pushed forward with my two kids in the back seat. I was honking nonstop so the staff would stop the system and the cars behind wouldn't hit me. It felt very unsafe. When I went back a few days later to talk about what happened, I was brushed off. I also found out my membership, which was supposed to be $10/month until December, had been charged at $20. They canceled my membership and gave me 5 "free" washes instead. While I was there, the same rolling door issue happened again: it came down and badly scratched a truck and dented the SUV behind it. Staff blamed a former employee instead of taking responsibility or fixing the obvious safety problem. I tried to contact someone higher up. The corporate number I found online told me they couldn't help and that I needed to speak to the location. When I went back to the wash to ask for a manager's contact information, the man in charge refused to provide a phone number, said it was none of my business, and became very rude. He called me "crazy" and "stupid," refused to give me a refund, and told me not to come back. There were two other employees in the office who said nothing while this happened. I left in tears and felt completely helpless and disrespected. Because of the unsafe equipment, the damage to vehicles, and the way management treated me when I tried to address it, I will not be returning and I don't feel this is a safe place to bring a vehicle--especially with kids in the car."

He waved his arm at me and started spraying my car. After the wash I asked the person who dries the vehicles if he would clean my interior windshield for an extra $10. I paid him and he wiped it but it was worse than before he started. I then pulled over to the vacuum area, check the exterior to find that the spots I told him about were still there. I proceeded to vacuum my car out. The vacuum was great! It pulled every dog hair right up out of my carpet with very long title pressure. As I was putting my rugs and liners back in, the guy at the start of the wash was walking outside so I asked him if I could talk to him, he started yelling, "No! NO!," and giving me the hand across the throat sign. I said, "My car isn't clean." He continued yelling, "No!" and giving me the same sign and then went inside. But my friend that dabbles with the dark side needed to stop here and get a battery for his lawn mower and I tagged along. It's essentially the same format and much of the same merchandise as Costco, but there were some other things that my favorite Washington-based retailer doesn't carry, so I guess I could see how someone might want to visit both to get more variety in the items they purchase. Employees were few and far between, even at the battery center, which meant that we had to trek back to the registers to purchase the battery, which was annoying, and wasn't making me seriously consider supplementing my Costco membership with a Sam's card as well. However the store was in good condition, and kept up far better than most Walmarts.

They also have a great variety of produce and frozen food section. I have also used the tire and battery department several times and found them to be very competitive. I also usually fill up my tank since the gas is often less expensive than other stations in the area. I love the convenience of using the Scan & Go feature in their app. It makes checking out and ordering food at the cafe really easy and convenient especially when there is a long line. The long lines are a problem when returning items. It seems like the almost always have just one employee working the return line.
