Recently, they went up on their prices without telling anybody that they were gonna go up $$41.69 is not worth it for a car wash. They don't detail your car. They don't even car off for you to go up that much and not let the consumer know it should be laws against that very dissatisfied. I moved here in August. I've only had the car wash membership for a couple of months and then they go up. I hadn't even had it a year very disappointed I would not recommend anyone to read more

This is the 3rd time now that I have had to move to 4 different stalls for thee vac because either one side doesn't suck at all or a very minimal suck That doesn't do any good, so overall it sucks!!! As a customer for quite some time now this should be addressed promptly to keep customers, I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this, and the vac isn't free if it's part of the plan and isn't working properly.... After driving past this car wash for over a year, I finally went! I was really excited, it has a very nice facility and will catch your eye driving by. I paid $15.99 for their wash that comes with all the bells and whistles, a bit expensive but I figured it would be well worth it and lasting! After the 2-min wash you get to use the free vacuums, which I actually really appreciated because I was assuming you paid to use them and I was about to spend $15 in quarters for vacuums. I didn't notice until I got home that the car wash knocked the Ford logo off my front grill and left either some kind of residue or scratches? I know $15.99 isn't much, but that's over an hour of work spent on a 2 min car wash that left my car still dirty. read more

I like this car wash. We have no problems getting our van in. I definitely would never bring our other car here with after market parts though, I would suggest the car wash off 75 where you wash it yourself just to be sure nothing gets damaged. It is like a conveyer belt style kind of wash you do not have to align your tires to a track or anything you just drive up and put it in neutral Anyways I love rocket wash. My sons get scared of regular car washes but with the pretty lights it's a nice distraction! I also love their mat cleaners I think every single car wash needs one!! You just have to stick your mat in and it comes out the bottom clean! read more

Jeep Haters!! Don't even think of taking you nice Wrangler here, especially if you have any aftermarket parts. They will refuse service to you. How embarrassing to be setting trying to pay for a car wash and they run out and tell you to stop what you're doing because you have a light bar. Sir you must exit over there because we can't take care of you. Rocket Wash you need to look around everybody owns a Wrangler with aftermarket parts. read more

Super nice car wash! They don't offer touch free here. You can buy a membership for washes, which is great! The vacuums are the best I've found in Kenosha yet- they got the Florida sand out of my floor! I hope they fix this, but I had to restart the vacuum 6 times while cleaning out my small car. They have a rug washer but it's still in the box, so I'm hoping to use it next time I come! UPDATE: The vacuumed run much longer and I didn't have to restart it again to clean out my car. There are no rug washers out yet. read more

AVOID this place!!!!!! I decided to stop in on July 4th since it was on my way to the lake and I had extra time. Once I came out of the car wash and took towels out to dry my car I noticed a piece of my car was missing! I spoke to one of the workers and she told me she was going to walk through the car wash and see if she could find it. She came back 3 minutes later with the piece of my car, i asked to speak to a manager and report a claim. A manager came out to speak to me but right away said they will not assume responsibility and they were not responsible! The part that the car wash broke off costs $130 and Nissan charges me $400 to install!!! Yet they refuse to do anything about it. DO NOT COME HERE!!! read more

Took my brand new suv.....literally two days old. It came out with swirl marks all over it. This happens when their equipment isn't cleaned and their brushes drag all over your car. My advice, don't ever wash your car to a Rocket Wash or any car wash that isn't touch free. Cost me $300 to get the swirls and mars out. read more

Drove by to get a wash because it looked like a fun time! There was a promo for the membership at that time, around $15 for unlimited washes (1 per day) but it's a pretty good deal at regular price. The mat washers work well, as do the vacuums. Only con is I don't live in WI read more

Updated review 9/16/2019 Updated to 4 stars from 2. My original review below is accurate for all washes except the Jupiter ($15) wash. The Jupiter sprays a copious amount of foam and suds prior to beating the vehicle with the spinning washers. This ensures that there is enough lubrication and grit doesn't scratch the finish. We actually have 2 memberships now due to this. The other washes do not lubricate the body of the car enough prior to washing, and my original review below stands for those. The Jupiter is great. ======= I'm concerned about the wash process and my car's finish. I noticed, while going through the wash, that there is no preliminary high pressure water sprayed to rinse off grit and debris before hitting the spinning washers. The vehicle is sprayed with soap - that doesn't cover the entire surface of the vehicle btw (looks to be ~75%) - and immediately starts getting hammered by the spinning washers.  My concern is that dried on grit and dirt is not sprayed off the finish of the vehicle with high pressure water before being washed. I would think this would create a much higher probability of the finish being scratched by the grit & dirt.  Explanation of why you skip the high pressure water spray initially (which, nearly all other washes do) would be much appreciated. I realize this saves on water costs for the wash, but doesn't seem like a good idea for car finishes. Thanks much. read more

Less traffic than Rocket Wash in Racine. Sadly, this one has weaker vacuums (although I like the nozzles better), and no floor mat holders. Otherwise would be 5 stars. read more

Fantastic service. My wife and I came up for the weekend and loved the service. My car was covered in salt and grime from the roads and not only did one of the attendants walk through the carwash as my car went through, he also came outside as I made a walk around and greeted me to make sure everything was ok and that we were satisfied. And it was cheaper than any of the other car washes that are decent near my home in Indiana. Great service, would definitely go back. read more

Fair at best. I would expect better for $12. The rear of my SUV was still filthy. I would not recommend this car wash.

That was the worst car wash I have ever gotten. Didnt clean the back of my van at all and parts of the side were not cleaned either. The vacuums didn't work very well either! Will not be going back! read more

Always love getting my car washed here. Staff always has a smile on their face. And I definitely appreciate the email updates in case they are closed to weather! Got a car wash here right before Christmas. Noticed damage from my front wheel base to the back passenger door the following day and immediately stopped in. Was told the manager was on holiday but he would follow up with me after the holidays. Left a message mid January and again this week. Still have not received a call back. Very poor customer service. Shocked I was not even contacted to discuss the situation. Do not recommend using this car wash. read more

Disappointed!!! My husband attempted to wash his truck that has some rust on it...He was denied service!!! Then since he was already in the line to pay he asked if he could at least vacuum his truck and the staff member replied that the vacuums were for paying customers to what my husband replied that he was attempting to buy but they were not allowing him. After asking to speak to a manager 2 of the managers came out and treated my husband very poorly. Is very disappointing to know that if you don't have a new car then you can't wash your car there. read more
